5 /5 Selena: I went here after a few years without insurance/a dentist visit. As a new patient I was pleasantly surprised with the level of care I received. The hygienist Sara was super kind and informative. A few weeks later I came back to have a wisdom tooth removed (which they got me in for immediately). It turned out to be a little more than a simple extraction and I was there for over 3 hours. Dr. Jeff was amazing. He made sure I was comfortable and explained what they were doing every step of the way. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with this practice.

As someone who moved to Victor and was referred to this practice, I can see why it has that name. Not only does my entire family go here, but the incredible team of hygienists, led by Dr. Jeffrey Lowenguth, along with the supportive staff, create a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. When I had an emergency, they got me in right away and provided exceptional follow-up care. You’re never just a number here—they genuinely care about your well-being. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

5 /5 Dennis Swarthout: VFD has a very welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter the office. Friendly staff and Dr. Jeff is great. Was a patient there when I worked in the area, but after having a bad experience with a chain dental office, I decided it was worth the drive from Chili to Victor and go back to him. My first visit yesterday, they found three problems the other dentist didnt even see, which doesnt surprise me. Glad I made the move back to VFD.
