Maxmillian D. Had to get three recall notices from Subaru for my 2018 Impreza taken care of and I was not looking forward to it. Frankly, I was expecting the dreaded, you also need this, that and the other. Well, from my initial conversations with Nichole at the service counter, to the young woman dropping me off and then Nichole calling me only a couple hours later to tell me everything was done, I was pleasantly surprised and the service/customer service was excellent. I received a comprehensive vehicle inspection report and both recommendations (tires and cabin air filter) were honest and accurate. I must confess that I was armed with a first opinion from a personally known mechanic, that I trust for his honesty and integrity, before I took the car in for the recalls. Unfortunately, I dont know the name of the Fox Subaru technician who performed the service/inspection, but THANK YOU. Well done to both you and Nichole. Your performance reflects extremely well on yourselves and Fox Subaru service.

Nicole Gabriel Noticed my muffler sounded slightly louder .Called today and they were able to get me right in. They looked at it and told me my muffler flange had rotted and it had no bolt. They said it was a simple fix. They had it fixed within a hour . It cost me less than $100 totalfor parts and labor. Im happy with it so far. If it gives me any problems will update my review. Everyone was very courteous and nice...... Update Had another issue with my car. I had a good experience with this place last time so I called them back up. They were able to fix my vehicle and did it quickly and efficiently. The man who works here Craig went above and beyond to help. More places need employees like him. Will definitely be back ( hopefully not any time soon). I added a star to my review because of Craigs awesome customer service skills. I highly recommend this place.

Susan Sheldon The mechanics at Eliminator Auto are local, highly knowledgeable and experienced. I was given a referral to them for regular car maintenance and repair by another top-notch mechanic who repaired and restored my car after an accident. And Eliminator hasnt disappointed. They do great, thorough work for a fair price, and every employee I have encountered there is friendly, attentive and helpful. And I prefer to give my business to locals instead of chains. The owner and mechanics have a vested interest in their reputation, which drives their good work ethic. And from the looks of the garage, they love what they do. That said, Ive settled on Eliminator as my permanent car repair place.

Debra Parker I was stuck in a 5 ditch between Skaneatles and Auburn. AAA said it may be 60-90 mins for someone. Didnt know if I would be drivable once out. Andrew, from Harrys Tire, showed up in 30 minutes! On a terrible night! I was his 30-something tow out. He was super nice and got me out! No damage! Thank you Andrew! I truly appreciate you!
