He even remembered I went on vacation to the Adirondacks. I needed help with a dent in my car and now it looks like it was never there, plus the cost was lower than Id expected. Also, Jake patiently helped me with a paint peeling issue (Honda recall) and finished everything a week earlier than Id expected. As a female, Ive mostly had negative experiences at dealerships and garages, and I am happy to report that Ricks Garage is super customer-friendly.
