4 /5 Jessica Stewart: I recently moved to Syracuse, NY for school and was nervous about trying out new nail salons; I attempt to get my hands and feet done year round, so it was important to find one I am comfortable with.
My overall impression of this salon is four stars because they are on the pricier side for me, but I heard their prices are within the normal NY price range. (Its cheaper down South lol.) However, the salon has a variety of bundle options to help save money. Because I get a SNS mani & Reg pedi, I usually choose the Lavender package (#5) which is $70.
(I attached the regular pricing chart below, but some prices may have changed.)
I recommend making an appointment. They take walk-ins, but some days can be busier than others, so having an appointment is better here. They have a good sized staff. Each technician is very skilled, and they all do great work. I personally request Amy (nails) and CoCo (toes). Both take their time and are gentle with me. They are consistent and nice!
Its honestly a nice shop. It is open, modern, and relaxing. Each service comes with a complimentary 10-minute massage. (The masseur is such a kind man.) NY Nails is worth a visit!
Pros: Very clean and sanitary, large regular/powder/gel polish inventory and calm environment
Cons: A little on the expensive side.
