Ive been a customer for over 25 years and Ive gotten to know the guys there and I have the up most trust in them.Service Manager Mark Mathew is a great manager and has always done right by me. I would highly recommend this service center to anyone and I have recommended before to my friends !!

Miss Shonda Manoogian Great place. Took my 2013 Nissan rogue in because lights on the dash board came on and some other things and Matthew was very helpful when talking and answering questions. He kept me in the loop about what was going on. And the service for getting my car back was excellent.

Jan Kather Wow! What a fantastic auto repair shop! I called this morning as my exhaust was starting to sound extra loud. I stopped by a half hour later. Another ten minutes and they invited me to look at what needed repaired. Amazingly fast and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Dave’s American Lifetime Muffler - such friendly and helpful people.

metube1976 Martinez Very simply: if I had not found this car saver, auto repair shop, I would be taking the bus or walking! Taxis? Not on my budget! Now I feel confident that my 25 year old car will be with me a lot longer than I should reasonably expect. Andrew, James, Ray, and last but not least, Sabrina! Actually, she should be first. She is most likely the first person to greet you...unless she is busy with her daycare business. If I had children I would turn them over to her! NOT KIDDING! The Sudzy Buddha I have no words to express the level of professionalism and passion for their work...I HIGHLY recommend Knappys for any autobody work you may need, no matter how small or extensive. My husband had a run in with a deer last year, nearly totaled his Colorado. Came back from Knappys looking brand new. Today I picked up my Equinox...no scars. Just absolutely amazing service here.
