I didn’t want to spend a lot as it is a second vehicle and I wanted the assurances of a dealer inspected vehicle vs a private seller. I worked with Andreas and he understood what I was looking for - didn’t push anything on me or try to upsell me. He proactively reached out when a vehicle that was a perfect fit came into their inventory. I would say he really understood what I was looking for and worked to meet them vs a hard sell. He kept the process streamlined and my time inside the dealership minimal. There was a minor issue with the jeep before I took it home - delaying my pickup at the last minute, and the team handled it well by putting me in a loaner for a few days and were as accommodating to me as if I were buying a full loaded new vehicle.

5 /5 Alex: Staff was very helpful. Worked with Gaby. The rotors were bad on the truck and they promptly took it into the shop and put new ones on. They were very helpful with financing and insurance. I brought the truck home same day. Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again!

5 /5 Deina Carbonara: Overall an excellent experience. I was able to schedule my husband’s truck the day after I called. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable, lots of amenities available. Matt was incredibly kind and generous: he ensured I was comfortable while waiting, explained the process and pricing clearly, and had the services done quickly. Matt noted my husband’s Purple Heart plate and gave us a great rate where he could, specifically noting my husband’s service, which was a surprise but very endearing. It’s clear Romeo appreciates veterans and will go the extra mile. It was our first time using Romeo but Matt’s attentiveness and thoughtfulness ensures we’ll be back for any future service needs.
