Amber Kolb The picture is about a few days later or regular polish. They were acceptionaly kind, helpful, and gentle! Myself and two others went and they made sure to keep us together. The shop is extremely clean, they are very patient, and they make sure you love the experience and your polish!

Lisa Conner Lux nails is great. Fe is wonderful and does a great job on my nails. Pays close attention to detail.

Porsche Campbell Not even two days after getting my nails done, they started to chip. When I came back to get them fixed, the gentleman who assisted me was rude and kept trying to just file the chips away as opposed to just fixing them. Initial service was horrible as the first tech cut me with the drill and scratched me with her nails and the follow up was worse.

Ruby Gilchrist Me and my sister in law came in to get our nails done bc our normal place was fully booked the man who did my nails didn’t say a word to me the whole appointment I asked for acrylic and got dip instead and I asked for a certain color and instead of telling me that they didn’t have that one anymore he picked a color for me and he brought me powder and asked if it was ok and I only get my nails done like 1-2 a year so when you bring powder to me it looks different then when it’s on nails and I said something and so when I said something he got mad at me bc it wasn’t even close to the color I asked for and he DIDNT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING on the drill he was burning my nails the lady that did my sister in laws nails did an amazing job and everyone keep apologizing to me for him ( I picked out a sparkly red and I got a orange)

Jennifer Parra I decided to try this place out since its a few min by my house, i arrived at 9:10 am and got helped at 9:15, pretty fast which is excellent for me. Nicki did my pedicure, really nice and courteous nail tech , so definitely recommend her. She worked on my feet in a timely manner and was gentle. I got dip on my nails with a lady named Be, really quite and focused on her work, which I liked, I’m not big on conversating so I didn’t mind her being so quite, I honestly don’t like spending too much time at the nail salon. I’ll be back on my nails review tho, to see how long they last and if Be did a good job. I definitely recommend this place….i will be back and make a 2nd review. 11-4-22 I went in again for a full set of solar nails,,, Nicky was my nail tech again,,.her work is beautiful… loved my nails,,, my pedicure was done by another girl but didn’t get her name, she was in a rush and wasn’t really putting much effort on my pedi,,,

Tosha Hopkins Worst Pedicure Ive ever had today. Ive been going here for over a year and always have come out with my toes looking great. Mind you that I do have difficult nails but they have always made them look good but today I was pissed at how sloppy and ugly they came out looking and him trying to tell me thats the best he could do with how my nails are but nobody else has ever had an issue.

Marina Martinez Absolutely love this place! So friendly & usually, if not always is fully staffed. They really try their best to do any nail design or style you want. I have to rave about my preferred nail tech Wendy! She is the only person I go to (everyone else is also talented) but Wendy does great work! We’ve been going strong 1 year now. Tracy is who I go to for my pedicures! Tracy does really good work on my feet & she is so sweet. 10/10 recommend. They can get busy though so setting an appointment would be wise.

Best pedicure I have ever had I was also searching for a new nail tech well I found one at Zen her name is Mia I enjoy conversation and her honesty. She will let you know what looks good and she is an expert when it comes to nails she always has a beautiful set herself! I recommend Zen 100%

Holly Clark Y’all this place used to be awesome. I’m not sure what’s happened in the past few years. My nails were popping off 1 and 1/2 weeks after application. I went down the road to get newer better ones… everyone considering this place should do the same

Katie Rowan I’ve been going to Zen at least monthly for about a year and a half! They do amazing dips and pedicures! I love the staff! They are friendly and care about you and tend to remember who you are a your preferences super well! My girl is Hannie! I’ve been requesting her for six months and she’s a DOLL! She’s quick, kind, and talks to you as she progressing in her English! I truly adore her! The only note that sometimes there is a wait BUT they are honest about wait times and work so efficiently to get to everyone! I cannot recommend Zen enough!

Amy Ellis I asked for pink and white dip, which I’ve had done here several times. Today, a man said “we can’t do that”. Yet, they didn’t have a problem charging me $53 two weeks prior for it. Then he said just wait about 45 minutes to see if someone could do it. HORRIBLE service. Will NEVER return.

Luis Ordaz The guy that did my girlfriends nails was very rude and combative the whole time. He didnt fallow her request for short nails and he left them all crooked. My girlfriend was on the verge of tears the whole time because he was being so rude. I will never be taking her there again.

Jennifer Quintana The stars were from 2 years ago but recently 2023 I went again, and the service was amazing again. Loan and Tamic were excellent nail techs! Tamic did my pedi, and Loan did my nails. I have one toe that got smashed, she made it look pretty. They took great care with my nails, and I love the end results. I will be back.

Ariscilla Mariah I went to Jennifer & she did such an amazing job. She’s so sweet & precise. I had a bruised nail from smashing it with my car door & she made sure to be gentle with it. I recommend her!

Chaya Leibo The worst place I’ve ever been to. While doing my nails, they were also doing eyebrows for multiple people at the same time. They injured my skin, and at the end, they tried to charge me double the price. When I refused to pay the inflated price, they removed the nails I just had done. Absolutely not recommended! There are plenty of better places in the city. Don’t go there.

I’ve never gotten glow in the dark nails! I’ve waited to get a good glow in the dark picture. Is why I am a day late on posting. Thannnnk you to Mrs Mary & Sarah & the guy who did my toes. Definitely loved it, and will be returning!

Victoria Plasencio Tried out this place because my daughter wanted a pedi in the hello kitty chairs. The people who work here a nice! However the guy who did my pedicure did not know what he was doing. He cut my toenails crooked, he cut them way to short even after I asked him not to, and I was in pain when he was cutting my cuticles. Which blew my mind 90 dollars later this is for both my daughter and Pedi, my Gel polish is chipped. I have been getting gel pedis for the last 5 years this has this happened.

Gracie Wilkins People were decently nice. Lady who did my nails was way too rough, my nail beds were sore for 2 days after! The nails look amazing, but my two pinky nails and my right pointer broke off within the second day with barely any effort bc they were cracked. Very upset.

Denisse Valentino The truth I had my doubts to go there since I saw bad reviews but I still went and I do not regret it, the guy who attended me was kind and at all times asked me if everything was going well, I read in the bad comments that they pressure you to get there and ask for nails, but I think its their way of working and even if you ask them time to choose they are kind, In a certain part I liked it because the work they did was fast and well executed the only thing I would leave as advice is to clean and disinfect all their work tools at the time of serving each client since I did not see that and if it is something important but from there on everything very well for me.

Debra Gray I had been coming to this place to get my nails done for the past 7 years but that changes today. I like my nails short (no tip) but apparently you cant get YOUR nails done the way YOU want them done because if its not the way your nail tech wants to do them, theyll be aggressive with you, file deep into the sides of your nail, make you bleed and then blame you because you wanted them short. Screw this place, theres plenty of other businesses in Amarillo to give your money to.
