They worked with me in such a great way, and did an amazing job fixing my broken value on my tire. Im very pleased with Service Drives work, and customer service. Im very big on businesses having a great customer service mannerism, and they had just that. I will definitely be returning for all my future repair needs. 5 /5 L Hughes: I took my Nissan car to the dealership who sold me my car for my annual state inspection as I have done since buying the car. The inspection was passed with no problems,but I was told that I needed a new front lower ball joint. Ive been driving a long time, and we had a car that needed a ball joint replaced and I remember the feel of driving with a bad ball joint. I never felt the problem with my current car,so I declined the repair. As I drove away from the dealership I felt annoyed. I called my friend who had told me about a wonderful mechanic she knew and suggested that I make an appointment to have him look at my car. I made an appointment with Service Drive on Kenmore Avenue in Buffalo,NY to have Dan Sowers check my cars ball joint. The facility is outstanding, very clean and professional, and all the people I met were personable and kind. I checked in and gave my key to the Service Manager,Steve, and he showed me the waiting area. In less than twenty minutes Steve and Dan came into the waiting area to show me what a ball joint was and how Dan measured the movement in my cars ball joint. Dan found that I did not need the ball joint fixed as the measurement of movement was as minimal as could be measured. The dealership that I faithfully used for my car was pushing a repair I did not need. The dealership has lost a customer forever, and Service Drive and Dan Sowers has a new customer who will be back for annual inspections and repairs when needed.

3 /5 Alyssa Norman: I go through service drive because I have my car through Easy Loan auto and they go through them for repairs. I definitely feel the amount they charged me for the parts and labor were a little excessive considering when we got the vehicle there were issues with it from the get go. We did void our warranty because we kept having to pay a 500 deductible each time when something came about. My muffler was rotted to the core and we didnt have another 500 at the time to pay so we tried fixing it and it didnt work so when we finally got the money we ended up paying almost 5000 to dollars for the repairs needed on the truck. I called around for pricing other places while our truck was at service drive and everywhere else was lower. I feel because easy loan auto and service drive work together they charge more for vehicles that already have issues. Again, after we purchased our truck we noticed there were TONS of things wrong with it. We are NEVER late with our payments either. We actually had a battery that had screws through it at one time to keep the connection going and that passed there inspection which mind screwed us because we have no idea how that was allowed and it caused us to have to pay for tows when we needed it fixed. I just wish the pricing wasnt so high at service drive when others places were cheaper if we would of known that maybe we would of went else where. Last thing, as a woman coming to service drive I feel intimidated by the men sometimes when you first walk in. They act as if I know nothing when in reality I know some because my father is a mechanic. Its their demeanor on how they come off to woman. Other than the pricing, the way I feel when I first walk in and the crazy screws through my battery they are an okay place.

I brought my car in for one issue, and while dealing with that, they found something else wrong and was able to take care of it in earlier than the time I was promised. They are fast and efficient, and they really know their stuff. Thank you to the staff at Service Drive!!
