She had an amazing experience with a nice beautiful young lady but my lady was rude and seemed irritated with everything she had to do with me,even though i was just getting a basic manicure. She would often mumble and grunt. Nobody ever came to get me from under the UV light either and i was there for 20 minutes

Masyl Sholes Second time Ive been here this year. First was back in march. Great options and friendly staff. Only reason for the 4 was they were out of my first choice for a pedicure treatment each time so had to go with the second. Will always come back when I visit.

Reach Youth About a ten min foot soak and he moved on to doing my nails. No massage or anything, even though I got the basic pedi, it shouldn’t be this way. I’m sticking to the nail shop by Tropical Cafe in Midland. Idk why I even tried this place. Basic pedi is 27 and they do your feet for a good 45mins. Love their service.

Carla Irene Ballard I arrived at 1:10 and left at 4:58 they kept saying they would get to me, the service I did receive was good but when they tell you 45 minutes and you wait 2 hours thats deceiving, I write these reviews for a reason and this was a huge disappointment, I will not return. No apologies or anything

Kristina Schaefer Absolutely the WORST nail salon I have ever been to!! The place is dirty and unorganized and it took the lady literally 20 minutes to soak off, get a new set and fill and shellac!! My friend was with me and by the time she had barely taken her hands out of the acetone soaking her nails off mine were almost DONE and I started AFTER her!! And then they charged me $50.00 when the sign said $35.00.. I barely had any nails left to soak off at that!! Number 2: within HOURS of leaving a nail broke off and another one chipped! And this is the worst set of nails I have ever had, they are lumpy and the paint SUCKS!! DO NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!! Dont waste your time and money!!

Victoria Kottman-Eckman The old manager has retired. The new staff are friendly and the cost is better compared to elsewhere. A good experience overall.

Sheyanna Moore Don’t waist your time. My nails are crooked and already chipping NOT painted properly. My feet were not scrubbed right, and the paint was placed over my cuticles. Everyone is nice, but overall I pay for my toes to look nice and they don’t.

Lynn Gannaway I went in for a pedicure, the couple felt like I would like the 50$ choice since this was my first time. The lady worked on my feet a fair amount of time. By the time I had been gone an hour or so my big toe was so sore. Two days later I have an ingrown toenail and its painful, but I wont have them fix it.

Mariah Priced well, good work, and the gal that owns it was very nice and friendly! Definitely will be going here from now on. Editing to update.. I quit going here. It started out great and then the last 3 or 4x it was like they were in a major rush. Even if I was the only one in there. They cut me multiple times with the rotary tool, my nails were uneven lengths and crooked, etc. Also a fill is supposed to be $20. I was charged anywhere from $20-$23 each time, they never said anything before charging me either. And Everytime I got basic acrylic nails with regular polish and only one color. So there was no reason for the variation in cost.

Channing Parks My mom and I went in today for both of us to get pedicures and my mom to get a fill. I had a wonderful experience with Hector but my mom was treated terribly by the other women in the shop. They kept pushing her to spend more money than she wanted to and made her feel terrible for the shape her feet and nails were in. They were very obviously talking bad about us. The woman that did my moms fill was irritated and rude from the start. She yanked my moms hands around and yelled at her for asking for a cat eye polish. It was such an awful experience and the only reason we would come back is because of Hector and what an amazing job he did with talking to us and making us feel welcome when the other women were so rude.

Susannah McMullan Went for the first time and it was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. My nails ended up hideous. I’ve been to a ton of different nail salons in my life and my nails have never looked so ugly. The girl that helped me was very off-putting and seemed like she wanted to get me out of there as fast as she could. She was done in maybe 30 minutes. You could tell she didn’t care. They were crooked, lumpy, and the weirdest shape. I showed her a picture of the shape I wanted (short squoval) and I have no idea what she was thinking. I can’t describe how tacky they were. Ended up going to another nail salon because I didn’t trust her to fix it with what she had done so far. The other nail salon fixed it and gave me MUCH better service.

Regan Knight Not happy at all with this place. Way too expensive and my nails didn’t even look that good. The lady didn’t even ask me if I wanted a shape or anything. The $20 extra shellac that she forced me to use started chipping within a week... the worst part was that one of my nails actually broke after one week. Not to mention that she left a crusty residue ALL over my hands and when I asked her to remove it she just told me it would go away eventually. Do not use this salon. Wish I could remember the ladies name but I cannot.

Katy Marvel This place is the worst. I got my nails done there and they looked terrible. I didnt have time for them to fix them and all they would give me back was $5 for a horrible $40 manicure. I will never go there again. I recommend you go somewhere else to get your nails done.

Jen Craven Will never go back! My husband and I went several weeks ago and the experience was ok. I took my daughter today and BOTH of the nail techs were so RUDE!!! Mine was in a hurry & didnt do what I asked. The man who did my daughters nails refused to cut them short like we asked. He said that hell cut them some other time if we get home and decide theyre still too long. He actually said, "They are short enough." $90 wasted on bad customer service.

Haylee McBride Guy who did my manicure kept complaining so much about the previous client wanting two nails fixed. He rushed on mine and didn’t clean up underneath. They weren’t terrible, but definitely noticed how off they were when I left. Probably won’t return.

Destiney Lira I want to start by saying my experience at the nail salon wasn’t bad at all. I actually enjoyed myself. I asked for a full set and a gel pedicure. I paid about $200 for both services including a tip. I am giving one star because my gel polish was completely off the nails in only 2 days and chipped off others. My nail broke off in a week. If I’m paying that much I do expect for them to last at least 2 weeks.

Steph James Gentleman was nice and place wasn’t busy when I first arrived. It started getting busy and ppl coming in and out and the man got so nervous he was rushing through my set! I noticed and kept pulling my hand out of the uv light to look closer and he said to stop that they would look good once finished. Well he finished and asked if I liked them and I said no! He was nice about it but instead of offering to fix them he said come back tomorrow. They were so tacky and bumpy I was so disappointed! Everyone going in to get their nails done knows how long the work takes so I don’t know why he was rushing! I will not ever be going back! He did my daughters nails as well and the work was very bad!! I attached both photos! I ripped them off and went to Heavenly Nails, I heard very good things and they did not disappoint!

Mayra Alvarado DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! My nails got botched so bad,I’m so embarrassed I can’t even go back to fix them because it was sooooooooo ghetto in there, no AC, & just plain filthy. Lucas Traweek Very sweet staff, but the store is absolutely filthy. Nail dust everywhere, clutter everywhere. Not a very relaxing atmosphere. Again the staff was very kind and sweet the dip I got is very lumpy and looks like I need a fill already. I will not be going back.

B Nonya Just got my eye brows waxed. The lady did excellent and my eye brows look good. The only thing I didnt like was she didnt wash her hands prior to touching my face or using hand sanitizer.

Alexis Triplett Ive been going to them for 14 YEARS and will never go back after today. I went in to get a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows done and spent 92 dollars. Jimmy did my nails too thick and when I let him know that I didnt like them that thick he told me they were fine and that he didnt know what to tell me. All i wanted was for them to be fixed and he was unconcerned about it. BEWARE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!

Jessica LeBlanc Decided to treat daughter and get her nails done. Never have I been treated so poorly. The place is pretty much a ghost town. One customer besides my daughter and niece. They tried rushing us out. Got told next time I should pay more to get nail polish that dries faster. (I was never given an option) They even physically pushed my other niece out of the way while she held my infant son. They do not offer any drying lights or even a fan. Im sorry but 30 mins is a long time for two 7 yrs girls to hold still. Honestly I would have paid more for quick dry but the option was not given. Never again.

S.J. R. Leaving one star because the website says they open at 9:00 THEY DO NOT OPEN AT 9. I waited around and left at 9:25. Not a person in sight. Tried to call ahead, no answer.

Candice Cain I love going. It is always quiet and they are very friendly. They do a good job and my pedicure always lasts. I have taken friends and family and I would recommend. She always remembers my name and makes it a point to remember personal things about her clientele. The only con I can think of is the back massagers in the chairs dont work but with the customer service and the atmosphere I never cared. I have been other places but I am never as happy with the outcome.

LS We walked in and were taken care of right away. They were very friendly and took their time. I treated my kids to pedicures as well and they were extremely patient with my 3 year old. Weve been to many places around here, but no one was as friendly as this couple. I highly recommend this place.

Stacie Wommack If you like a massage chair while you get your pedicure...DONT GO HERE! I was given a lame excuse as to why they dont work. The pedicure was ok, but the attitude was not!

jessica Perfectly polished✨ My manicure was fantastic. This is the first time I actually FELT a difference in my hands after a manicure. Cuticles and everything were cleaned and cut properly and thoroughly. Service was efficient. Owners are so sweet and salon is beautiful. The male owner did my nails, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he was fantastic!

Jessica Mclaren I had a mani/pedi done. I got both basics, $50. The pedicure was great and looks awesome. The manicure however... put my hand in really hot water for 1 minute then started doing there thing. Paint job was terrible as you can see. The guy that started it cut all of my nails really short. Need to find another place.

jordyn i went to get my nails did, i was waiting for over an hour for somebody to do my nails. A lady came in 1 hr after me and get treated before i did. She was doing my nails and cut me twice. She put acrylic over my cuticles, and did not file them down. The ombré i got did look correct at all. it had bubbles in it and the he acrylic didn’t even go all the way down to the bottoms on the nails. I had wanted square and she gave me a curve shaped nails. most of them were crocket. i kept tellin her to shave the sides more, and to make them thinner and she looked at me and then put in the clear coat. all of the workers were mocking and mimicking me and my cousins. horrible service, big and bulky nails. i went to get a refund and she did this to my nails. Very rude and rough. I totally don’t recommend. AT ALL.

The Wandering Bradys Went for a pedicure and full set. One of my big toes you can see streak marks. My nails do not look like what I ask for. The 2nd pic is what I asked for. The lines are not straight. My nails are all uneven and bumpy. You could not pay me to go back here.

YT Wu First time visit back in February was great, so I decided to come back. After this visit, I would never come back again. Got a different technician this time, she doesn’t have patience at all. She couldn’t even get French tip right and I have to ask her to fix it twice. And then she got upset. She didn’t even clean up around my nails. Got charged $30 for this and I even tipped her $5 for the time she used but not the service she provided. Will not come back again!!! If y’all decide to go, plz find the younger girl there, she helped me the first time and was great!!

Carrasco Nataly I literally saw them finish with the pedicure stuff, threw it in the same water that my feet were in, put it back in their box, walk across the room to use it with someone else ! The horror!!!!!! My daughter’s nails started chipping off as soon as we got in the truck. They cut my toe and did not do a good job on the pedicure part . Got $45 pedicure and my daughter got a kid pedicure with toes and hands painted and paid $100

Fatima Flores I was in Midland for the weekend & decided I wanted to get my nails done. I got the $45 pedicure (got half of the service) & asked for a basic manicure. The color of the nails was so off, they didn’t have what I wanted & went off with what they thought was close enough without asking if it was okay or letting me pick another color. I got charged $65 for the pedi cause they “did too much” and for the service. $75 for the mani which came out lumpy & because I wanted that V line… It’s cute but overpriced & both ladies kept on INSISTING for a tip.. No. You charged extra for “service” that must be your tip. Never going back, too overpriced, do not recommend.

Cinnamon Warrior14 Really frustrating experience. Went in for an acrylic fill, lady rushed me in front of someone who had an appointment with her already while there were plenty of people sitting around. Nails are uneven and the gel is not cured. Sides of my nails were not filed down smoothly and she ACTUALLY LEFT NAIL POLISH ALL OVER MY PALMS. One time if this had happened, fine, we all have bad days. This is the second time this has happened. Ive been going to this salon regularly for five years and after they wasted my time and money like this twice I will never be back.

Eliora Davis Horrible! I went in to get my nails taken off and it was the worst experience. She told me I could finish getting them off at home after grinding them left and right and still leaving residue on them. Its been a month and my nailbeds are still shredded and nail tip chipping off from them taking my nails off. She made me pay full price and I will NOT be coming back for that service. Even my boyfriend who doesnt care about nails knew theyd screwed them up. Also I took my little sister and I would leave ZERO STARS if I could. She went home crying because they messed up her manicure and we had to take her somewhere else to get them fixed. They were uneven and rushed and I honestly couldve done better myself.

Jennifer is always personable..patient.. hospitable easy going..she sets your appointment around YOUR schedule NOT hers.. She does not make you feel like "whos next" but what service would you like next... Her work is AWESOME....

I let the owner know after the first nail its not what I asked for so she said she would charge me $30 if I let her finish the set I agreed and when I handed her $50 to pay she didnt give me any change. When I asked her for it she refused to give me anything back! I never expected this from the owner! I really wish I would have stopped her before she finished my nails!

Mary Gambrell If I could give this business a rating of zero, I would do so. I noticed this nail salon while searching for another salon that I had googled. I couldn’t find the other nail salon so I stopped at this one. I had one slightly cracked nail and one nail that was split and was going to fall off if I didn’t get it repaired. When I walked into this salon, I was not greeted. There were no customers there. The employee or owner was a Asian lady between 55-70. She stated with a rude tone “ can I help you”. I replied by asking her if she did nail repairs. She then stated, “ what kind”! I said, what do you mean what kind. These are my real nails. I showed her my nails and she stated that one of my nails was hanging off and that she excepts cash only, then walked away. Why do consumers continue to give people like her their patronage.I will never step inside her salon again, I will have to loose a nail if I can’t find a legitimate nail salon vendor that respects their patrons.

Mom Whocares I got a pedicure and new set of nails. It was nice that it wasn’t a shop that was obnoxiously busy. I had good conversation with the shop owner and will return.
