5 /5 Joe Wedge: First time customer, from the minute I called in an emergency Nolan assured me everything would be ok and quickly had my Jeep towed to the shop after it died blocking traffic. I kept putting off the repair and just got used to the noisy muffler but needed an inspection. Then started having electrical problems. When it just shut off I went into panick mode. All I saw was $$$, Nolan called me first thing the next morning and said they immediately identified the electrical issue, faulty wiring job that was done so poorly is was dangerous, they photographed everything so I could possibly recover some money from U-Haul for the after market trailer hitch they installed. He explained it wouldn’t pass inspection because of the exhaust and I knew I couldn’t afford a new system, but before I could even tell him that he said my Jeep was in excellent condition and hard to believe it had the mileage on it that it did. He suggested a retro fit for the exhaust that would last and save me a ton of money, and it would pass the inspection. They gave my entire jeep a once over and a list of minor things that could be taken care of at a later time along with cost estimates broken down. They had my Jeep back to me in less than 24 hours, when it started it sounded and drove like it was brand new. Jennifer was also great with customer service when I called back with a stupid question. Customer for life now!
