Carey T I’ve been going here for 4-5 years. The newest owners ( a little over a year or so) are great! All are very talented. Before the latest owners I could have complained on occasion but not now!!!! Everyone that works there now are so good and all speak English very well!!! Mia’s pedicure is amazing and the husband and wife owners( sorry I’m bad with names) are so kind and run a great business!!! Speaking with friends that go elsewhere I fell like they have the best prices. They have phenomenal customer service!!!

Brittany Kopach I LOVE coming to Soho Nail Bar!! I’ve been getting my nails done here for 4 years! MB always does the perfect shape, length and color on my finger nails! And it lasts all the way until my nails are too grown out to wait any longer! And Jenny always does the best pedicures – she has so many wonderful techniques to make the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable! Look how pretty my nails turned out with a French with pearl chrome on top!! : )

Elizabeth Rogers This is the first review I have ever left in my entire life. I’ve got my nails done twice here, the same thing a gel polish change hands-down, the worst experience both times. The first time was the worst application of gel I’ve ever seen in my life. At first, it looked fine. Then they added the chrome… it was so lumpy it was awful. They then charged me $70 mind you no manicure no tips no reshape just gel polish change. The second time I went, I only went because my friend wanted to go and I thought I’d give them a second chance. It was even worse. I was cut over three times once so deep it was bleeding all over my finger. She would continue to forget that she cut me and stick her fingernail right into the cut. The gel was painted all over my cuticle and was peeling the next morning. When she was shaping them, I had to ask her to redo it because all of them looked different. When I asked her to reshape she said which one. I went home and had to file them and fix them myself. If I could get this place negative stars I would. Also, they play no music and it’s extremely awkward. I will say everyone we interacted with was very kind, and the woman doing my nails was very apologetic, but still Unacceptable.

Stacey I have been going here since I moved to Texas 2 years ago and have always had a great experience. MB does a great job and can always do what I’m looking for. If your looking for a nice, clean place to get your nails done check them out and ask for MB she’s wonderful.

Kimberley Noel First time at this salon. I was on Stacy Rd heading home and kind of just stopped on impulse. I recently completed radiation and chemotherapy and my skin is so incredibly dry....beyond dry. Its embarrassing how bad my feet look. Thank goodness its too cold for flip flops or sandals. I was in desperate need of a pedicure if for nothing else but to get rid of some of the dry skin. They were able to get me right in. It was very clean which is great because my immune system is still recovering. I got a Deluxe Pedicure which was $40. It included the paraffin wax and massage. I was super relaxed and it was just what I needed. Im glad I stopped. Only wish I could do this weekly!!

adrian hannold For a simple pedicure and a fill, I was charged $140 & my nails were terrible! Im so embarrassed by the way they look smh I will have to go somewhere else just to pay more money to get them fixed. I will never go back..

Chelsea Osborn This place is fine. I have gone for dazzle dry manicures and even though I make an appt and it’s not busy the nail tech always seems to rush through. I don’t get my nails done often only for special occasions. I went yesterday for a dazzle dry manicure in prep for a holiday party. The top coat immediately bubbled on my nails and it’s the next morning and it’s already starting to chip. This is very disappointing as Dazzle Dry polish is a long wear polish that is supposed to last up to 2 weeks. I also had to correct the tech on multiple nails for filing the shape correctly as they were not even. She also didn’t put the polish close enough to the cuticle so there was a gap and it looked like the nail was already starting to grow out. I did point these out to the tech and she corrected but these are basic and I don’t feel like I should have to do that. The woman at the register gave a discount and offered to re-do my nails. I had a spray tan to get to so I did not have time for that and then she offered for me to come back in the morning, but I have work. The woman at the register tried to give me more money back but that doesn’t fix the problem. It’s really frustrating to spend the time getting a service and it falling short consistently even when you voice concerns. You can see from photos that the top coat has bubbles and that after 12 hours the tips are already chipping

Marissa Cozby In town for training & this salon is close to my motel, so walked into the lobby and everything was super clean and classy, the environment warm and comfortable! Everyone was very friendly. Got my eyebrows waxed, my nails refilled & added a sparkly top and two designs for the holidays. Enjoying a mimosa after work was nice too!

Mimi Me and my sister came to try this place out because she kept seeing them on instagram. Would rate it 4.7 if I could… only because they didn’t explain gel x and gel manicure very well. Joey and Sally did an excellent job delivering what we wanted. We just showed them a picture/video and the end result was perfect! ;)

Jessica Ramos I completely forgot to take a pic as soon as they were done. It was my first time getting GelX and it doesn’t even feel like I have nails on, unlike acrylic where my fingertips feel trapped. First few pics are the day after, the next few are from just today. The last 2 pics were the inspo. They turn green too! Got them done on Thursday and absolutely OBSESSED! Unfortunately, it was the last day of the girl who did them, but I still highly recommend going to Nail Box. They have very talented artists. Friendly staff who make sure you’re comfortable and relaxed.

Amber Oudshoorn Went to this salon 11/20/24, this experience has left me disappointed. My nails were rushed, and look a week old after one day of getting them. Tried to convince my cousin that a sea green color was the same as a jade color she had asked for until she went up to the wall of powders and found the actual color she had asked for. Cut up my sisters fingers from doing the cuticles and said it was cause her nails were too short and that it was good for her. Even if fingers are sensitive enough to easily bleed from getting cut cuticles, the place should at least be more sanitary and not use unsanitized nail files and brushes and put people at risk for cross contamination and infection. When I tried confronting the owner about these things I was immediately interrupted and given excuses. Never returning again, save your money or take it elsewhere.

Jatara Holmes I just love this place. My friend told me to try them last year and I was hesitant because I don’t like new places but I was also unhappy with the place I was going to. My first day there I got Angel and let’s just say she’s been an angel and she always got a loyal customer with me and she so sweet and takes her time and always makes sure I’m comfortable. If I need a late appointment she’s available, if it’s last minute she’s available and I’m so grateful for her time and always being available. Angel, Jay appreciate you sooo much and I never had someone do my nails and toes so good and make me so comfortable. Book with Angel you’ll love her forever ❤️

Whitney Spies Nexgen is a whole different experience! It is super nice, and I followed Andy to this salon. Everyone is super nice at Nexgen, and the place is always clean and relaxing. I see Andy for my pedicure, and he gives the best pedicures! His massages are always top-notch and just what I need. And when I take my daughter shes happy with her pedicure from his wife. We are all prepped for vacation!

Ivy did my nail she is patient explain every my questions. I can actually relax while she get them done because I know she does amazing work. I love this location . 10/10 would recommend

John Chisholm As someone who works with my hands, I’m no stranger to rough nails getting caught on things—it’s frustrating and sometimes even painful. I decided to try something new and went to Classy Nails & Spa to get my nails cleaned up and properly taken care of. Ngọc was the one who helped me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was professional, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, even though this was my first visit to a nail salon. She explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease about the process. Since my visit, I haven’t had a single nail snag on anything, which is a game-changer for me. If you’re someone who works with their hands or just needs some nail maintenance, I highly recommend giving this place a try. The staff is friendly, the service is top-notch, and Ngọc did an outstanding job.

Gaurav Jain Hi, I visited the salon this morning for my nails, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. My fingers are now hurting, and some spots feel especially painful when I put my hands in water. The technician seemed distracted, talked too much, and didn’t understand my preferences, which left me feeling frustrated and upset. However, the old lady who did my toenails was wonderful—she was attentive, caring, and focused. I’m really saddened by this experience and unsure how long it will take for my fingers to heal.

James Nieves My wife had a great experience here. Walked in a Saturday morning, got a mani pedi and waxed her eyebrows, all for a very reasonable price. Plus they were super nice and did a great job. Will definitely go back when we are back in town.

WJB Regrettably, I booked my first appointment with this shop, specifically requesting one of their best nail techs because I wanted detailed designs. I even sent an Instagram post of work I liked from their Instagram page and asked for the same tech who did the nails in the post. The person who answered the phone assured me I’d be scheduled with one of their top techs if I came the next day, so I agreed. I drove at least 30 minutes from North Dallas to Allen, even leaving work early, fully expecting to be thrilled with my nails. Instead, I was assigned Jolie, who was not the tech from the nail post. I felt misled. Jolie struggled with placement for the diamonds I wanted, and I eventually decided to skip designs altogether. The nail shape isn’t the best, the acrylic is thick, and there are noticeable imperfections, even though this is a fresh set. I’ve attached a photo for reference. What made the experience worse was the attitude when I had questions or raised concerns. Any time I pointed out something I didn’t like with either my fingernails or toenails, the staff made it a big deal, and I just decided to settle to keep the peace. You know how they make it obvious—through facial expressions, personal comments about your nails, or suddenly speaking in another language. It was clear I was the topic of discussion, especially when others started looking my way or walking over. I haven’t had acrylics in years and chose to get them now because I had a big event the following day. I spent $67 on my hands and $55 for my pedi (not including tip) and left disappointed. This is not the experience I expected, especially after being reassured I’d be paired with one of their best techs. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I also saw the ad stating 15% discount for new clients, which I did NOT receive.

A R I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I used to be a regular customer, but after returning for my daughter’s birthday after a year, I was shocked by the decline in service. Despite having an appointment and arriving before nearly everyone else, my second daughter sat waiting the entire time without even starting her pedicure. After repeatedly asking when they would begin, they finally put her feet in cold water but never actually started the service. At that point, we decided to cancel her pedicure altogether. To make matters worse, the design I requested looked nothing like the reference picture, yet I was still charged over $150. The manager never even came over to address our concerns. Given this experience, I won’t be returning.

Taylor Ball I’ve been coming here for a while now and truly loved it at first, but lately, I’ve noticed a shift. The energy seems to have changed, and it no longer feels as welcoming. I’ve also sensed that some employees may not be as happy to be there. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with my nails haven’t been great either. The quality just isn’t the same, and my nails haven’t been turning out as well as they used to. My daughter’s first experience here was also disappointing—her nails started cracking just 3 days after getting them done. I want to be clear that I’m not saying to avoid this place entirely, as I’ve enjoyed it in the past. I just wanted to share my honest opinion and let others know about my recent experiences. Sadly, I most likely won’t be coming back.

Deborah Silvera What an AMAZING experience. We’re in town for my brother’s wedding and all us ladies made appointments for mani/pedis. All of us were accommodated quickly. My daughter is 4 and had her first kiddie mani/pedi. The technician was SO sweet and patient; my daughter smudged her big toe twice and each time, the tech fixed it with a smile. The prices are more than fair and the ambience was gorgeous. We were offered drinks and snacks and it felt like such a treat! I wish I could come every other week! If you’re ever in the area, support this small biz! You won’t regret it.

Susan Gross Hi-End Nails is my favorite nail salon! I have been going monthly since they opened and it’s always so much fun and a wonderful experience. The owners and staff are so sweet and attentive. The decor is always so fun and festive to match the current season or holiday. Each month they have a new special seasonal pedicure special and fun snack and drinks while you get your service. Everyone is so nice and they all do wonderful work. I saw a bridal party setting up for a mani/pedi party and it looked so fun! Hi-End has specials for group parties and special events. They make it such a fun experience for everyone. I decided to do a group party to celebrate our birthdays and it was a such a great experience. We had the salon to ourselves. All of my ladies got various pedicures and a few of us got manicures as well. We all loved it. Our nail techs were all so sweet and did great jobs. We felt so pampered and polished! Check Hi-End nails out! They are amazing and do great work. You won’t be disappointed.

AMY JACOBS Service here is overall amazing! From the moment I walked in, someone was greeting or taking care of me, even though it wasn’t quite time for my appointment yet. There was never a moment I was left waiting with nothing to do, wondering what was taking so long. I got dip nails, and Kaila made my nails look completely natural. She checked and double checked that I was happy with the color. She was very skilled and careful. I love the way my nails turned out. This salon is out of the way for me, but I will definitely be coming back regularly because it’s worth it for the quality and care.

Katherine Santos I was really hoping for a great experience, but unfortunately, my visit left me feeling disappointed. I usually get my nails done by an at-home nail tech, but since she wasn’t available, I decided to give this salon a try. I regret spending $70 on my set, especially since I was initially told it would cost $45. When the nail tech started working on my French tips, the white portion was much thicker than I wanted, making my nails look bulky. I politely asked if she could make the white thinner, but she seemed frustrated and told me to just file them down. Since I prefer longer nails, I asked if there were any other options, and she said she could add more pink—but it would be an additional charge. I agreed, but her response was unnecessarily rude, telling me, “Don’t tell me anything anymore.” I understand that I can be particular about my nails, but when I’m paying a significant amount, I expect quality work and good customer service. Unfortunately, I left feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied.

Kelsey Kuster Beautiful place with luxurious offerings. However, for a mani/pedi it took almost 2hours. The shape wasn’t what I asked for but the colors were great. Rounded shape turned into more of an almond and is so short that in some places my nail bed is poking out. The dip is very uneven and thicker on some nails. Even my husband noticed the uneven texture. When it came time to check out, the pricing was a shock. They were not upfront with all the extra charges and then charged me for the wrong services but did nothing to make it right. Had to push to get the new customer discount. Sad to say while the place is beautiful and clean, I won’t return nor recommend. *edit based on owner reply What you failed to address is that I did not ask for the Adore Manicure package, my friend who came with me did but I was charged for her packages and she was charged for mine. We told the staff that we were shocked by the prices, that is when we were notified of all the charges for dip powder and nail shape. We didn’t know that our services we not matched correctly until after my friend paid and then I was expected to pay. Your staff admitted to the mistake. Your staff then did nothing to make it right other than expect us to pay what they told us to. Your staff also failed to mention that dip powder and nail shape were extra charges. They only showed the cost of the mani/pedi services. Not anything else. Your staff failed to provide the nail shape that I requested multiple times and then I was still charged for what I did not want. My nail bed is poking out in several spots because the manicure is so short and the shape is low. Rounded nails should not form a point. I came in with a rounded shape and left with an almond shape. I will have to get my nails redone AFTER they grow out because of the way the staff shorted and filed my nails. The quality of my dip nails is also poor, so much so that my husband noted it! We were first time customers and left with a sour taste for your business. By review of your website, you don’t do refunds but by experience you don’t do anything to make your business mistakes right.

Bailey Cash I used to go here all the time.. and now I will honestly never be back. First off, I told the lady I wanted a short coffin and I got lopsided rectangle/a triangle looking nail. It was sloppy job.. not once did a little kabuki brush come out to dust all of the excess powder off my nails. So now after voicing that the shape wasn’t right and the nails were lopsided and nothing was done, I will never be back here. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Becky George While on the search for a new nail salon, I came across Glee Nail Bar and may have found my go to nail salon! There was absolutely no wait, I was seated immediately and received exactly what I asked for. My nail tech was very kind and executed perfectly. I asked for pink white ombré, dip nails, almond shaped. It’s been 3 weeks and I still have my nails strong without any breakage or discolorations. Great products used here with skilled and amazing staff!

Em !!!!!!!!!!! The nail designers would pick up my phone with my reference image and show it to others and laugh, it made me feel more unwanted and like a chore rather than a paying customer. My nails came out very lumpy and expensive for a design that didnt show up very well, which understand for glitter, but I think multiple coats would have helped.

Paige Garcia UPDATE: (5/4) I continue to come here and receive top notch quality and this last trip was the best. I had Cindy do my oval pink nails and she crushed it!! Went here for the first time today and it was pretty good! I am very picky when it comes to who does my nails and how they look, the shape, the color, etc. I got Jayden as my nail tech and he was good. I just felt like he rushed taking off my nails and shaping before color. But, other than that it was good for the price! 10% off Mon-Wed and it was $46 total without tip. They have a lot of colors to choose from as well. I will be back here again.

Selena De La Sota I wouldnt recommend coming here, and I would never come here again. The shape of my nails was totally off, and the technician was clearly in a rush. There was no customer service at all. When I arrived, I asked about the wait time since it looked pretty busy, and I was told there wasnt any wait. However, I ended up waiting for almost 20 minutes. The person who did my nails didnt even file them properly, and I didnt like how they looked.

Mary I had the best pedicure of my entire life. Sam was absolutely amazing and I was so relaxed. He practices reflexology that is out of this world. I will NEVER let anyone else do my pedicures. Linda did my manicure and again the best I have ever had. I was so relaxed and my nails are beautiful. She has really strong hands.

Ruth Anderson My husband and I have found our new favorite nail salon. Our latest pedicure was top notch. We chose the coconut pedicure which includes hot stone and 20 minute massage. They take their time and I’ve never felt rushed. I previously left a review on Yelp that while lovely services, the atmosphere is very noisy. Since that review, I’ve visited two more times and noticed a significant decrease in noise. I don’t know if it’s due to the review or collective reviews but it was a significant difference and created a more enjoyable atmosphere intended for relaxation. I noticed they weren’t using the noisy walkie talkie’s. Check them out! So far, their consistency in service brings me back.
