2 /5 Hachi j: My second visit was not great it was minor fender collision with a cracked bumper and one broken headlight, when asked if they they could remove the bumper to check for internal damage because the car was running fine acted like this was an impossible request and just didnt check... yet replacing one headlight required 2 hours of labor ran 450 when you can purchase two headlights online 100.00 so I dont see how one cost 200.00

1 /5 Samantha Dais: I went there a couple of times for a quote. The second time I went there was to get my axle fixed. But I forgot the control arm they gave me a quote for was not fixed. So this guy became upset and told me to take my business elsewhere after I never got a chance to tell him I just wanted the axle fixed. I know the control arm needed to be fixed but I could afford both. I asked for the quote and was told to leave. I left there in tears. Never again especially since he made me feel like garbage. Especially since I planned to get the axle fixed and come back to get the control arm fixed, Patience is a virtue. Perhaps being kind and patient is something they should learn. Ultimate auto lost a good customer who does spend money.
