5 /5 Hannah Jacobus: Weve lived in Auburn for 3 years, and have been screwed over by multiple auto shops in this little city. We took our car in to Xcelerated last weekend, and not only were they exceptionally friendly and personable, they did everything we needed on our car for much cheaper than other shops, and did an overall stellar job. They remembered everything we told them about past experiences locally, and they communicated with us at pick up, recalling everything we had mentioned to them and addressing our concerns after inspecting it. Ive never encountered a shop of any kind that someone remembers peoples input so well and does everything they can to communicate and ease concerns. Absolutely amazing service. I wont be taking either of my cars to any other shop as long as I live in the general Syracuse region.
