Drew B Doctor Moreno and the Nurse Practitioner have been awesome since I have been a patient here. It took me forever to find a PCP that was taking on patients. I’ve been very pleased with my experience with Doctor Moreno. I would also like to mention they actually answer their phones here and call you back! A lot of docs offices are always too busy and never have time for the patients.

Viviana Rodriguez I had pretty much given up on doctors and my Chronic illness, but this is the first doctor in a long time who listened to me, heard my Concerns, And I’m happy to report Dr. Moreno has helped me get my illness in check. He is personable and approachable. I like him enough that all of our families records are now with him and he is our PCP!

Kyle Dahl Dr. Moreno is a joy to work with. He is extremely competent as well as compassionate. The office service is perfect, I never sit around and wait, I get brought back right away and Dr. Moreno is with me within a minute. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a physician.

parker kuehn Original visit was scheduled with Dr. Moreno for a kidney stone. Instead I was scheduled with the nurse practitioner. The nurse wanted me to have an ultrasound done to get additional imaging for a better diagnosis which made sense (I did have additional general testing done because it’s been years since I’ve seen a doctor because I’m overall very healthy). What doesn’t make sense is when I showed up to the imaging center for my apt they hadnt received the referral/work order from the doctors office for that to be done. I called the doctors office during the visit and they said it had been sent already, but have been having problems with their fax machine. However while I was on the phone with the doctors office it got sent it over immediately and the manager at the imaging facility confirmed it was received while still on the phone with doctors office, how convenient. Unfortunately, the imaging place didn’t have any other appointments that day so I had to schedule another day and time out of my schedule to come back. Then I scheduled an apt with the doctor, they put down the wrong time and I didn’t find that out until the day before, since they didn’t have any other times available and it was a Friday, I had to reschedule for the following week. When I called them back to try to schedule and go over my blood work, they didn’t answer the phone, so I had to physically drive over there and to finally be answered on how my general blood work and testing had came out and also to reschedule with the doctor (which all could of been avoided by answering the phone or returning phone calls/voicemails which they said they don’t do there. As crazy as that is I think the real problem is that they have a staffing issue among other things). When I did finally see the doctor, he did answer all my questions and seemed knowledgeable, but the thing I really can’t get past aside from all the other problems I was having with this family practice is he started checking his watch and walking out the door to his next patient and I had to stop him and say wait don’t you want to go over the ultrasound imagery before you go? (The main reason for scheduling to see him in the first place.) He says to me oh yea let me take a look at that (hasn’t looked at the results prior to my visit). Then says it looks like there may be 3 additional kidney stones. Wanted to say next time start with that. Then says actually a CT scan is the best way to tell if I do have additional kidney stones. I said why wasn’t that coordinated in the first place? Now he says since we already had the ultrasound done insurance isn’t going to want to cover that but come back and see him if I start peeing blood.. Does he really think I would schedule with him after all his family practice has put me through wasting my time and money since I haven’t met my deductible. At that point I’d be going to the ER anyways. I realize this is probably too much info for most people but I think people need to start being held accountable in todays new world. Im also hopeful to help someone else having these kinds of serious health problems to read this and prevent/avoid the problems I’ve had to face at Dr Moreno’s office.

William Buchanan Waste of time and money. Booked for an annual physical then had to sit through a pointless initial visit and pay for it. Came back for the annual physical and asked preventative/curious questions then he coded it as a sick visit that I had to pay for... which he provided no useful information and I would have been better off doing my own research.
Never coming back.
