I took my car to two different places both were dealers after having friends that know their stuff look at my car and tell me nothing was wrong with it. The engine light just would not go off the dealer wanted $3,400 or was encouraging me to trade it in. We stumbled across Southtown Auto and looked at their reviews. They took me in immediately and promised me I would not leave until I was satisfied and within 3 days Not only was my car inspected at the engine light was off they fixed the problem for $200.00. Here it is December and I finally got my inspection! From the bottom of my heart I want to say I will never go anywhere else as long as they are in business! Not just one or two of them every single person there greets you with a smile every single time and takes very personal care of your situation! Crying tears of joy! Thank you Southtown Auto! 5 /5 Chris: They have made a major improvement with their office. You can now sit on nice, comfortable chairs, watch TV, and use the microwave as you wish. Dont forget to ask for a bottle of water if you are thirsty, hot, or need to use the bathroom. Please do not hesitate to ask. The gentlemen that work there are very professional and pleasant to deal with.
