Staff was professional and courteous over the phone, made an appointment, and was very flexible to meet my needs for drop off arrangements. During drop off, staff was able to recall details provided in a one-time phone conversation two weeks prior and ask for additional details. Car went from needing service and investigation in the morning to finished up and fixed in the afternoon, including several additional services I added circa lunch time. Rates were very reasonable. Staff was knowledgeable about the topic, potential failure modes, and whether or not different approaches were worth pursuing. Very satisfied with this service, and will 100% be returning here for future service.

5 /5 Mary Grace: Went in with a busted wheel bearing. I was under the impression it was two wheel bearings and that it was going to be very expensive. A lot of garages would have taken advantage of that. A young girl with no clue about cars. Jamie told me right up front the correct price for the repair and he also informed me that it was only one wheel bearing. He worked with me to get me in around my super busy schedule. He was professional and had my car done in a very time efficient matter. I was able to pick it up with no problems and the car is running perfectly. Super appreciative and happy with the service. Also for reference my car is a hybrid which some garages won’t even work on around here and if they will they will overcharge you a lot of times. 10/10 recommend especially if you’re a woman because I know handing someone money when a lot of garages look at us like an easy target for some quick money can be intimidating.He’s honest, hard working, and very professional. Won’t take my car anywhere else from now on.
