5 /5 C MB: This was my first time meeting Dr Hillard today and she was the absolute best. She explained clearly and precisely what type of lumbar and cervical spine surgery I need,how long it surgery would take and how long it would take for me to heal completely. She reviewed my MRI pictures with my husband and me. She showed us exactly where my spinal injuries were and why it is causing me so much pain and how she would fix it with surgery. I felt very secure in her knowledge and expertise. She is the best

5 /5 Keeks Gody: Dr. Hilliard was recommended by my Pain Management Specialist and I was not disappointed. She along with her team were awesome, courteous, respectful and caring. She took her time to discuss and explain my condition and the surgical procedure I would undergo. It was an impressive first time experience and one that is highly recommended for anyone suffering from back issues. Since I’ve undergone my lumbar laminectomy (left) my back pains have decreased significantly (90%). I’ve been referred for PT which has been proven to be helpful. Recovery is slow but the surgery was worth it.

Everyone spoke so highly of her that I was not one bit nervous to get the keyhole surgery to fix a herniated disc that was causing years of pain. 5 /5 Donata Simmons: Dr Hilliard is the absolute best! My surgery was super successful and it is all thanks to her superior level of skill, and that of her team. In addition, her staff is amazing. I really hope that someone reads this review and gives special attention to Tonianne Palumbo. Tonianne goes absolve and beyond for Dr. Hillard’s patients. She has an outstanding attention to detail and nothing gets past her. I need you to understand how that takes a great amount anxiety away from a major surgery for us patients. I felt like I didn’t have to worry about my insurance company denying my surgery because she was on top of every aspect of my care. She also takes time to explain everything to the patients to ensure that we have complete awareness of our care. I can’t possibly say enough great things about Tonianne. She truly makes a precarious time pleasant. I also want to mention Sylvia, the medical assistant. She is so kind and has a very pleasant demeanor. She is very professional and expresses a willingness to help in any way. Thank you Dr. Hillard and the outstanding staff!
