5 /5 Miranda Mitchell: I am very pleased with the service and respect that I received from Steve Shannon Tire and Auto Center. I was able to get my tires and have them put on all in the same day. They were able to squeeze me in for an inspection and oil change as well. Then when they discovered my caliper was bad they were able to replace that so my car could be inspected. They worked quickly and communicated every step of the way! I am so grateful they were able to do all that work for me all in one day without hesitation! They are the best and I will continue going to them from even an hour away, they are worth the drive. Prices are reasonable and the mechanics and service men are very pleasant and friendly! Thank you so much!

4 /5 Sarah Ayers: Just in for a state inspection. Had to bring back a second day because they had some logistical issues on first day that didnt allow for them to get it done. But they went out of thier way to make sure it was taken care of and communicated effectively with me. Will continue to return for honest work!

4 /5 Caroline Povero: The Car Whisperers: from my rudimentary knowlwdge of cars, and the various sound effects (whomp whomp; whirrr; clunk; rattleling, well something fell off, etc) I provide when telling them whats wrong with my 18 year old Toyota, theyre able to determine the correct area of the car to look at. And, when they have to deliver bad news (expensive), its delivered with kindness. Overall: courteous, professional, efficient service.

5 /5 E C: Great experience, will be coming back. Went for a tire alignment and asked them to take a look at the car due to pulling and funny noises. They did the alignment, repaired a tire, fixed some body pieces that were coming apart, and cleaned it up from stuck leaves and it runs great now. Timely, trustworthy, affordable.

5 /5 Mark Ross: I have been purchasing my tires, oil changes and brake service from Trombley now Steve Shannon for almost 20 years. I live in Canandaigua but work in Ithaca. Since they have stores in both cities I can purchase at one location and if I have an issue can bring the vehicle to the other location. I like the fact that their tires prices include all of the cost including road protection and free rotation. On this occasion I returned from a 2 and a half week vacation to find my 22 Toyota Rav 4 Prime battery was dead. I took it to the Toyota dealer I purchased the vehicle from only to find out that the battery was not warrantied(less than 3 years old). They wanted $1500.00 for the battery alone plus labor and was told it would take 5 days to get the battery in. I called Steve Shanon and they had the battery in stock and installed it for $515.00. This will be the only place we take are vehicles for non warranty work.
