The haircut I got is exactly what I envisioned—flattering and easy to maintain. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly. I left feeling refreshed and confident. 5 /5 Laurel Yaros: I’ve been going to Rita’s ever since the fall for my haircuts with Albina (who I love). She knows how to cut my type 2B/C curls. On and off I consulted with Ella to get Pro Addiction on my hair to tame the frizziness, reduce daily maintenance, improve styling outcomes and promote healthy hair growth. I decided to go all in and I’ve already noticed a difference in the amount of shedding. I’m so happy with my hair. Even in just a week I’ve got so much more time back in my routine and I can’t wait to see how much my hair looks as time goes on. Thank you so much, Ella and Albina, for collaborating to get my pro addiction done in short notice while managing a busy Sunday afternoon at the salon (I also had a laser appointment that day midway through the treatment - they were super flexible). 5 /5 Reina HR: I came in to get a part shave and trim. The back of my head was messed up after many barbers misinterpreted what I wanted and Rosie fixed it up. I went with no appointment after the groupon I got for another salon was rejected. Was in a bad mood but felt so much better once she took care of me. I love my hair!
