Joanna Traverzo If you are looking for a place to do your custom nails, pedis, lashes this is the place! The ladies here are amazing at what they do. I have been using them for the last 2 years and I have nothing but compliments to give them. My lashes are affordable, last 3-4 weeks, appointments and quick and they always work with my schedule to fit me in when I need. I only like going to places that offer natural looking acrylic nails and this place does, my nails look so natural and they are so quick. The best part is how clean they are with their products and how much they sanitize after each person. I love coming here! Thank you!

Glossygirl Lay I told her I didn’t like my nail tip and it should be thicker and she gave me an attitude. she only polished 2 nails and I said I wanted them thicker and she said I should have said something before but only too nails was polished no nails was dried. she didn’t ask me if it wanted clear or color she just did what she wanted and charged me extra and told me when it’s more because of the color I will not be returning at all rude service and no communication of what I’m getting charged for

Cheri Evans Ladies this place is horrible,I went Friday night and had a lady name loan do my nails. I paid 140 n got just glitter . The nails are big bulky n the thickness is just insane,my nails just look horrible I wanted to cry when she finished and then shes looking at me and keeps saying you like you like no no I do not like these nails are too thick the shape is not smooth just not what I asked for. This is why you dont cheat on your nail text and go somewhere random. Ladies do not come here to this place expecting for your nails to look good cuz they wont

M F I love the outcome of my nails, as they are always amazing! They ask how I want them to be, provide water or you can ask for a drink, they practice safety with wearing masks and having a barrier between you and the nail techs, youre asked to clean your hands before the start of working on your nails and they are courteous of how you are throughout the process - such as if your nail hurts while removing older sets. My nails are always long lasting and never broke/ uplifted or had stones falling off. If they did, I was told, as a courtesy I can come back and get them fixed (you can always ask, and they always back up their work). Another recommendation is that while getting great nails is they are fast too according to the style you want! Ive received a lot of compliments on my nails from whom ever I got them done by. All the nail techs are good Jane, Loan or Rachel etc.! You can call or set an appointment through an app!

carolyn Perry I’m very disappointed in the service that I received. I had my nails done on 2/14/24. On 2/15/24 several of my nails started chipping. I was out of town and let the shop know about it on 2/19 when I returned. I went in and they fixed the nails. Today, 2 more of my nails has the color chipping off. I informed the shop and sent pictures and was told “that’s weird huh “. I tip well and expect good service.

Melissa Vinton Been coming here for about 1yr and a half and I love this place! The employees are all so nice and kind. My nails and toes always look amazing. One of the ladies even let me use he phone charger when my phone was dying! Hands down the best nail shop In Killeen.

gesha arringron Worst naiI shop I have been to. Got a new full set 5 of my nails broke off from simple things like grabbing a refrigerator door scratching my back, putting my hand on the steering wheel or the front door handle. I had the nails on for four days. I called the shop to get them replaced, and I was told their policy is that they guarantee their nails for three days. If you can only guarantee for three days that says a lot within itself. Nails should last at least two weeks I’ve even had nails longer than two weeks and have never experienced this issue, I wish Better Business Bureau or someone would investigate this company. I paid $180 and yes, they did include the pedicure. I highly recommend choosing another place to get your nails done, especially if they can only guarantee you that your nails will last for three days. Again that I mentioned this was a new full set, which means every nail on my hand came from their shop. I guess if you’re not leaving a good review, you can’t show pictures. Everyone needs to see this mess.

raychel borja Nail tech was extremely rude and unpleasant, was very rough with my pedicure. Tugging and pulling at my nail with cutters when I expressed pain she said “got to clean it’s dirty” and continued. A few days later I now have puss coming from that same area. I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager, very disappointed and will not be returning.

Toni Moreland I have been here several times to get my eyebrows done. The lady always does a great job. About 2-3 weeks ago I had Tuan do my nails too. They lasted the whole time with no issues. Today I went in for a fill. He did a great job! I love their gel nail polish choices.

Samantha Terwilliger I went here to get a full set and a pedicure, 10/10 do not recommend. While doing my pedicure made my toes bleed, used a different color than I picked out because it "matched my skin tone" then when I got my nails done the man who did them cut not one but four of my fingers and then looked at me and said "why are you bleeding" umm I dont know because you used the grinder on my fingers. At the end it was $120 for my toes and nails. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO! Theres a reason they are the only ones not busy.

Ariana Cotton The lady was very nice, the chair was comfortable but unfortunately the quality of the pedicure and polish was not for me. The nail polish is sloppy and patchy. In my opinion my nails were also cut a bit too short especially the big toes. I would not return nor recommend for pedicure services.

Zanetta Gray Came here from out of town and visited this place. They told me over the phone that they were available to do my toes if I came right then. Came right away and still waited at least 30-40min. They almost took somebody that had just walked in until one of the techs told the guy that I was next. The lady doing my pedi was okay but kinda slow. The same lady did my manicure and the finished paintjob looked as if my 11yr old daughter or myself painted my nails. Never again...

JOSEPHINE TORRES If you are not a white, middle class woman, do not come to this establishment. This place caters to the traditional Texas women that wear James Avery everything with a side of Rae Dunn and have chunky blonde highlights in their hair. You know the kind. I’m the most white passing brown person you’ll ever meet and the hatred and rudeness these women made me feel just from asking them a question was nauseating. They are not welcoming at all. Their tone of voice is condescending at best. The way they look down their nose at you is intimidating. The place is cluttered and overwhelming. Nothing about it is relaxing. Just no. To all of it. They can keep their rudeness and their one million pieces of bad decor. Ugh. Gross.

Jai Amayze Had a manicure and pedicure (with two toe designs) which cost $100... ?? I have never paid anything over $60 in Killeen. I didnt ask why/how it was that much, I just paid. No biggie, but about 1 week later the polish on my toes had already begun to fade. High price, low quality.

Rebecca Ford This was my first time visiting this shop being that I am new to the area. My experience was OK. For the VERY HIGH PRICING I thought I would get excellent service. I went in to get a full-set of nails and a deluxe pedi. I really enjoyed the pedi process, there wasnt many people breaking down the door to get there nails and pedis done on a Tuesday however, I felt my job was rushed. When my toe nails did dry I noticed the polish coming up and I said something to the person in charge, I guess. He just said that if my polish comes off come back. For my nails, I am picky but when you are a military familiy in a new area you have to take a chance. I did and this guy asked me how I liked my nails. I let him know I work in a childcare center so my nails need to be short, I like them to have a natural look. He said natural and started laughing. I explained I know they arent going to be my nails I just want it to look decent. He asked me what shape I wanted I said square but rounded. He had most my nails crooked. Some nails were longer than others and not aligned. one of my nails had a spot that was missing acrylic. I had to tell him. I had to get him to straighten up my nails by saying I will just go home and fix it. The he seemed concerned.Another person applied my polish. Then I was told to sit to let my nails dry. I reminded them I was getting a design on each ring finger. A lady said yeah but your nails have to dry. Then the person that designed my toes came and did the same design on my nails then the person that polished my nails came back and half way polished my nails with a clear coat. I also said something about it. When I paid for my service I was disappointed ! I dont mind paying for what I get but when I feel rushed and the job was half done I was not excited to pay out that money for a sloppy job!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICE OR MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER WAKING UP THIS MORNING AND MY POLISH GONE FROM MY TOES!!!! AND YOU CAN SEE THE BAD JOB ON MY NAILS!!!! NOT SO HAPPY CUSTOMER FOR THE PRICE I PAID!!!!!

Mellissa Dixon So I went to this establishment twice and twice I left disappointed. I did a full set and a pedicure total cost was $100. Upon inspecting my nails they were poorly done the worst job I have ever gotten. I decided to give this establishment another chance. This time to do a refill. The owner husband did my nails this time. He was clearly in a hurry and failed to seal my edges. When I pointed it out to him he tried to explained why he could not seal the edges. I told him regardless of what he had to say I still want them sealed. I guess he attempted but was unsuccessful because I still have edges that are unsealed and after paying to get my nails done on Saturday I will have to do a soak off the prevent water from getting between the acrylic and my nails. Never again. Oh I didn’t even got my cuticles oil. Smh.

Brittany Leigh I went in for a full set and it was ok. They definitely will straight up make fun of other people’s nails that weren’t done there in front of customers. My nails look fine but it took 2 hours and change which was just unexpected. I’m hoping they last because they’re cute but there is a gap between my nail and the false tips used. If they don’t come off in a few days, I’d probably go back. I wasn’t mad, but also wasn’t blown away.

Milcah Villaronga CONS: I asked for gel nails with French tips. What I got was gel polish with a terribly messy French tip job. I was confused about what they were doing the whole time and kept hoping that what was being done was intentional and would be fixed later. But nope. They sent me on my way with the mess. And I say “they” because more than one person worked on my nails. They were tag-teaming on my nails. What I mean by messy it that the white edge wasn’t clean on any of the nails and there was some white on the part that’s supposed to be clear. At one point I was asked what I thought about what was being done, but as soon as it looked like I was about to say something lacking of approval, the tech immediately took back my hand and said that he’s not finished and told me not to worry. So again, I waited. And in the end, it was still a mess. And I was charged $30 for this gel polish mess. On top of all of that, it didn’t even take 24 hours for my nails to start peeling. What a waste of my time and money. (Since this incident a couple days ago, I have educated myself a little about what a true gel job should look like, and the differences between gel nails, gel polish, and acrylic nails.) PROS: My manicure came with a real nice hand and arm massage and a “free” drink.

Justice Mastrianna I went in for my birthday and got a French gel manicure. By the time I came home they chipped, so I went back in the next day to have them fixed. You can see the other layers of the old nail polish because they didn’t redo them just painted over the old. There’s nail polish all over my fingers and hands that wasn’t cleaned up and since it’s gel it’s pretty stuck on there. I wish I could post pictures from just how bad they look. They were pretty rude, and they called someone’s nails ugly to the lady sitting next to me. They didn’t clean any of their brushes after me or before me. It honestly looks like a 5 year old painted my nails. I’m highly disappointed. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Eric Ramos Super clean, great pricing, and AMAZING work here. I’ve been going here for over half a year and have never experienced anything negative. Kenny is best at massaging and Tina is best at cuticle trimming. Both good at the actual painting aspect. I’ve gone to over 100 different places all over the US and this is seriously the best pricing as well as the best pedicure and manicure I’ve had. More people need to know about this place! They are beside sports clips in the Killeen plaza with the Starbucks. -Jasmine

Chrislynn Eikel Took my friend to get her first manicure in a long time and was sincerely disappointed in the service. We told the tech exactly what we wanted and she would not listen, and all it was was a simple French manicure with oval tips. I walked out with square because every time I said something she looked annoyed, and spent nearly two hours with a file at home fixing the shape. Not to mention less thank a week later one of them had already popped off completely. Over priced horrible service, I would not recommend wasting your money here

Went today to get fills at another salon and had to have the set done here taken off because they were falling off... Will never return due to quality of work. The staff I do have to say was indeed very polite.

tess shafer Very bad experience. I got acrylics with black tips on my hands and I got ONE acrylic on my big toes with black French tips as well. One of my acrylic toe nails fell off less than a week later. I noticed the same day that my finger acrylics were not even the right size tips, they were too small. My acrylics on my hands popped off like they were stick ons from walgreens and the other toe nail fell off about a week ago. Here is how my toe looks now. Ill see yall in court because Im suing! Good luck

Moochieee Freeman I went here on May 25th to get a pedicure and a full set for my wedding the next day. At first I was happy about how good my nails looked, but three days later, my nails started falling off. When I went back to show the person who duos my nails what happened, the only thing he was able to tell me was that he can glue the nails back on. In my mind Im mad because I got nail glue at home and if I didnt care about my nails as much as I do, I wouldnt have came back to show him. He didnt even care. Mind you, I spent over $45 and my wife tipped him well.

D C This Place Is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I waited 1 hour & 4 customers later for them to correct something THEY messed up! They Dont have to wotru about me returning. Then once he completed the 3 customers you would think he rushes over to finish me up. No Im waiting for him to clean up

Candice Kyser It was cluttered, the fact that they still had Christmas decorations up sent my OCD into overdrive and then the main thing that made me never want to enter this place again is the fact that they didnt even have toe separators or the little flip flops you put on after you get a pedicure
