5 /5 Alicia Fairbourn: Honest business and fair pricing. They went above and beyond to take care of us. I went in for my van which had been bouncing like crazy. It just didnt feel safe to drive with little kids in the back. Apparently, a few months back during our annual state inspection (at a different location) they passed our vehicle despite our brakes being nearly gone and our tires being completely out of whack. ROC Auto was able to identify the safety issue of no brakes, shocks that were gone, and bad tires. They replaced them all for us and made sure we were priced reasonably for such a big job. The owner even went above and beyond to ensure we had a ride back home while the work was being done as we had not anticipated the time the work would take to be done. Thank you ROC Auto. Driving home, it felt like I was in a brand new vehicle! I will continue to trust this business with all of my vehicle needs!
