Trevor Rachall Staff was very rude, barely gave any attention to my friend when she was in pain and obviously needed to be more inspected. They charged us $1,000 for some ointment and an x ray. Some of the staff was nice but most of them were completely unphased and didn’t seem to care about the patient. Hopefully they get some corporation soon because they need to learn to be respectful

Alexis Craney Earlier this week I fell and broke my ankle, my husband rushed me to the er this one because his work recommends it and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had in a hospital. They were so quick and brought the X-ray machine to me, I saw someone nearly every 10 minutes coming in and checking on me. the front desk lady even came into my room to finish registration! Instead of 1000 questions while I waited to be seen. Once we got there we were being seen in less than 5 minutes, a couple of questions and then ice put on my ankle and waited maybe 15-20 minutes for the X-ray tech to come take pictures then 45 minutes later got the results they put me in a boot and crutches and sent me on my way! Honestly very satisfied with the care I got. My home state (Kansas) hospitals could never compare to this one.

Paul Ford If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! I went in earlier tonight with severe pain in my groin/testicle! They took blood and urine samples for me. They didnt even get close to controlling my pain. It was almost like they threw a a pebble at a freight train. They didnt even try! Good luck to all those that enter.

Katherine Noy Within 15 minutes of arriving, they had us in a room, seen by the doctor, and labs ordered.
Another 15 minutes and meds were given and blood taken.
Then only took 6 minutes for CT scan.

Aydan Armstrong A few of the staff were pretty rude. Also was having a horrible reaction to the antibiotic and they won’t change it over the phone. Said I need to come back in and pay another co pay and ER bill to switch my antibiotics. Guess they’re all about the money.
