Angela Alford I’ve been going here for years! Not only were they rude to my 9 year old granddaughter.. when me and my daughter went in for refills some guy was very rude to my daughter about designs she didn’t even ask for. We didn’t even have colors picked out yet. We won’t be going back!

Sari Schneider Terrible and disgusting place, im came in from out of town for graduation, first off the guy who did my nails was really rough, made all my fingers sore, didnt even do what I ask for, I ask for tip done only, the whole fingernail was done that one color, then my neice was there as well with me, she ask for a pretty blue color and almond shape, they are definitely not almond shaped and he put a design in them without asking, she was charged $70 for something she didnt ask for. I will definitely not come back to this place again when I come in town, and clean your bathroom...super gross

Tina Peters I’ve came here for YEARS. Last time I came here I got chrome nails. Tina always does a great job. And I was getting chrome nails for the first time. She was doing a great job but at the end there was lots of streaks coming through that weren’t done so I just nicely asked her to fill them in PLEASE. And apparently i was the one who was wrong it’s not going to be perfect. I told them I didn’t want black streaks coming through lol. So she went over them. And they were beautiful. Ok fast forward the next month which was Christmas time they were too busy so I went somewhere else. I come back this month and I’m sitting there for a few minutes. Finally Andy comes to me and says they can’t do my nails anymore cuz apparently I was too difficult. Even though I asked her to do my chrome over the places she missed very nicely. When I tell you my jaw dropped when he told me that I couldn’t even believe it. They are very rude and disrespectful when you tell them to fix something. I literally said it so nicely.

Danielle This is actually a good review. I got tired of my nails always popping off at my old salon. These were glued on do well. My entire nail came off the bed, and this sucker didnt even chip.

AElise Photography Always a 5 star experience! Ive been going to Bella Nails for 2 years now and Im so glad I found them. Tina is one of the best in town! Her and her husband Andy work as a team to run things as smoothly as possible. So many complain about the wait, but all good things come with a wait. I dont mind waiting because the quality of the work. They are always busy for a reason! Consistent quality every single time. My sets last for months with no lifting and the designs are by far the best in our area.

Gabriella Morgan I had a great first experience here! Anna, did a wonderful job and was very detailed. Also, I didnt have an appointment, but was seated within 10 minutes. If you are looking for quality nails at a good price, go to Bellas.

Tracie Ellis I was refused service today on October 9 2024. Because supposedly nobody was comfortable doing my nails I had an issue a couple of weeks ago. I only asked the nail technician if he could fix an issue. Never once did I raise my voice , cussed or was disrespectful. Tina was the lady who turned me away

Molly Bottleman Hannah is absolutely amazing! Not only does she do wonderful quality work she makes you feel so special while you are in her chair. Her nail art skills are out of this world, you can go in with a general idea and she puts together some of the most creative nails sets I have seen. She is always ahead of the latest trends and ensures she always has the top of the line supplies. I really appreciate her booking system as it allows you to book time and not have to wait sometimes hours for an appointment like at other salons. As someone who moved to the area a few years ago, Hannah has made me feel like I belong and always knowledgeable about upcoming community events and is always a pleasure to chat with throughout my appointment. I have gone to many nail techs thought out the years and not one is even on the same level as Hannah when it comes to professionalism, skills, and personality. Hannah is a true gem!

Pamela Jones Iron Angel 777 Just moved to the area, trying to find a great nail place spent almost $200 on my first Appointment. I have so many complaints, but I’m not gonna go into detail. I’ve been getting my nails done from almost 30 years and this is definitely up there with one of the worst experiences every time I go and especially with scheduling appointment not to mention they canceled my appointment at the end of the day yesterday, She said she didn’t feel good Didn’t feel good they could do them on Friday but didn’t give me a time and left me hanging. I have a Cooking Channel so it’s very important to keep my nails done. Definitely no attention to detail maybe OK for young people that aren’t particular but definitely not for somebody like me. That’s very particular and knows how Nails should be done correctly and knows how clients should be treated. I am older and I definitely need to have my cuticles oiled when I leave, but none of that is done even after giving a $20 tip I had two things that are very important to me and I told her that on the phone and that is making sure my nails underneath are clean and that my nails are extra glossy I like two coats of topcoat, no matter what Hannah cannot remember So yeah, she doesn’t make you feel special remembered or cared for whatsoever. Just a very lazy mentality. Not to mention she thinks it’s OK to text people at 10:30 at night and before that before I ever even came to my first appointment, she text me at 8:30 at night to talk about my upcoming appointment that I scheduled three weeks before that I just feel like she should’ve called me and talked to me. Not wait till night and start texting me questions. What a nightmare.

Nathan Taylor Definitely a Allstar team here. The staff is real sweet and has great conversations. My wife and I get pedicures and her nails done and feel very welcome every time we come in. Very flexible with their appointment times. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Stephanie BRAXTON Never again!!! very rude lady. I wanted French tips with my own nails they price was higher if I used my own nails instead of adding nails. Lady tried to use same tool the other guy was using for someone else nails she got mad because I said no. The gel on my nails are so thick that Im going somewhere else to get it taken off. Very disappointed

Lisa Miller Walked in asked for deluxe pedicure for my dad! Then I told her I needed a fill and pedicure! She said, I can’t…u hv to soak off and it’s 15.00 extra! I said nothing…. Then she said, u want pedicure? I said yes, I want gel polish, then she said it’s 25.00extra. I said nothing! Then she stopped talking to me, after 10-15min she said so do u still want it done? I said, no ma’am I’m good! The prices are on the wall and I never ask how much anything cost! I was just looking for a new location closer to me! Maybe the nice lady was just tired…at least her husband did my dad’s feet, the fastest deluxe I hv ever seen.

Audrey Sanchez Went for first time. Got a pedicurere. For 30 bucks they basically washed my feet and painted my toes. They did no shaping filing or cleaning up. The massage which was my main reason I went last all but 5 minutes. Customer service however was excellent, they were very friendly and kind. Unfortunately quality means too much to me and I wont be back

I’m from out of town & I’m telling you this place is not worth it. I end up paying $47 for incomplete services due to the rudeness of the owner who was doing my pedicure… and he refused to provide a discount and began to yell although I remained nice & kind. I ended up having to go to a different salon who btw redid my pedicure the right way & pulled all this out from my nails/feet!! GO TO VIP NAILS.

Madison Vandenburg My mom went in on a Friday to get her nails done for her wedding. Her thumb nail cracked the same day after she got home opening the door to her house. And the rest just kept falling off she went in and showed them and they told her it was her fault the reason they broke off. Would not re do them nor refund her the money. I do not recommend this place.

Stephanie Wolf I normally go to Bella, but they were packed, and I needed a pedicure like yesterday. The woman who did my pedicure, P, did a wonderful job! She paid attention to detail and asked if I wanted my nails cut and how short. I would highly recommend!

Toni Warner The experience was not good at all. Took our granddaughter to get her nails done for her birthday and the two ladies working were in deep loud conversations the entire time. I asked them if they ok and that just went back at it up until our 5 yr old was ready to have her nails dried. I then told them this was the worst experience we have ever had and what was intended to be a celebration ended up being the most uncomfortable situation listening to them argue/complain the entire time. We couldnt tell what they were saying because was in a different language but the tone and mannerisms were obvious.

Misty Miller My nails are not straight,just look horrible!!! Will never be back. I asked them to fix my nails and that was a big no. They said that’s the way my nails grow. Bs I’ve been to other places before and never had my toes nails look like this.

Janeese Bene If I could give a negative star rating I would. The people who own this place are rude and clearly do not care about there reputation or repeat business. I was given a $50 gift card and did not notice the limited 3 month time to use it. When I went in I explained that to the owners. They refused to honor the certificate. At one point they said I could use it to get half off a pedicures which only cost $ 20-25, in other words, my $50 gift card would be worth $10. Any business who wont honor a gift certificate that is barely out of date is not a place that cares about customer service at all. They only have plain no frills pedicures to start with that are not great and anytime I have done shellac there it did not last and pilled off quick. There are plenty of good nail salons with good service in town to waste your money on this place.

Brianna Koehn I just moved here from out of town went here for the first time... Place is clean staff is super friendly. However I am not impressed by the quality of their acrylic nails. The texture is nice and no bubles. they are thin like real nails not to thick or bulky but they did not shape them to look real. Very wide and flat with no real curve or shape to them. Work is good for the price they offer but dont expect perfection. Overall good place good people good prices.

Steve Pruett We were visiting in town and needed pedicures. If we lived here we would never go back! The pedicures seem ok but the person doing them left a lot to be desired! It would be nice to be greeted but all we got throughout (same person did us both) were grunts. Instead of helping get my socks back on (which has always happened - I’m a senior with limited mobility - our person disappeared into the back room until time to collect our payment. Lots of other good places to go!

Courtney Price Very poor experience. I was supposed to get a manicure and pedicure. The guy doing my nails kept shaking his head and laughing at other guests, making fun of them. He would also shake his head every time he started something new for me. He did not put lotion on my feet/legs/ hands or rub them down at all. And the quality of the paint on my nails is poor at best. They are rough, uneven, and not even fully painted. The other employees were rude as well. There were two seats available on each side of me for pedicures and one woman was just told to sit “in the middle” when both seats could have been middles considering there were people on either side of the open seats. Another employee tells her to sit on my right side and the first one yelled at her telling her to sit at my left saying “I told her the middle!” When both could be considered the middle seat. You could tell it made her feel very uncomfortable. I had originally decided not to tip but then my conscious got the better of me and I decided to put two dollars on my ticket. The guy that did my nails looked at it and laughed scornfully and shook his head at me some more. Not at all welcoming or professional. Would not recommend to anyone else. I overpaid for what I received.

Tracie Hill Im not from the area and got my nails done here while visiting some family. Let me just say that my nails look so bad! I could have done a better job at home. I also overheard the owner say some really unpleasant things while doing someone elses nails. He greeted everyone that came in but was very short with them and came off as rude. After getting my nails done I found out why the place was so dead on a Saturday. The owner is known for arguing with customers. My nails are so bumby, uneven and already lifting.

Jenn It is open until 7 pm. That is why I stopped in. Prices are average. $40-60 for a nice pedi treatment. $25 for the basic. I wasnt impressed with the esthetics of the place. Kids friendly enough that they had one of their kids hanging out there. They were nice and efficient. Someone even messed up a nail and came back and they fixed it for her! I thought that was awesome. Im new enough at getting pedicures that Im still looking for my favorite but this place is conveniently located for me so Ill be back.

Michelle Green I’ve been going off & on to this nail salon. And sometimes I go to Bella nail salon because I like them better. But my sister likes US because she says it’s calmer-and that have music playing, and relaxing. HOWEVER, I am very dissatisfied with the job they did. I needed a full set ( Gel) and they charged me $ 70 for this. I knew it would be at least 50-60, but as of right now all my nails have come off. And I only have FOUR nails left. I WILL NOT EVER be going back to them. My advice to everyone is stick to your guns when it comes to a higher price and terrible “ long “ term” full set. It’s sad I’m actually leaving a review for them. But, people need to know how bad my experience was. I am dissatisfied and disappointed.

Hanna Delk Nails came off not even 24 hours all 10 acrylic, nails, pink did not dry after an hour of sitting underneath the fan horrible service will not go back again. They want to charge us again for their mixup will not go again. Be careful of your nails when you go to this place.

Johanah Rodriguez THE WORST NAIL SALON. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My daughter and I showed up at 5:30 to get our nails done. Their website and door says they close at 6pm. I was wanting a basic fill and she was just getting polish (4years old). They turned us away because they were “closed”. I asked if they could just do polish on my daughter since she was really wanting her nails done & began to cry. They said sure and rushed her polish. I was fine with it since it would make her happy. I asked if they had a paper with pricing for the future (if I decided to return). They said no it “just depends”. My daughter finished drying her nails and I got up to pay for her service. They charged me $20 for regular polish on my 4 year olds nails!! They didn’t tell me a price before hand or give me a price on anything else because “it just depends”. Definitely WILL NOT be returning and highly recommend going else where if you do not want to be ripped off.

Diane Franks I went in to get my nails done. They acted like they didnt even want me there. They dont know how to do any designs. And then they want to charge an outrageous amount just for plain fingernail. Polish, I do not recommend them to anyone.
