K OBanon My mother has been a resident of LBJ Medical Center for a year now. Our family is very grateful for the love and care she receives from the staff. It has been such a comfort knowing that she feels safe and supported. We feel very blessed that she is happy and thriving in their care.

Jean Olinger Absolute worst nursing facility in Texas. There is NO caring or compassion, food is horrible and never the right temperature. There are very few activities provided. There is a revolving door for nursing care that is mostly agency nurses… no continuity of care. Staffing ratios are always inadequate except when State inspector present. Communication with families is nonexistent. Resident Right violations are numerous. VERY disrespectful to residents and family members. Administration (to include corporate representatives) do not care about the state laws governing the industry. The telephone at the facility is rarely answered; corporate office is answered by answering machine and return calls are never made. If you care about your loved one, PUT THEM ELSEWHERE!

Cydney Alexander Most awful place I have ever visited. Whoever wrote the 5 star reviews were probably the owners. The workers are abusive, steal patients food n clothes n belongings. Nurses dont appear competent n treat residents rudely. My friend has covid n she isnt allowed her medicines ordered by the hospital when she was released. She has no teeth n special food isnt provide that she can eat that is nutritious. They give her junk food most of the time if she gets anything. Workers let other residents abuse each other.

Cheryl Pratt The folks working here are amazing, kind and caring. Were so grateful to have a facility that takes care of our loved ones and knows them personally. This facility is home-town caring at its finest.
