5 /5 Longtao Han: I didnt go there, but I received great service and help from their technician Michael through AAA battery emergency service. He helped us jump start our BMW x45e. Right when he was about to leave, we thought our engine wouldnt start again and spent him 15min more in a rainy day. Even though he had other requests to attend, he nicely helped us to figure out the issue. Turns out the gas engine will stop regardless, if the battery is charged enough (can start with electric). I really appreciate your patience and sorry to bother you for a long time!

5 /5 Steven Monsour: This place is awesome Lou is the best go to guy for the work to be done on my car every repair or work done was top notch and they do the best work in town. Awhile back when I was in my first ever car accident Lou gave me a quote to restore my car and it took me a while but the work was amazing and exceeded my expectations. I will and always will highly recommend this place. They have alot of work but they are the best work and top quality. The reason for the time it takes on certain repairs is quality of parts they always make sure the parts are top notch and that nothing is wrong to make sure that everything is done right. As always thank you Lou and all the other mechanics and workers I appreciate the time and effort for the work being done perfectly

5 /5 Susan M: Got into my car and it wouldn’t start. Tons of odd messages on the dashboard. Called AAA who sent Putnam Collision Center. This has to be one the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had. They arrived within 20 mins of me putting in a call to AAA. I was greeted by a young man who was personable, friendly and professional. He was polite, explained everything to me about what he was going to check and what would happen depending on the outcome of the diagnostics. He informed me that the battery (original, 6 yrs old) in my car was indeed dead and not holding a charge. I agreed to purchase a new battery that he had brought with him. He removed the old battery and put it in the new one. Again, all while he is doing this he is talking to me and explaining everything. He was done in 10-15 mins. He explained what I should expect with the dashboard readings and my radio by replacing the battery until the computer resets itself. And everything he said happened. This young man deserves a HUGE raise and I hope he is VALUED for his work ethic . He was wonderful. A nice surprise given the disappointing experiences of Customer Service today. I highly recommend this company. Hoping all of their employees are like this one. He is a gem!!!

5 /5 Kristel Pietaraszka: Lou and all his co-workers are amazing. My first time in a accident, and I am ok, but my car was totaled. they came with a flat bed, and brought me and my car to the shop. Of course, the accident was on a Friday at 4:30pm. They all waited until my ride came at 6:00. Lou made the process very easy, and helped me out tremendously! The communication with them was on point. Highly recommend this shop. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!
