He & Mary Beth engaged my insurance company over several days to resolve the estimation process. All the while keeping me informed with phone updates. Its important to have an auto mechanic that you can trust, and I absolutely trust the team at Spicers! Highly recommended!

5 /5 Jim Joyce: On August 20, 2014, I was traveling through the Syracuse area when my car started leaking fluid during a gas refill. I was referred to Spicers by an area merchant because they were known to be reliable and nearby. They quickly diagnosed that my car needed a new water pump. It was near the end of the day and my family was facing being stranded without a car while repairs were made. The management and mechanics at Spicers were extremely helpful. A mechanic stayed beyond his normal quitting time to work on my car immediately. The work was performed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. The management even arranged to drive my family to a nearby shopping center while I waited for the car repairs to be completed. I highly recommend Spicers for their professionalism and skills, especially concerning the circumstances my family was facing.
