Randall Dobard The service and ambience here was above my expectations. Quick and efficient service. I was recommended this place by a friend MONTHS ago. Certainly regret not coming sooner. Can’t remember if my manicure was done by a guy name Dillian or Dustin but he was great. Had a massage too. Definitely enjoyed. S/o to them big time.

Skylar Hall Jess is so amazing !! I recently started coming to her for my nail sets from a friend’s recommendation. The past two sets Jess has done on me have been absolutely stunning. ✨✨✨✨ I am very shy, anxious and awkward at times and Jess always makes me feel comfortable. I’m super stoked to be one her clients!!

Alina I am utterly obsessed with my nails! My friend and I came in yesterday for their happy hour deal. Although gel and acrylics are not included in happy hour just so y’all know! Still, I only paid $90 for this set! I had Vy as my nail tech and she was absolutely amazing. This was the first time I’ve gotten my nails done and I wasn’t on my phone the whole time but talking and laughing with her. Highly recommend this place. We were walk-ins during a busy time and they sat us immediately and gave us mimosas!

Ashleigh Manderscheid I came in with short nails. There are plenty of ways to make short manicures beautiful. instead they made them look bubble like and wide. Will not come back unless I have long nails… this is not it. Also paid for massage and the pressure was very light. Not worth it :(

Salazar Margareth (Magie) Absolutely love this nail salon! Jenny did an amazing job, her attention to detail is incredible, and she made sure my nails were perfect. I went for a black gothic color, and it looks so sophisticated and elegant! The salon has a great atmosphere, and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

irene rangel The technician who did my nails seemed rushed throughout the appointment. My nails ended up looking like they were done by someone new, with uneven shapes and noticeable dips and holes. I suppose you get what you pay for. It’s unfortunate that I got stuck with someone rushing to do their job because my friend nails came out great. It was just my lucky getting a bad nail tech.

Clare Hoelscher I had a great experience here with Bebe! I recently moved to the general area and was looking for a new nail salon. I will definitely be returning to Castle Nail Spa to see Bebe the next time I need a nail service! Bebe did a fantastic job, and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had what I needed, including offering beverages and snacks. She was kind and respectful, and it was great to talk to her during my pedicure service. Thanks Bebe for a great pedicure!

Topher Chow Kenny and Tammy were absolutely wonderful and patient with me. I don’t think I’ve ever had a nail experience with so much class while making sure I got what I wanted. The whole staff is friendly and made me feel very welcomed. Dianne was lovely and greeted me with the purest heart making sure I saw the person who would be best for me. Bebe is someone who I enjoyed talking to about anything and everything! The overall experience is something I have yet to see in DFW definitely check them out if you have any fresh ideas or want to get something cute done at a good/reasonable price.

I have so much respect for women from other countries who come to the U.S., adapt to a new life, raise their children, and work so hard. Win was also fantastic with my manicure. This place isn’t just for getting your nails done; it’s a perfect spot to relax and unwind. They even offered me Vietnamese coffee, which was incredible. Highly recommend this salon for both the experience and the wonderful people!

Robin Mdhlongwa This place is fantastic. Vicky and Bebe are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience. They will even stay after hours to finish your service and you never feel rushed only well taken care of. They are so patient and kind. They did a fabulous job on my nails and pedicure. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Samantha Garland Vivian was amazing! She did a French tip set on my natural nails and it looks absolutely beautiful!

Major She This nail salon is beautiful inside. Their appointment system seems organized and the overall establishment appears to run smoothly. They have seating in the front and back, as well as a bar that was fully stocked with drinks. Service was welcoming and you won’t feel rushed like most places. I gave three stars today because there was an “extra” $40 charge for “deep French tips” when the staff clearly did a white French manicure and silver line that was plain as all can be. I don’t mind the price, I just wish they would have informed me before the service was done. It left a bad taste in my mouth. The total price for this set was $85.00, in my opinion, not worth the up charge

Emi The nails are nice but definitely not worth the price. Staff wont double check to see if acrilic nail polish matches its gel powder match and will just put it on without clarifying its the color you desire. They also wont do a any clean up work. Left the nail salon with powder under my nails and polish on my hands. Nails are applied crookedly as well. This place used to do great service but I feel like its gone downhill over the years.

Lili New hidden gem. Janiece took her time and did a good job on my French tip gel toenails. She paid attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. Good value for the pedicure as well. Will be going back.

Kelley H Really didn’t love my experience here. It felt rushed. She didn’t paint close to my nail bed, you can see in the pictures that it looks like my nails grew out for a couple of days but this was the day after. Then my gel nails chipped after one day. Overall it just wasn’t worth it.

Jill Parish I’ve been coming to Bliss Nail Spa for many years, and I always leave happy with whatever service I had that day- manicure, pedicure or both. The staff is professional, kind and excellent at what they do. And, the nail spa is very neat and clean. For all these reasons and many more, I highly recommend Bliss Nail Spa.

Mandy Gleason The best nails in Dallas. By far. I’ve been seeing Tommy, the owner, for 10 years and have followed him to salons all over Dallas until he opened Bliss Spa a few years ago. Tommy has an amazing attention to detail AND is fast, which is a hard combination to find. I get dip and acrylic nails and they’re always super “thin” and natural - never thick and puffy. I’ve also seen Natalie many times and she’s wonderful too. The cherry on top is that Bliss is well-decorated and comfortable (again, not easy to find). Just make sure you go to the NW Hwy Bliss Nail SPA next to Target - there are a couple Bliss’ around Dallas so it’s easy to put the wrong one into GPS.

Dwight Williams I brought My 5 year old daughter here to get both her hands and feet done a week ago her polish came off the very next day. I called and spoke with someone over the phone about the issue they told me no problem bring her back in they will fix it. When I show up to get it fixed its another problem because she didnt have any polish left it would be an additional charge, I would have to pay all over again. I was advised by a customer that I should use dip because it last longer I said ok. After waiting a hour to get her nails done and being charged $40 for just her finger nails and driving 40 minutes out the way both times Ill never bring her back

Christina Orta I gave a rave review about this nail salon in November but accidentally posted it to the wrong website. This is my updated review. BLISS NAIL SALON IS THE BEST NAIL SALON IN DALLAS! I typically come after a long day of work and am not picky about who does my nails/toes because EVERYONE does a great job! Seriously, every person that has provided me service has blown me away. I never wait around for someone to help me and any requests I have, they accommodate with a smile on their face! I will never go to another nail establishment so long as Bliss Nail Spa is here. Just left after getting my nails done for vacation and I am so happy! I never do designs but decided I’d give them a try. So happy I did! Tommy made my nails look EXACTLY like the photo I showed him. I’m one happy girl! Thank you Tommy and team!

Elizabeth jimenez Sue and Linda are awesome they do a great job. They take their time and always give the best service so they make it worth my 45 min drive. Kimberly is always making sure everyone is comfortable and getting great service. I 100 % recommend!

vanessa ruiz I took my niece do get her nails done there for the first time. The young man that was doing her nails did not talk at all. Seamed irritated while doing his job. He was done about half way through my service which was exactly the same. Her polish was on the cuticle and side of fingers. Cuticle was not cut or pushed back as I asked for. Her 2 nails fell off same day. The next day they were all cracked and looked horrible!!! I know she could have done a better job on her own nails. Not worth a visit for the price you pay. Do not waste your money and expect good service. If you’re in a hurry this is the place for you. They sure do rush u out of there. They act like it’s a race to turn over customers and it wasn’t even busy. Vivian was excellent on my service. That was the only positive of the visit. I am attaching a picture of my nails done by Vivian two weeks after and they still look good!

Katie Portillo I am visiting the area and stopped here to get my nails and toes done. I am not happy with my experience. The woman who did my nails did not let me relax at all. She rushed me and got snippy with me as well. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and just wanted to relax. Also, for the price my nails came out ugly. I lied and said I liked them because my family was waiting on me and I needed to leave. You can see in my pictures I have missing pigment and the color got into my cuticles. I paid $60 for the nails. They’re worth $5. Also, I had no cuticle trim or hand massage even though it was supposed to be included. However, I really liked Diane. She did my pedicure and she was extremely nice and did a very good job. I loved her. She is the type of person I’d like to receive this service from because she was kind, gentle and detailed. If I could I’d give her 5 stars.

Emily Ephraim Needed a manicure and decided to do the dip nail set. The technician was nice but didnt find it necessary to tell her co-workers, to not come around the entirety of the service. Due to her having conversations that were distracting her, she would have been a bit more focused on my manicure service, she would have not cut my cuticle too deep and caused me to bleed. I got no apologies, but rather her attempt to quickly correct her mistake, while I was watching tv. There was no sympathy to ask if it hurt etc. Im sure the establishment is probably private owned, but they could really work on customer service overall.

Paul Friesen My wife and I came here for pedicures. Absolutely fantastic experience. Very relaxing and they did a great job. Complementary diet Coke and water also. They were not rushed, took their time with the foot & leg massage, and they were very gentle. Place was very clean with nice massage chairs.

Sarah Gould I just moved from Chicago and have been looking for a nail spot. My daughter and I went. She got the little girls treatment and I was really impressed by how they took their time and didn’t rush her service, she got a scrub and a foot massage too. I got a gel French pedicure and French gel full set and they took their time to make sure I loved how my nails look. My feet look brand new. Everyone was super friendly also. Will definitely make this our new spot.

Honey I just moved to the Downtown area and was in need of a new nail salon. I’m glad I found Urban Nail Bar. Prices are reasonable, the service was great and the nail techs were really nice. I will be returning and would definitely recommend!

Cruz Lucia (Lucy) I absolutely love Castle Spa Nail and dont mind making the 30-minute drive because Im almost always satisfied with their service. Most of the time, I don’t have to wait long, especially when I book ahead. Michelle is my go-to for pedicures—shes amazing! And when it comes to manicures, almost everyone does a great job. Highly recommend this place for quality nail care!

Shay Wedeking I have gotten my nails done at Castle about four times. The first two times were negative and the top sheet of the dip kept peeling off. These last two times have been great, with MICHELLE. She rocks and totally takes her time to make them perfect. Although they are more expensive than other places, they are beautiful and last a while. The red color in these pictures is V29

Michelle DuBose I was first trying to look for a good nail spot in Dallas, but this is it!! Hubert is amazing. He goes above and beyond to make it a great experience. First visit he had to cut all my nails down, but just saw him this afternoon after over a month without a breakage in my nails and didn’t even had to add tips and made them look gorgeous!! New favorite spot. Definitely go here if you live in Dallas!!

Liana L Painful and awful experience. Three of .my nails are so thin they broke in the center, and I had to go all week at a conference with band aids on my fingernails! To top it off I got an infection on the toe the the nail tech attempted to remove an ingrown nail. She kept pushing it further in!!! Its now too painful to walk and puss is coming from the side. So gross and painful! I want my money back! I went in with a group of 5 women at 2pm on Monday, August 6th! Oh, and maybe your nail techs could tone it down! None of us to talk to one another because the nails techs were talking so loud to one another in their native language. We cant chime in if we dont speak the language. Just rude to be so loud that we could not talk.

Monica Kulach I cannot recommend Castle Nails enough! Jimmy and Michelle always take care of me every time I come in. They are both perfectionists in the work they do and make me feel so special. Jimmy does it all! Acrylic, dip, all of it and his work is impeccable all while being gentle and accommodating to feedback! Michelle is super detail oriented and make sure my pedicures make me feel like I have baby soft skin with the cutest toe nails! If it’s your considering a new salon or stylists - here’s your sign!

Cheyenne Hancock Ms. Rachel is the best!! I came in as a walk in and the owner recognized me from the first time I came in with my boyfriend. Rachel was very sweet and chatted with me the whole time. I am very indecisive when it comes to my nails and she did very good with my nails. I even like her practice her snowman on me and it is soo cute! I will definitely come back to this salon and to Ms. Rachel!!

sophia spallo I loveeee this nail salon!! I just moved here and decided to try it and all of the employees are so kind and welcoming. Their happy hour is amazing and prices are relatively normal compared to other salons. I have no complaints and they do an amazing job every time!!

Latisha Shipp I scheduled a manicure and pedicure for a seamless spa experience. Upon arriving punctually for my appointment, I waited patiently for 35 to 40 minutes before being attended to. The nail service, which was initially estimated to take a reasonable amount of time, stretched to three hours. This was the worst nail job i couldve ever imagined. Disappointed with the results, I returned the following day for my pedicure, bringing attention to the horrific manicure. Although they offered to rectify the issue at no extra charge, their casual remark about not charging for the fix left me puzzled, as they should have ensured quality before I left the salon. During the attempted correction, I was informed that they couldnt replicate the original color due to time constraints, which was perplexing given the circumstances. Despite offering to schedule a follow-up appointment at their convenience to address the matter properly, they hastily applied a different polish, leaving a noticeable mismatch between my fingernails and toenails. This entire encounter was a complete disappointment. Update: I disputed the charges with my bank and Dallas best nail sent them pictures of someone elses foot(picture was in black and white). I searched their Instagram for the picture and found it in color. I just cant believe they went this far.

christy moore What a ridiculous situation. I came here because they said they could replicate any design. I showed a picture of my desired design before the appointment started. I then was told that because I had dip on that it would $175 for the appointment because they had to remove it. That’s so absurd. But i decided to continue because it was my wedding and she had agreed to the nail design. Then after doing the base color I am told this design is not possible and she doesn’t even know how to do flower designs. So I just paid $178 for a regular gel manicure…..

Nicole Kayli (Love, Kayli Nicole TV) I go to Irina for my Russian manicure and pedicure and she does a great job every single time I come. Shes so sweet and patient. I never get French tip on my nails, and the set she did for me last night blew my mind. I love everything about this set. This is my third time going to her and she will always be my go to gal whenever I book. Every time I get a set, I get so many compliments!! If youve never booked before-select IRINA whenever you go to book. You will not leave unsatisfied!

daisy villagomez I’ve never wrote a bad review but this was probably the worst service I got in my entire life. To keep it short. Had my service for a pedi at 11:45. They took me in a whole hour later. I had gel polish and they said they weren’t going to charge me because my service was late…okay thank you so much for the generosity lmaooo. Color selection, trash. So I asked for French tip to keep it simple. When she was doing the pedi, she was using the polish that had spilled out of the bottle. I was like bffr. The place looks gross and it’s hot in the back room and I’m not even a person that gets hot often. Also for some reason when they said smart technology I was like hmm maybe it’s some thing cool that will make me fall in love with the sevice. Nope. It was just a nail drill bit sanding down your feet. No oil on them before or nothing just dry. Idk what I expected. At the end nails looked mid. It’s honestly kinda funny. I should’ve left what can I say lol
