5 /5 Aly: My husband, daughter and I decided we wanted to give a pet a new life. So we adopted a cat from a very well known place in town on a Sunday. (Im leaving out names for personal reasons.) We found this handsome lover bug of a cat & immediately knew he was the one. Unfortunately upon adoption a lot of things were left unsaid about our new cat’s health & he started declining quickly when he came home with us. He became very lethargic, he wouldn’t leave his bed, would not touch his food and had one bowel movement that was pure diarrhea and smelled of decay. I was told by their facility there was essentially nothing they could do and i needed to bring him to my personal vet if he didn’t start feeling better.
I was a wreck, so, I decided that day i would call my personal vet which is watertown animal hospital. I told them everything that took place and what was happening with my new cat. They immediately took action & squeezed him in so that i could bring him in to be seen. They were extremely kind to me and to our cat.
As of today, my cat is eating, drinking, having regular bowel movements, and even playing with toys. I am beyond grateful for everyone that helped me and gave me peace of mind.
I especially want to thank Paige, Dr. Jank, Yonis(i may be spelling this wrong and i’m sorry) & all of the staff who took care and continue to care for all of my pets!
