5 /5 Les Nichole: Recommend! Upon calling this dental practice, I was given all of the information necessary upfront including potential costs out of pocket. I received new patient forms via email and text reminder. I really appreciate their organization, quick response and follow through. It’s an easy to access location and quiet and clean space. They were informative as well as the dental provider. He was very welcoming and clear direction. My son felt comfortable here and they appear to care.

5 /5 Cartomancy Seer: I am not even a patient yet. These 5 stars are for reception alone. Ive called 25 places with no answer or call back before Western. I recieved a call back in around 10 minutes and not only was scheduled but Amber took time to make sure I understood what would happen at the 1st appointment, where the place was located, and what to expect after the first visit. She was really helpful, and even offered to book me sooner if there were any cancellations.

Hygienist, Sharon who did my cleaning today appeared experienced and provided helpful information about periodontal care.Dr. Thomas seems caring and knowledgeable and will begin major dental work in a few weeks. I am very pleased with this practice which I highly recommend.

5 /5 Danielle Refregier: The office manager was able to get approval from my insurance company. She let me know how much it was going to cost for the visit. Dr Thomas was very compassionate about a concern he came across. Telling me the importance of what he what he was talking about.

5 /5 Barbara Loucks: A lengthy visit today for two crown preps (at a new dental practice for me) was handled with sensitivity and skill. I really appreciated the dental assistant and dentist taking the time to explain what to expect with each step and the use of some high tech tools that I was not familiar with. No pain.
