She remembers details about me and my life and makes me feel like a valued customer. The salon is accessible. Kim uses schedulicity which makes it really easy to schedule appointments from my phone at any hour!

Kelly did two trials for me after I changed my mind regarding updo versus down, and was super patient and helpful. During the time leading up to a wedding, you want someone like her who is down-to-earth, calming, and thoughtful about what she does. You will definitely feel well taken care of! On the day of the wedding, both Kelly and Karen were on time and fully prepared with everything we needed. The bridal party looked gorgeous, and Karen did a great job of providing natural looking make up for everyone! Kellys hair styling looked amazing on each of my friends, and mine turned out just as we had planned and as I had hoped. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them for events!
