Brittany Jones What a fantastic experience! This nail salon is beautifully decorated with such a welcoming vibe. Everything was spotless, which made us feel even more comfortable. Even though we don’t speak Spanish, the ladies were incredibly sweet and patient, and two of them even translated for us to make sure we had a great experience. We came in close to closing, but they still worked us in without any rush or hesitation. The lady who did my pedicure was so detailed, and honestly, it’s probably the best paint job I’ve ever had on my toes! My husband and I are Winter Texans and spend two months in the area every year—this will definitely be our go-to nail salon from now on. Highly recommend!

Mardelle Saldana I fell in love with this place and made it my go to any time I’m in town. This past Monday I went in for a pedicure and dip nails. I paid $100 ( a little more than usual but I didn’t mind). The lady who did my nails was literally on the phone THE WHOLE TIME! 2 days later 3 of my nails started chipping. Mind you I’ve been getting dip for about 2 years now and every time it lasts me about a month. How can I go back to get them fixed when I live so far away. Lesson learned and will definitely not be going back.

Asiah Phillips This place has no sense of urgency. They look at you like you’re inconveniencing them by coming in to pay money to get your nails done. The nail tech struggled with a basic acrylic overlay and a shellac pedi. I spent over $100 and my shellac chipped the next day. When I came to get them fixed they rolled their eyes and just sat around. I’m from Houston and the customer service comparatively is TRASH. Do not go here! After 10 minutes of watching three of them chat and sit around, they decided they could fix my nail. Never again.

Martin Olguin I have to hand it to them (hehehe), I wouldnt go anywhere else. Rosa is an amazing nail technician. She pays attention to details. My hands and feet always look and feel great after my visits to Solar Nails.

Sylvia Williams Customer of years here and Kenny (specifically) has been very rude. He has tried to belittle me and my daughter, I have tried to book appointments multiple times and he has cancelled them twice and with no reason. He got offended due to my daughter asking to reschedule an appointment due to her back injury that was obviously unplanned. And he refused to reschedule or reimburse the 10 dollars needed to only schedule an appointment We called and he ignored our numbers until I used an unknown number and he simply told us Tina was busy and to go find somewhere to go. Tina is amazing though she gives excellent service. She was always very sweet but as for the little man not at all.

How petty !!!!! Gonzales Lucia “Lucy” They did a good job on making my nails look nice, especially since someone that can do a good coffin shape is hard to find. The place looked kind of dirty though because there were nail clippings all over the table. My biggest complaint is that my nails didn’t even last a day. They broke faster than any other place I’ve gone to and that’s because I get my nails done often. I tried this salon simply because my usual one was super busy but I don’t think I’m taking risks again any time soon. EDIT: I went back to have them fix my nails. I called in advance and they hung up on me. I got there and kept getting passed from tech to tech since no one wanted to do a free set. Continually had to tell the man to keep fixing the shape and still they looked more square than coffin shaped. Once again there were nail clippings all over the table. DEFINITELY will not return. Pink nails are first visit and orange glitter are the “fixed” nails.

Evelyn Came here for the 1st time today. Im not someone who gets their nails done often but I got my nails done for graduation and they came out beautiful. I forgot to get the name of the guy that did for me but his arms are covered in tattoos and he was very friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

Esmer Fuentes From the moment I walked in it was horrible customer service. I was in pain the entire time. The lady made my cuticles bleed. She constantly kept walking around and on her phone constantly. She was never focused on my nails. I know the design I chose was semi difficult. She should have just said she couldn’t do it. This looks horrible.

Barry Whitaker This salon is amazing. Very professional and super friendly and the prices are great as well. They also use brand new tools for every pedicure they do to ensure everything is clean and sanitary. Went in for a fill and a pedicure and my husband got a manicure and pedicure. Both of us left extremely happy and relaxed. Will definitely be back again.

Tasha Petersen By far the best salon Ive been to. Got my first pedicure here and they did a great job. Also wanted acrylics which I think its the best I have even received. Not too thick or anything. Amazing place and super affordable.

Paul Abadir A great, clean nail salon! Wonderful and friendly nail techs. It was empty and quiet, and a welcome and relaxing pedicure after a few long days!! Decor was very spa like... No overpowering odor of acrylic nails or other chemicals. New leather spa chairs.... Cannot say how unexpected and great our experience was!!

Rachel Z Pedicure person did great, gentle and neat. Manicure person was rushed and sloppy. After she left the table having completed and told me to wash my hands, I did, then had to find her to ask her clean the black residue from around my nails that she left. Nails not uniformly shaped and rough with the filing. Didn’t clean under the nails or shape cuticles. Very rushed job. Slowing down, paying more attention to detail and being gentle would be good.

Elizabeth Hernandez I didnt like how i was treated. Idk if the Asian women who was doing my nails was having a bad day. But her attitude was unacceptable. She was rushing the whole process I did not like the service I won’t be going back.

Angela Chapa I had an appointment at 6:00pm for nail removal and a new set and they made me wait until 6:35pm. They had me soak for 25 minutes until they started to work on my nails. When I asked why they took longer than expected even though I had an appointment they just said, Well we got super busy so you had to wait.”

Laura Balli So Ive come to diamond nails in different occasions to do full sets, manicure or pedicure with shellac… I stopped going because in my last pedicure the girl cut my nail really bad and it was painful and bloody…. Thank god nothing major happened. I started going to a different place instead… Today 2/16/25 I decided to comeback to Diamond nails and bring my husband so we can get pedicures and I got a manicure with shellac as well. Well, to my disappointment the service has gotten worse and worse since my last visit… The manicure I got (if i can call it that) was a disappointment. No scrub, a lousy massage in a hurry as if they had many customers and dont get me started on the pedicure… I paid $101 for 2 pedicures and 1 “mani” with shellac. I mean, we are paying high prices for a cheap service, and that’s not ok. It seems like these people want to do the manis and pedis in 15 minutes so its worth the $35 dollars you’re paying for each and believe me it is the last time Ill pay full price for a 15 minute manicure we shitty service. It is supposed to be a time for self care, a relaxing time for the customer, instead Im over here pissed writing a review when I never do it….

Ivanna Schalk Got a classic pedi and was not exactly happy with results. Didn’t give a nice shape or even buff the nail to have a smooth surface. You can see all the ridges and the paint looks gloppy on top. Two stars because they at least didn’t hurt me.

Chels Da Such ugly nails. I can’t even believe how bad this was done. I’m so mad over this experience. The nails aren’t even the shape I wanted one hand is coffin botched and the other is square. The white tip doesn’t even look the same on the other hand. I told them they were has & they “fixed” them. I had to pay $65 for this. Horrible. Never coming back here again. I wish I could get a refund and get these nails removed. I’m embarrassed to wear them out.

Gonzales Lucia “Lucy” I have gotten multiple sets and pedicures done here and they continue to impress me. Normally I am seated and they started working on me pretty quickly. I’ve gone with several techs and each one has done a good job, even satisfying my need for a perfect coffin shape. This last time I went, they were super busy and I couldn’t wait so I left and got my nails done elsewhere and immediately regretted it because they started breaking within hours. My sets from Royal Nails have always lasted weeks, even months, without breaking. No other salon’s quality has held up to Royal Nails standards so far.

martha smith Love the white Asian guy I dont know his name but I had a pedi he was so cool chill kind wasnt judging he assist me especially since I am pregnant and tried to make me feel comfortable as possible did try to get me to laugh a few times which was nice I think I might had a botch face on could be case I was also hungry. Anyways most definitely will be coming back and highly recommend very gentle but diligent work well done.

Grace Rodriguez Super rude! Went in 1/4, the desk in seat number 5 attended me but when I asked him to cut my nails he said he wouldn’t and seems annoyed to my request. I was getting acrylics and it seems he was just lazy to do the job. I had been waiting for 25 minutes right when they opened. Since the beginning that he stepped into the shop, he seemed upset. After refusing to cut my nails he sent me to sit on #3. This second person fixed my nail length before applying the acrylics. After seat #5 refused to help me and sent me to another seat, he started yelling in their language to the other workers. He was obviously talking about me with much anger. I asked him to please tell me what he was saying as he was being so disrespectful infront of other customers. At the end they refused to give me his name. Horrible service. Do not go with him!

Sylvia Alvarado I took my sister and I to get our nails done for the first time. I absolutely hated my experience at this salon. My pedicure was uneven and the care was horrible. I got acrylic nails that they were bumpy, uneven, and the sides were horrendous! Even the regulars had to point out wrongdoings by the manicurists. I do NOT recommend this salon at all.

Joanna Lopez came in many weeks ago and all I can say is I had really bad luck experience was not worth the wait or service in fact the nail tech who even did my nails she did bad job and was too rough that she made my cuticles bleed more than once which burned when I tried washing my hands after that is not okay!! I actually had tried talking to the owner or nail tech about getting refund or have them fix my nail situation and all they said was they couldn’t do anything about it. so disappointed the place seems very unprofessional from my experience do not recommend anyone coming in here you’re better off doing your nails at home.

Daniela Escobedo Very terrible place I usually go with a girl named Monica but yesterday they told me she was not in that she was out on vacation. Which was a complete lie she’s no longer working there. So the owner told me that someone else can do my nails and I said OK. I had a bad experience yesterday I should have never agreed for someone else to do my nails I was not satisfied whatsoever. They expect you to pay $45 for making your nails hurt and have your nails looking all funny looking. I think that they have to put a sign up so you can see how much everything costs because it adds up to a pretty penny.

Amanda Godwin First place I visited an absolutely love my nails an toes! They work all by hand no machine drill thing that burns an cuts you. Had a language barrier but I was early an not everybody was there yet. But I will ne back to this salon! A++

Jennifer Diaz Place is nice and everyone is friendly but not all the girls know how to do nails, so it’s a matter of luck that you end up with someone who actually knows what they are doing. I the last two times I’ve gone they did not do a good job, nails were not the same some coffins some not when I asked for stilettos, some wider than the other. One girl offered to give me her number but to depend on one person’s schedule to get your nails done doesn’t work for people who work. In my opinion all girls should know their job so they work with your schedule not the other way around

Ayana Quintero I usually come here for my services and I was there for about 15 minutes just waiting and no one greeted me or asked what I needed so I just evened up leaving. The quality of this salons services have gotten worse over the years I’ve been here. I won’t be coming back.
