Alexia Rodriguez Honestly. I knew better to come here but I still did. They used to do so good back then, I don’t know what happened now. Moving back from Dallas to Tyler I needed a nail tech to do a last minute set so I thought to come here. I asked for a simple black V French tip with a charm and I got exactly that but very ugly and not detailed :( they were bulky, my cuticles were not cut, the acrylic was on my cuticles. This has to be the worst set ever. Truly will never come back and just stick to independent nail techs. I also paid 75$ for this and still left a tip. The most rushed nail set ever.

Rebecca M Evans I was visiting from Michigan and came to this place to get my nails taken off and a new set. This lady with shoulder length hair and highlights had started on my nails and didn’t examine my nails at all just started clipping my nails and went all the way down to my pinky nail bed and I started bleeding. I asked her how long she have been doing nails because she didn’t even look at how long my nail bed was and she was just doing a lousy job taking off nails. So she passes me to a guy that doesn’t know how to do nails. He did a horrible job. It was so dark in there so I could really see well after he was done. I didn’t tip well because he kept asking me to get something else instead of what I want. I will never return to this place. The next day my nails was already lifting up on the side and I noticed right away that they were uneven. I was visiting from Michigan and I didn’t have time to go back the same day. Went back the next day and the owner of the salon says for an extra $20 he will fix them. I already spent $45 on this ugly set. The owner obviously doesn’t care about the quality of product or service he offers. I left and I’ll never go back.

Abigail Phillips I was able to get the prettiest nails ever at Aloha! They do such a great job at listening and caring about how you want to get your nails done. While I was there, Vida and Jason helped take care of me. Vida is super kind, has a bubbly personality, and is did literally what I asked for! If you want PERFECTION, Vida is your girl! As far as details go, Jason is your man! He did the little star on my nails and it turned out spectacular! WOW I’ve never have been so happy with my nails in my LIFE. I like never leave reviews, but this place is just AMAZING!!!

Val Herrera My nail technician was Philip and he is the sweetest and did an awesome job with my pedi. You see the passion he has with his work.. I DEFINITELY recommend coming to Aloha and seeing Philip. I will of course be back to see him! Thank you Philip.

I’m very OCD so I’m very particular about my nails and they always take care, “fix” or reshape without issue or frustration. And look at these Holiday nails?!!! The man that was there made it clear it was my fault I didn’t get the service requested. I would not go here. They’re sarcastic and rude blaming the client instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes.

fernanda garcia Very bad service. My first time here and definitely my last. The lady doing my nails asked me to choose a color only to put the wrong one on. To make matters worse, her way of fixing it was adding the correct color on top of the one she initially put on without removing it. I waited half an hour with my nails under the fan and they weren’t drying at all. At this point I was done waiting so I brought it up to the lady and she didn’t even know what to say. It was near closing time so I told her I would come back tomorrow so she could fix my nails. Since the nail polish didn’t dry at all, my nails were completely ruined within five minutes of leaving the nail salon. Came back the next day and a different lady, with a very sour attitude, helped fix the horrendous mess I had on my nails. Overall I had a horrible experience here and even to the point I started walking out of this salon I did not receive a single apology. Please find a different nail salon, save yourself the trouble.

Rachel Baker Been there several times. They over charge and try to upgrade everything. My daughter picked nail polish from the wall and they switched to gel and didnt tell me. There were roaches in the bathroom. I asked for a manicure only for dip. Which didnt last. The chairs didnt work. So disappointing and they want to upscale instead of being honest and giving the customer what they want.

Jazmine Harris This is one of the best nail shops in Tyler! I’ve only went two times and both experiences were great! The wait is never long and the staff were friendly and made sure I was comfortable! The prices were very reasonable and the location is perfect!

Jalisa Johnson If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not waist your time or your money with these people. For one there is no customer service at all. Then they do a horrible job with nails and dont try and make it right. I went in to get a pedicure, manicure and my eyebrows done. When she got to my manicure I asked for Shellac and midway through Im noticing she just rushing through, my right hand never soaked she just started on it and the left only soaked because she was working on the right. Then she was clipping my cuticles but again rushing through it and they looked untouched. Didnt want to say anything I just wanted to get my service and leave but when she went to put the polish on it was horrible. It was clumpy and looked like my 5 year old did it. So I asked to fix the polish three different times for 3 different nails and Im hoping I dont have to say anything cause I know she is seeing this. Instead of taking the polish off and repainting the 3 clumpy nails she uses her fingernail, scrapes a little bit off the side and tried to paint over it. Im like you can not do that its still clumpy!!!!! Her manager comes over and Im showing her look at my nails they look bad and it just my regular nails with orange polish. The manager ask do you want her to fix it or take it off. I said I want it fixed I have asked her 3 times already just to fix it. Then the girl says I cant fix it. I said well just take it off. When she took it off my nails looked worse than they did before I went in she left chips of paint and u could clearly see she had not clipped my cuticles good. I told em I wasnt Paying for the manicure, just my toes and eyebrows and she got mad called the police. It was a horrible mess, and waist of time and money. Plus Its now 6:15, I gotta catch a flight early in the morning and cant even get a regular manicure cause now the other shops are closed or closing annnddd imma have to pay them for what u were supposed to do. We finally agreed on 15 dollars just for the manicure but Im still mad about that because its the fact that you run a business of professional, I asked you to fix something I was unsatisfied with, you couldnt and wanted to still charge me money for the mess you made and have a attitude about it. I see now why it was 2 people in there from 3-6 something when I left. I know it was just 15 dollars extra but Its the principal for me and a complete waist of time. Going on tv Thursday and imma be sure to let the city know please stay away from this place. No way they should still be open.

Crissy Mae Horrible! NEVER have I ever had my nails to FALL OFF or break so easily. As of today I’ve had 2 nails fall off and 2 break and they’ve only been on 8 days. BUT Wendy is good with eyelashes though.

Carol Randall Kristina did my lashes on July 7 2023 (lash extensions) and they was falling off July 8, if you go here and get your lashes done make sure Kristina is not your lash tech I call and told her and she said I had to pay to get them redone I can’t even give her 1 star.. Ilene Martinez Was just there Pedicure was fine my manicure was not what i asked for so many bubbles i wanted my natural nail painted and they look so thick maybe it was to many coats of the gel polish idk but theres so many bubbles ! I didnt like the outcome at all of my manicure and they charged me 150$ for 3 pedicures and 2 manis one was a child and it was literally just painted she told me 65 for mine 25 for the child and 30 for the other pedicure and she charged me 150 ! I will not be back

Tiana Robbins I originally paid for two nails to hey covered with a heart but wiped it off because it got smeared before the top coat got put down. Some of them are shaped weird and some didn’t get sealed all the way. Paid five for the nails with the two hearts and even though I left with one heart paid for both and still left a five dollar tip because they were sweet. Not happy with them.

LaRhonda Jones I give the guy who does the pedicures 5 stars because to me he’s the best in the city of Tyler…Now the lady who does nails NO NO and NO I had a pic of a simple manicure and she did NOT do what I asked not even near it! I’m too ashamed to post the picture but it cost me $65 for a style I did not want nor like! I’ll never get my nails done here but I’ll faithfully come to get the pedicures!!!!

Fast and good quality such a pleasant surprise most places take forever just to do one service we both got mani&pedi her Shelic me dip; gel and she felt like a little princess great staff! Calandra Jones I visited this salon for the first time last week. I got my nails done and a pedicure, so I ended up spending over $100. What I love about the shop is the location and its very nice and spacious inside. There was an initial mishap with my nails, I got clear dip with white French tips, but I went back and Mrs. Lin did an excellent job at fixing it. She re-did my entire nails at no changed and that was literally the fastest anyone has ever done my nails. I commend her for her customer service and willingness to fix a mistake. I would definitely recommend this place because most other nail places would not care whether you are satisfied or not, especially after you leave.

Jessica McLean I came in today as a walk in and my first time there. Lyn took GREAT care of me! She had my long stiletto nails done in about 30 minutes and they were prefect! I will be making this my new nail place!

Soha Choudhry To start off, customer service was good. Everyone was nice and helpful. I wanted holiday nails to feel festive. I haven’t got dips in a long time so I wanted a nice relaxing experience! I wanted mani and pedi ,so I chose out my colors. The lady at the front desk helped me by finding my nail color. I got seated on the pedicure chair, and the guy who did my pedicure was really nice. Later, a teen girl came to do my nails. She sat next to me and started doing my nails. A lot of things I noticed was she kept putting my fingers in the dip about 5 times. I told her I didn’t want bold or bubble nails, and she said I know. I thought they did a different process. Also, she was drilling my nails but she did it so unprofessionally, she drilled my finger. Which is now swollen but the way! She was about to put the clear polish on top to make it glossy, but it was way too thick. I told her, and she said sorry and tried to fix it with the drill. It was still too bold, so I told her. She said I should have just got gel. I have been doing dips for a long time, I know this isn’t what you do. After she was done with my nails it was bubbly and bulky. After I was done, I went to the cash register, and told the lady. She told me it was fine, and that’s how dips work. At that point, I didn’t want to remove them because it was 43$. She said come back in 2 weeks if you wanted to get them removed. I told her it was fine I guess, and just left as fast as I could. That girl obviously needs some training, she did horrible! To also mention, I have been coming here for almost 2 years. They obviously changed their service. NEVER COMING BACK!!!

Natasha Rasco I am rating 2/5 for the recent visit alone in which I received a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was highly enjoyable, as they always are, at this establishment. My manicure, however, left much to be desired. The entire mani was maybe 10 mins from start to finish and it shows. The staff was very friendly to me so the rating is based off quality of work alone. Nails are misshapen, un-even lengths, and clean up care was not done. See photos for details. I did not ask for a correction because I am oh, no... not twice you dont kind of gal.

Gertha Holmes I have been coming here for 2 years and I am never disappointed. My last set lasted a month before one broke off at work. But today !!! My girl Lynn has out done herself. My nails are way cuter than the picture and I’m so happy with them. Y’all will be happy with your nails coming here. Ask for Lynn. If she is busy it is well worth the wait ‼️

Shana Prouty When moving to Tyler Texas, two years ago I was so worried about finding somebody who can take care of me and my nails the way I’d like to. I’m very picky and don’t just settle. I found an amazing nail shop called Nirvana’s nail spa in Tyler, Texas my go to man’s name is Kenny. I am so grateful I have found him. He understands what I like and he is so good at what he does he’s fast he listens and I’m treated like a queen when I’m there I sit down. Julie Jett Lee took care of my 82 year old mom and Sam and Tina handled my super messed up feet and hands. Amazing work! My mom has mobility issues and very sensitive feet and Lee was perfect for her. Sam and Tina got me looking much better in record time. I think we have a new salon!

sarah This was my first time here and most definitely will not be the last (even though I live an hour away). We came in on a whim, and I am so glad we did. The staff was very friendly and did a great job! I didnt catch the name of the gentleman who did my pedicure (middle-aged, wears glasses), but he was amazing!

zainanusair I went to this nail salon today. I showed the girl what I wanted, and she said she could do it. But when she finished the first nail, I told her I didnt like it. Instead of understanding, she got mad and started yelling at me in front of everyone. She even demanded a bigger tip, saying it wasnt her fault. It was a really frustrating situation, I’ll never go there again. She left me with these nails.

Katie Tatum Technician did my mom’s nails nicely, and the people were pleasant, however my experience was not good. I had dip nails. My 1st photo was the same day I got my nails, it was done so thin, it broke. It was a mess around my cuticles and was hard to remove once I left. The clear coat has also chipped off since the day I got them so I don’t think I’ll be going back.

TeRika Brown Their service was horrible. I asked for gel they gave me powderkept saying it’s the same price idc I asked for gel & I wanted what I wanted I’m the one paying. The man pushed my phone down while I was trying to text my son back.( I wasn’t moving or in his way) My nails was ugly didn’t have any brushes to clean up the powder & stuff that was on my fingers. I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN.

Jen Lucy’s application of acrylic sucks. VERY UNEVEN with no apex nails going side ways. Had to come home and fix it my self. And then i tried telling her how messed up and ugly of a job she is doing but she is very insistent thats she is going to fix it and then doesn’t. You can’t correct her and she is VERY hard headed.

Estefany Velez I was really looking forward to a relaxing pedicure, but my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, I wasn’t asked which pedicure I wanted—the tech just did whatever she wanted without giving me a choice. She told me to pick a color from the wall, but when I asked for the same shade in gel, it ended up being much darker and not what I wanted. The water was scorching hot, to the point that I couldn’t even put my feet in to enjoy it. The tech didn’t adjust the temperature until it was time to rinse off the exfoliating scrub, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. On top of that, the entire pedicure was rushed—she finished in about 15 minutes and was on the phone telling someone she was leaving soon. The worst part was that she cut my cuticles so aggressively that I bled. The polish was also poorly applied, leaving a bubbly finish. Overall, I felt rushed, uncomfortable, and disappointed. A pedicure should be a relaxing experience, but this was far from it. I wouldn’t recommend this salon unless they take better care of their clients and improve their service.

Genesis Indira-Ambriz I got there, and they sat me right away to soak off my previous set and then forgot I existed. The tips of my fingers and my thumbs got chemical burns. Its almost been a week, and my hands are still dry from the damage. I stayed to finally get the set I asked for, which was a light pink/peachy square French set--you know what I got? I got a regular white tip French set, even though when he asked his boss if that was it, I corrected him and said politely, no, I want peach pink tips. He completely ignored me. I also had initially asked for a white flower on my ring fingers and this man was going to put a sticker, I would have understood if he couldnt create nail designs but he waited last minute to tell me thats what he was going to do. The placement of said sticker was not even good or even. So I politely asked him to take off the sticker before it ruined them even more and asked for top coat. I decided then I would just write a review and never go back, which I dont usually do but I feel wronged. I will say after I rejected this mans sticker, he did tell the manager and she offered to do the design for me, which was nice but I declined. I was in pain and I really wanted to leave. She asked if I was OK after the service and I shouldve made a scene and explained how i felt but I chose to leave. Because in that moment I felt awful, I really just needed to breath fresh air. I forgot to mention my nails were soaking for 2 hours. This place does have really great prices, the set I got was just 45 dollars and touldve been 65 had I gone else where. Nancy Capobianco She didnt use acetone to remove gell she used dremil and shaved my nail so bad the next day it still hurt to touch anything I wont come back.my daughter and granddaughter both were nicked and bleed

Vanessa Medina Let’s start by saying that I was the customer walking in at 7:10PM asking if it was too late to get my nails done when they closed at 7:30. He said no and sat me down and got to working. Chin did an amazing job with my dip nails! He took his time and paid attention to detail enough though he was staying late! Don’t worry! I left Chin the tip he deserved and I will be back later this week to get the pedi done next! If you go here you should definitely ask for Chin! He will do an AMAZING job!

Tonya Kelson Every time I go Chin gets my nails perfect and he pays attention to how the customer wants it to look. This is definitely where I’ll be going. Went today and was most definitely pleased.
