I usually get basic pedicures and dip nail sets, but this time I wanted something different, so I asked for some designs on my nails, and Lisa did a great job ☺️ They turned out so cute!

Lisa listened to my preferences and gave me exactly what I originally requested and told her I wanted. Lisa didn’t charge for correcting my manicure, I gave her a $10 tip to show my appreciation. Amber does a fantastic job as greeter and facilitating communication. I am leaving very pleased!

Jessica Trask Brittany is the absolute BEST!!!! She is the sweetest soul and does amazing work every time. Her lash retention is the best I have ever witnessed. I swapped from a lash artist I used for three years to Brittany (who I’ve been using a year now) and I wish I would have found out about her sooner. She truly is amazing and you definitely get your money worth with her lashing quality. She is also an even better person.

Kylie Alexis I switched to Brittany after not having the best luck with another tech, and I’ve had the best experience with her! She’s affordable, easy to talk too and my lashes always look amazing. I always get asked who does them!

Bailee Higdon Me and my friend came in tonight to treat ourselves, this was our first time visiting posh having been referred. My friends nails turned out cute! My nails on the other hand..not so much. I asked for a deep red that had sparkles, as soon as the nail tech sat down he admitted to forgetting what number I had wanted for my color. So I told him again, no problem, he gets started on my nails and from the beginning I could tell it wasn’t the correct color. I made sure to let him know before he got too far along, he went and grabbed a different color to get it right. As he started with the new color it came out a sparkly brown, which once again I told him wasn’t the right color. He threw his hands in the air as if throwing a fit. So long story short I left with brown nails instead of red. Also, before the first wrong color, the whole time he was throwing my hands back at me when it was time to switch hands, seeming very annoyed that he was having to do my nails. Even with the wrong color, it doesn’t even reach the edge of my nails either. So not only the wrong color, but also a poor job. Still paid full price along with giving a tip though. UPDATE: I went in today and Kylie, the manager, fixed my nails free of charge and they look amazing, she fixed the design and color, they apologized profusely and treated me so well. Made sure to tip her for having to do another service. Even offered me a discount on my next visit which is not necessary, but will be back for sure!

Big Mack Quinine did my nails and she was wonderful, she never cut my fingers like other salons always do. It was very clean and all of the staff are very kind. They gave me exactly what I wanted, I am very happy.

Lisa Carlson First time visitors here. We envied the services of Tammy, Queenie, and Henry. We enjoyed the free drinks provided and the mani/pedis were very relaxing and nice. Will definitely try again. I got the gel manicure, he got the signature manicure and we both got pedicures. Very nice location.

They did an amazing job with the look that I wanted, even being short staffed. I didn’t have to wait at all, and my nail tech was really amazing and communicative while doing my acrylics. The shop has new management and is super cute inside. Overall 10/10 experience! Every pedicure I’ve had before they have set a timer and rushed, this was the complete opposite here. Makayla Smith The end result is pretty good. I showed them the second photo before I sat down to make sure it could be done and the lady at the desk said it wasn’t a problem. Me and my fiancé came in for pedicures and I wanted acrylics too. The first lady I got was very pleasant and patient with me. She did my pedi and the first half of my nail service. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to do the designs I wanted. This is where the issue starts. The second lady, who could do the designs, was incredibly rude, impatient and lazy. She attempted to use the wrong glitter and tried to say she couldn’t do the ombré effect. When I asked if we could look a little harder for the type of glitter I wanted she seemed to get frustrated and I had to go digging for it myself. Additionally, I watched her do the ombré with ease. If I hadn’t spoke up, my nails would’ve looked nothing like the picture. I’ve gotten acrylics here a few times before and usually have a very good experience. I wish I had gotten her name so I can avoid her next time. I think the nice ones name was Kim.

NotTooShabbyTabby Everyone there was super sweet and listened to what my sister and I wanted. This will be our go-to in this town! I legitimately recommend ANY person there. They are all amazing and do great work!! My sister got the black tips with white flowers, and I got the maroon color with gold sparkles.

Marlee Hill I got a 90$ manicure when I was quoted 55 for the picture I showed the same night I got them done the nails broke from simple tasks like opening my car door and picking up my cup I did end up getting a refund but I did have to fight for it the whole experience was very unpleasant but I would reccomend going to posh by wingstop I got my nails redone there and it was amazing Edit yes I was ingact refunded and am still sitting here with my nails done poorly you guys are a horrible nail spa didnt even fix them just REFUNDED me I should get a free manicure because I had bloody nail beds because your nail tech didnt cure in between coats and made the nails break easy

Ashley Schmitt This was my first time here, and i was not completely impressed. I was a walk in but asked if it was okay for them to do my nails, to which they said yes, which I now realize was a mistake because there was no communication between the different people doing my nails. I kept getting different people switching back and forth, which was fine in the beginning, but miscommunication became an issue. I tried communicating how I liked the length of a nail and wanted it on the rest, and instead they just left my pinky shorter and the rest long. The nails are not the same size, and the prep work was SUPER rushed. I will not be returning.

Kynlee Winkelman I asked for a square shape and ended up with whatever this is. They’re super thick and not even. My “manicure” that I asked for consisted of a cuticle trim. I ended up with 2 different nail techs after being left at my chair multiple times because they were working on multiple people at one time and it wasn’t that busy during my visit. I also got my brows waxed while I was here and she didn’t even wax in between my eyebrows. Just above and below them.

Cassidi Fancett It would be a zero star review if I had only had a pedicure. However, LV did a beautiful job on my nails, was kind, professional and very skilled. Kylie did the worst pedicure I have ever had. LV actually had to come finish the clear polish. She seemed annoyed when I told her I only wanted clear, regular polish, after she tried to push gel. She was incredibly rude and literally did not finish. My feet were more dry than when I came in. But I feel bad mentioning this because of the nice job LV did on my nails. It would have been beyond 5 stars if not for Kylie.

Nichole Vanwinkle I love this place! It’s the first time in years I’ve had consistently high quality nails. For almost 6 months now I’ve been completely satisfied. I’ve never had a problem but I’ve witnessed a couple of people with small issues come in and LV immediately addresses the issue at no charge. Great customer service & I highly recommend Kelly.

Joanna Heizer I had my nails dipped at Infinity Nail and got a fungus on one of my nails. I was very disappointed and will not be going back. I tried uploading a picture of my nail but couldnt. I recommend that anyone going to Infinity to make sure they are properly sterilizing their utensils.

Abby Bavousett I have never been so disappointed in a nail salons service. I kindly asked twice for the nail tech to NOT trim my real nails with clippers and she did it anyways. I started to tear up and explain to her that i only wanted a manicure instead of a full set because i didnt want to stay any longer because i was so upset with how short she cut my natural nails. Also, to make matters worse, she never apologized and during the manicure service she only cut the nails with clippers. no filing, no buffing, no cuticle cutting, and no hand massage. All that was said was, "youre done".

Monica T Love going to get my pedis done here!! One time I got the wrong color and chose not to say anything, but the owner knew it was wrong when he saw the finished product and encouraged me to speak up the next time. Well, the next time I came in I had a very specific color in mind (but couldn’t remember the number) and nearly everyone in the salon was looking for the match to the picture I had pulled up on Pinterest. I felt like they were doing too much, but they were all happy to help find the color to ensure I left happy. It was great customer service, and I’ll be back again!

Valerie Armstrong Second time visiting, my tech was fantastic, super polite, and nailed (pun intended) my design requests! Although, today I had to wait almost an hour even though I had an appointment. I get techs can get behind. Would have rather been told to come back if it was more than a 20 minute wait, but overall a wonderful salon. Definitely will be making this my regular spot!

Tracy Thirion Julie and her team are the best in this region. I used to go to Lux when I first came here from Austin, but there’s always a long wait even with an appt., and my nails were sometime very thick… then I read about some issues with people getting infections. I read Bella’s reviews and tried it out. The team at Bella do a much better job on nails (not thick!) and are meticulous about about pedicures, and they don’t use the cheap products. Also, Julie is an esthetician and does facials and lashes too, but most of all she worked in Miami for years, which is THE place to find waxing experts. Her method is shockingly painless, and she’s a perfectionist. I can always get an appointment and don’t have to sit for 20 minutes like at Lux. On top of all that, they have fair prices and are lovely people!!

Taylor Rash I went to Luxury Nails today as a last minute option. I’m not extremely picky about my nails, I just want my money’s worth. The owners were very nice people, but very unsanitary and careless. I told him I wanted a refill on dip powder and gel polish on top. He instead, coated my nails with solar powder. He cut me within the first three minutes of sitting in the chair. I’m very patient with new businesses, but I left very irritated. My polish was not completely removed, and my nails were cut/shaped unevenly. I was skeptical going in based on previous reviews, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It’s been 8 hours since I went, and my polish is already peeling off. It is very unsanitary - bugs crawling, old dishes on work space, dirty tools. I’m never one to “expose” a business in this way, but I was very taken back by my experience.

Christine Mitchell This place is the best! The people are very nice and consistently go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. My nails always stay on a crazy long amount of time; until I go back for a fill, or a new set. The owners are serious about ensuring their patrons leave happy, every time, and, they keep their shop very clean. This is the only nail salon I go to, and I definitely recommend them very highly.

Kathryn Judd Dont ever go to this place, they overcharge for inadequate services. Possibly the worst services I have ever received, I brought in my nieces and my sister along with myself to get pedicures, manicures, and artificial nails. You would think with that many services they could get at least one of them right. First they took off my artificial nails by ripping them off and then charging me for it, then they got their new product all over my skin and cut me and trying to file them. Two days later they are already lifting. The pedicures that me and my sister received they barely did anything even though it was a deluxe pedicure and they thin out their polish so much that it was transparent, my niece also got artificial nails and they left tags all over her nails also. And my littlest niece got shellac polish, it was one of the worst paint jobs I had seen in a while, and because she had a couple of specs of old nail polish that she had put on they charge me to take it off.

Tiffany Cash Okay I would not recommend them! Let me explain there is only one girl in there that speaks English and does fingernails. They are very fast and cheap, but it definitely shows in the quality of nails you get. Which is not good in my opinion. My gel nails started to peel off a week after getting them. And as for my feet they started peeling really bad around my toenails and the bottoms of my feet hurt after going here too. I received a manicure and pedicure. But did not receive a full manicure. They left acrylic on my nails under the gel. Overall a bad experience and will never go back! Pictures are 6 days after getting them done.

Truth N. Honesty Great staff! Very friendly and excellent salon for manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing or anything else. Ive been to Bellas, it is much less like an assembly line at Luxury Nails!! Im not going anywhere else.

Not only is the owner, Jenny Fenwick, the sweetest lady on this planet, but she is amazing with what she does! I, as well as all of her other regulars, are so loyal to her and her services! Some people drive out from places like Fort Worth or Odessa out to her salon. I constantly hear her customers tell her that she must find another person with her talents before she could ever retire. Her salon is the place to go for amazing service for an affordable price. I mean, $30 for a set of acrylics?!! $60 for a whole head transformation plus a free haircut?!! Plus Jenny is such a wise woman with such an amazing humor and outlook on life, you will leave there with a refreshed perception on life! Cannot beat that!
