Kimberly Beltran Tonight I had the pleasure of seeing how a dr and nurse can have and show so much compassion to a patient and so thankful to say that patient was my mom , I will say until tonight Ive had nothing but bad experiences at this hospital always with the drs and nurses !! But tonight that changed shout out to the er nurse Rebecca and the er doctor on shift tonight if everyone in the medical field could be like yall everyone would have such an awsome experience thanks for treating my mom with care and being so fragile with her

Crystal Veleta A dr named Dr woa....was very rude to my son stormed off on us bcz I got upset that he told my 9 year old son he was gonna suck his bones off his foot to remove a splinter .......very unnecessary and unprofessional.....last time I ever waste my time going here ESPECIALLY with that Dr there he doesnt seem on top of his game hes slurred speech and looks like he was waking up from a nap....dont waste your time with overnight ER

Elizabeth Schumacher The Emergency room at the hospital in Levelland Texas is a horrible ER. I took my daughter there tonight. Theres was absolutely no patients in there however we set in the waiting room for 45 minutes they never called her. They was sitting on their butts waiting for us to leave. My daughters tooth has an infection & because they dont want to do their job & help people. They let her suffer. We finally just left. I dont like leaving bad reviews but this ER has definitely earned bad reviews

Belen Villalba Very Rude Very Rude and Unprofessional Service! Front desk staff on night shift 10.04.23 Thank you for being so rude to my daughter and telling her "thats what you get" she was in pain lady amazing how people can be so mean! Also had comments to her about her last name asked her if she was not from the Levelland. I never do reviews all staff was very rude.. Guessing who ever is in charge is not taking no action to how the staff is working amazing!!!! To many terrible reviews!

Trager Nathan I want to begin by saying that I HARDLY ever write a bad review. I also very rarely give a place less than 3 stars. Unfortunately, not only does Covenant Im Levelland deserve less than 3 stars, they have demonstrated a pattern of behaviors so appallingly unprofessional and neglectful it is shocking that this place is a hospital! I also want to add that Im sure there are a great group of folks who work here and I will, therefore, limit my critique to the members who staff the ER. About the ER: its poorly staffed. By that I mean that the apathy is so pervasive and overt I can only assume it is part of the culture.
While I said this is a pattern, Ill just share tonights experience and let yall decide.
The evening before last my partner was working outside at the house. That night he tells me his elbow keeps cramping. Since elbows are not known as cramping hotspots, I asked him to show me. See the pictures for a look at it. At first I just noticed how swollen it was. Then today when I saw it I noticed three sets of puncture wounds. Around each set, presumably from a spider, the red area had grown out to encompass a larger section of surrounding tissue and where the bites were emerged pale white blotches.
Since it was worse, we decided to go to the ER. We drove 30 miles to the nearest hospital. We registered upon arrival but they did not even ever run us through triage! They just told us to wait in the waiting room. We sat there. Sat there. Then sat some When we asked what the hold up was, the receptionist told us the nurse was making a bed and would be right over. No one ever came. After two hours, we just left. We drove another 30 miles and are now at the ER Im Lubbock.
