5 /5 Irene Will: I was referred to Mr. Richenberg by two friends. I was told by a Ford dealer in Orleans County (who charged me $99 just to LOOK at it) that to fix the problem where my Ford Escape wouldnt come out of park I needed a $450 part to replace the whole shifting assembly. ( I didnt even ASK them about fixing my cruise control that stopped working.) Took it to Mr Richenberg - and HE tested the car, and said I needed a $30 brake light switch replaced - and that that might also fix the cruise control problem. I told him to replace the switch and then wed see if we needed another part for the cruise or not. Well, the brake light switch DID fix both problems. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Richenberg Repair. Honest and efficient people. MOST SATISFIED.
