Michael Lane, NP, demonstrated exceptional knowledge and a deep commitment to patient care. He took the time to listen patiently to all my questions and addressed every concern I had regarding my illness. His willingness to accommodate my requests made me feel supported and valued throughout my visit.

5 /5 Ron DellaPenta: I went to the Vestal walk in with out an appointment and was called in with waiting about 15-20 minutes. All the staff were friendly from the receptionist to the dr. Very professional. They took good care of me, gave me the necessary tests that I needed. They took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed.

5 /5 Feruza Aslan: Originally I went to Binghamton Emergency room, after waiting there for two hours long and getting nowhere I decided to leave and came to UHS walk-in. The process went very smooth and fast. We waited about there for 15 min before they took us in. The doctor and the staff was very nice. The whole procedure took us 45 min from the beginning to the end. The whole experience was pleasant. I wish came to UHS walk-in in the first place instead of going to the emergency room.
