Lauren Tefteller I went in for a pretty deep cut I got from work. I waited in the waiting room for almost 3 hours till i finally got called back pretty upsetting honestly. For them to tell me they couldn’t do anything about and hardly even cleaned it it was so quick and rush when they was finally able to see me. My boss recognized to go somewhere else to get looked at which i did. The second ER I went to told me I should have received stitches but it was too late now since it had been over 8 hours. Not to mention there was a sick baby in the waiting room screaming and crying and no one seemed to care. Front desk worker was not the best either and when you look through the door window you could see All the nurses just standing around talking/laughing. So no I do not recommend this place to anyone especially if you need to be seen in a hurry.

Billy House I have a rare auto immune disease that I get flare ups with and get extremely bad migraines that won’t go away. At my time here The doctor (Catherine Lewis Neal) came in and totally humiliated me by saying that I know how the medical system works and that I know what I want and just to tell her so she can give me what she can to get me out of there after she tossed my lab results in my lap. I have a witness to this behavior my fiancé was sitting right there as she did this. She asked me what the last hospital did to get rid of my head ache. I told her they gave me magnesium, Benadryl, promethazine, dalaudid, and fluids. She went on a rant about narcotics when that’s not even what I requested. At this point I had that migraine going on 2 weeks and was having a flare up with my autoimmune disease and she was so rude and accusatory toward me. I literally not once requested medication of any kind. They asked me what the last hospital did for me that’s all I told them and they used my words against me in the chart and made it seem as if I was drug seeking which was not the case.

Rowena Morgan Went today with my son. RN Mike was great. He really helped keep my kiddo calm by explaining what he was doing and what he was going to do. The Dr that saw him was also great. I felt listened to and when asked to explain what was going on to my son, 10/10 explanation to help keep him from panicking. 9/10 I always have a great experience with the staff here.

Kylie Michele I had a great experience during my emergency visit. Doctors, nurses, and staff were incredible. My only complaint is I wish I had a better experience during my ultrasound. The exam rooms are way too small and it was highly inconvenient for the ultrasound tech. I would like to mention, she was incredible! She deserves her own room!
