Jamie Thomas I was brought here by paramedics on 4/9/22, after collision with a deer. Shortly after, I was sent by helicopter to a larger hospital in Oklahoma to treat my extensive trauma. My boyfriend remained at this hospital until his family was able to get him. He told me how caring and considerate the staff were to him. He said they kept checking on him, and made sure he got something to eat. It was the first good thing I heard about when I regained consciousness. I’m not sure if the paramedics are affiliated with the hospital, but the woman in the ambulance saved my life by intubating me so quickly, I will never forget her. Thank you, thank you. I appreciate everything that was done for us during our brief visit.

lacinda bradford I want to thank Childress hospital for not only taking care of my mom but also treating her like a queen. The staff went over and beyond keeping her comfortable and giving her the best in medical care. When she was cold they even provided a heated blanket. The lights were answered in immediate time, the food was the best, the beds were the top of the line for comfort, the cleanliness of the facility was immaculate and the friendliness of the staff was the best. Physical Therapy was patient, gentle and yet motivating to assist with getting her up and going again. Lab was gentle and found the easiest solutions to get the job done. Nursing staff was quick to respond and went over and beyond. They never left the room without asking not only my mom but the family if there was anything that we needed. They made sure that we also had plenty of bedding to stay with my mom. Dr. Sauders was knowledgeable and professional performing the surgery quickly leaving less time medicated with a great outcome. I can’t say enough except that if there were more than 5 stars, they would definitely be at the top. Thank you again.

ItsJenAgain91 Three stars for the being polite on the phone. Three stars only because my voicemails were never returned or ignored. This is my first pregnancy. I was trying to set up an appointment to establish my daughter to be seen. I have many questions and felt ignored. I have no faith taking my first baby here. I am willing to go to a larger hospital that will now have to be further away if it means getting proper care and answers for me and my baby. UPDATE: I had to jump some hoops, but got a hold of the doctor himself who was kind enough to care about my baby. He apologized that we were ignored. Love the doctor, but he needs new secretaries that will answer and return calls. When we arrived to first appointment, the line was going out the door. Secretaries move too slow and show lack of care.

Ben Sanford Kyle is amazing in the billing dept. Saw a billing error on a charge that should have been charged to Workers Comp, but was charged to my personal insurance. Kyle handled a spontaneous 3-way call and he quickly addressed the issue. Thank you CRMC for being quick to resolve the matter.

Brittany Batenhorst If you want your sonogram to be a humiliating and awful experience, this is the place to go. The man doing the sonogram was hateful to me the whole time and rude when I asked a question. The next time I came back, the Hispanic lady asking for my insurance information acted like I inconvenienced her day by being there and was unbelievably rude until her supervisor joined the room with us because of issues locating my insurance. This hospital is a joke. You couldn’t pay me to have my baby here after dealing with these two. I loved my doctor and I’m sad to be leaving him, but there is no excuse for being treated the way I have been at this hospital.
