Cass Diaz Woman who answered the door was very unprofessional and mad because I was there. She was very unwelcoming!! The nurse on the other hand was amazing and kind.

Kat Norris I took my mom to the ER for her gallbladder and Dr Alley only gave her a pain shot. Which was not sufficient! I had to take her back to the emergency room because she didn’t improve. I had to tell them to read her chart from a previous visit with a different doctor and see what he gave her along with the pain medication that actually gave her relief. I know we have to be our own healthcare advocates but that was beyond ridiculous. We expected more from the head of the emergency room

Becky Ranjel I was super sick, fever, vomiting, pain and the ER Nurse, and ER doctor was so hateful to me. Told me nothing was wrong and asked me to leave and never come back!! I am an RN myself and will be reporting them to their Boards also calling in the hospital
