5 /5 Luvly CLF: This was a new experience at Vince Auto Body Works shop. Staff were quite nice and informative. Made process with insurance company stress-free and smooth. Especially Walter & Ricky. Repairs were done in a time manner. In fact the repairs were done 2 days early and the repair work looks amazing! I will use them again outside insurance claim.

5 /5 Meleta Taylor: This was the most professional and personal human experience. Ricky met me while I was in shock after I saw my car smashed in front of me. He was professional- not pushy and assured me he would take care of me and my car. It was a traumatic experience but Ricky was there for me. He took care of everything even as much as setting up my rental. Ultimately my car looks “ brand new”. I’ll share some before and after photos. His staff is also amazing!!!

5 /5 Evan Pendleton: Just got my truck back from Vinces after being rear ended on the highway. Vinces did an amazing job on all the repair and body work and went above and beyond for everything. They are amazing people and great to deal with. I wouldnt go anywhere else now.

5 /5 Jeanette Ramos: Highly Recommend. I was met with a very warm and compassionate welcome. Suzanne and Ricky, the owner, were both amazing at understanding my worries and assuring me things would be done as quick as possible. I was nervous that I might go over on my rental and would need to pay but Ricky assured me it would be done before my rental limit. The shop came through and had my car ready a week earlier than predicted. The car looked great both outside and inside, and the shop was very accommodating in answering my questions. Vince’s also updated me throughout the fixing process and I was very pleased with their work and communication. 5 stars!
