Jessica McCulloch I went to this school when it was called SARAH J HALE HS. I miss the memories and friends Ive made and still keep in touch with. Loved my teachers. Just wish theyve done this back in my day. Graduate of 93. School looks the same.

Kat J As the parent of a Senior, I am more and more impressed with the school all the time. The Visual Art show is phenomenal and the talent across the 5 different Studios shows the dedication and talent of the teachers. The school is big enough for the kids to find friends and interests whether in sports, clubs or academics; yet small enough that the teachers and administrators get to know their students well. They have a strong selection of AP courses and it isn’t unusual to hear music in the hallways. It is a public school and doesn’t fit all kids all the time but it does a darn good job of meeting the needs of the majority of kids with diverse needs and backgrounds.

#3. Brooklyn High School Of The Arts (Top third choice, Auditioned, Accepted, chose Murrow)
