Diane Tran I had a digital perm, root touch up, trim, and hydrating treatment done here. The professionalism and quality of work you get here are phenomenal. Cost for digital perms are much more reasonable than anywhere else Ive looked in Queens and Midtown. They start at 280 and increase depending on hair density, hair length, or other add-ons. My stylist was Erica and she is as skilled as she is generous. I absolutely loved her work. She added such dimension to my hair with the perm using both S and C curls. My hair was so dry from using the wrong products and her hydrating treatment left it silky smooth. She also offered to trim my hair on-the-house (because my hair was that dry and she said she felt pity for me hahaha). I actually ended up coming here twice because my root touch up didnt take at first. Erica was incredibly professional and lovely, I was able to return to have it redone at no extra cost. At this second appointment, she showed her expertise by being able to color match my hair pretty well despite the odd transitions throughout due to heat styling. Erica was also very accommodating with my schedule. I told her that I work a very busy schedule as a resident physician and wouldnt be able to come in right away - she was able to fit me in, even when it was 3 weeks after my first session and I called last minute when I found out I could get out of work early. The atmosphere here is calming, clean, and relaxing. An overall wonderful experience and I highly recommend Erica!

Karina Romero Recently moved to Jackson Heights and needed a great Dominican hair salon for the long-term. Came across Amiris hair salon through a Google search as the Top 10 best hair salons in the area. I must say Google was not wrong for mentioning Amiris as the top 10 best hair salons in Jackson Heights. My hairdresser was Paula (Loved her). She was very nice, attentive, and a true hair dresser that cares about your hair and makes you feel welcome. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. The salon is immaculate and clean. I never been to a hair salon so clean and well organized as Amiris hair salon. Finally, I found a hair salon that is honest, customer service oriented, welcoming, friendly, quality over quantity when it comes to your hair. I am glad I found this hair salon and will be my permanent spot. Thank you, _Karina

Terri Lerman Paul is by far my most treasured hairstylist.I followed him from another salon to Spectrym Hair Salon.This salon is so classy,relaxing,warm and extremely professional.All the staff are friendly and do really beautiful work.After all the trauma my hair had been through from Chemotherapy and radiation,Paul knew how to nurse my hair back to life.He is an exceptional hairstylist and I would follow him anywhere.I think Paul has found his place at Spectrym Hair Salon with all the other professional and friendly hairstylists. I would recommend him to anyone interested in a very experienced, patient and kind hairstylist.

rien gonzales This is my first to write review. I’ve been looking for a good salon/ hairstylist for soooo long!! I’ve wasted so much money before and not worth it. So on Tuesday while just browsing I came across to Mos SaLon in Flushing. I read the reviews and I can attest that Jason is very talented. I showed the picture that I wanted and Jason explained everything and recommended what best for my hair.. It took hours but it was so much worth the money!! Each time that Jason will put something, Jason will explained it first, which was very nice and that’s how it should be.. All in all, I was so happy and even recommended to my friends.

Andee Carroll Ester is the best! I flew from Texas to see her as I couldn’t find anyone who specialized in curls and was so knowledgeable. From the moment I reached out, my experience was phenomenal. Scheduling was easy and she kept me so comfortable during the process! Lots of snacks, all meals ordered and Netflix to keep me entertained. Results: My hair is very rare, naturally fine, curly and dark blond blended with highlights. Lots of dimension. The match was perfect! I almost cried during the reveal. It didn’t feel any heavier than my natural hair. Very light, perfect amount of volume and so comfortable! I’m tender-headed and was shocked by how comfortable the install and wear was. The curls were so easy to maintain. If you are interested in more volume and/or length, there’s no one better!

Kathia O Each and every one of the stylists and helpers are amazing at what they do! Super friendly and helpful. For the first time in my life, I decided to go for a big change and had full highlights done by the lovely Ana! She was efficiently quick and chose a beautiful color for my highlights. I have been receiving many compliments since! Amanda has also been very helpful/amazing, as well as Daniel (: , and I cannot wait to go back for any hair related services I plan on doing next

She really knows what shes doing and for the first time in my life, I can say that I didnt leave the salon dissatisfied with the result! The outcome was perfect, just what I had pictured! Angela Barnes Once again Camilo was able to completely transform my hair , I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted but Camilo worked with me giving me his input and together we were able to come up with a look that I was very happy with. Camilo knows the science and chemistry of hair well and is very diligent in explaining details , he’s always full of ideas . I had the Magic Sleek straightening treatment along with highlights and a new cut.
