Stacy Perez My mom was recently in the ICU with pneumonia and COVID. She unfortunately passed away, but the nurses and doctors were phenomenal with her. They checked and attended to her more than I have seen other patients get at different hospitals. My husband, 4 month old baby and I had come in from Houston and the nurses and entire staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we felt supported at all times. The doctor took the time to listen to my dads concerns and gently answered the hard questions. A nurse even volunteered to watch the baby when the time came for my mom to pass so that I could fully be there for her. Im sad about the outcome, but feel very blessed to have been in that hospital and am thankful for everyone that played a role and showed my family love and support in a very difficult time.

Gabe SF Visited the ER today in Plainview. The way you are treated here is unbelievable terrible. I had a problem with my leg and havent been able to bend it in two months etc..., and is progressively getting worse. The RN Roseann E had a horrible demeanor and seemed annoyed. I was taken to a ER room and was so upset I just limped out the ER and went home. I tried to engage in friendly conversation but she just ignored me. She made a statement " I dont know what we can do help". I told her I had an upcoming appointment with a rheumatologist and she said she didnt understand how that would help....it was just a jaw dropping experience....like I said I just got up and limped out of the ER before I was seen by a doctor since she already had me diagnosed and determined nothing could be done.

Caroline Ascencio I want Thank Benecia and Carmen .They are good respectful nurses on 2nd floor on ICU .There there to help you and under stand your needs .Very Very helpful I would recommend them for your special help there there for you Thank you once again for your kindness and support
