Tracy Martinez Kathy is the BEST!!! Don’t let a small town fool ya!!! They have some of the brightest STARS! I love that she let me know that my hair needed a break from bleach and that I probably shouldn’t use bleach anymore at all. But she gave me a new hair color and I absolutely love it. My hair is healthier than ever, and my color is amazing!!! Thank you Kathy!!!
