Anne Cortez Went today with my sister to get pedis. And the man who did my pedicure MESSED UP MY TOENAILS!!! AND HE CUT ME ON TWO DIFFERENT TOES and when I asked him what happened he wrote me off. I didn’t feel it because I have MS and don’t have feeling in my toes. And he was like “oh you didn’t say it hurt”. As I was bleeding. No sorry, no discount nothing!!! Worst experience ever. I will NEVER BE BACK.

Roxanne Pedraza So unhappy with their service. I got my toes and nails done. In the process the cut me and I bled and almost fainted due to I can’t see blood. I got my set done to come to my trip in Mexico. Not even a day later my nails, which were shellac, started peeling. My toes were two different shades as well. I tried calling and no one answered me, I tried messaging on Facebook and not a reply back. For the money I paid they should have lasted a lot longer. I’m having to pay more to get them redone over here in Mexico. Definitely do not recommend them.

Jorge Tamez I had an amazing experience at Arianna’s Nail Spa. I got both a manicure and a pedicure, and I couldnt be happier with the results. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the quality of the work is outstanding. The pedicure was perfect, and my manicure looks flawless. She also gave my girlfriend a manicure and pedicure and my girlfriend said it was the best shellac job she’s ever gotten. The atmosphere was relaxing, especially with the comfortable massage chairs. The owner was incredibly punctual and went out of her way to make me feel pampered. I felt like a VIP from start to finish. I highly recommend Arianna’s Nail Spa to anyone looking for top-notch nail services in Harlingen!

Jazmine Gutierrez Just got my nails done today! Absolutely loved it here. It’s so clean, amazing energy/vibe. Your visit is personable as Anna truly tries her best to give you the best experience. Making sure you’re satisfied throughout your entire appointment. I told her that I wanted my natural nails to grow and keep my length after soak off. She educated me on all the options and their benefits. We went with Gel X and she had the color I’ve been wanting for a few weeks. I’ve found my place and I’m so happy!

ROMANS PLUMBING Love how they made me feel at right at home when I 1st got here. They are very friendly and love how they worked on my pedi. Plus my phone was dying n they said no problem here is the cord n charged my phone. They also give u refreshments as well. Will be coming back soon.

Emily Reyes If I could give this business and its owner, Ana, a 100 as a rating. I would. Ana takes her time, is very attentive to detail, makes sure you are satisfied and is more than happy to correct or make any changes you request. I cannot stop looking at my nails, they are so pretty, well done, and I cannot wait to go for my refill. (Advice: schedule the appointment and dont rush the service)

Clarissa Alvarado I love all the staff there, they are great at what they do. They are very welcoming and very clean. I recently took my daughter to get her nails done and I was impressed with her nail tech she did her nails exactly like the picture my daughter showed her.

I have been going to Tera for a few years now and not once has she let me down!! I love how she takes care of my natural nails, I always get so many compliments on them. I will continue to keep referring my family and friends to her place of business.

Marisol Gomez I got a stiletto shape set it was supposed to be pearl white and black, the shape of the nails were crooked, she did not ask to see the picture more than once obviously did not match the color she used a white white the art was poorly done, not the best service still tipped good but felt rushed and not happy with the results. They look nothing like the inspo picture

Varble Lori (mrsvarble) Second time here and they really take their time. Even if the place is full, I never feel rushed out. Tried a micro French (which is super trendy for 2022) and I LOVE it! She even took her time on my broken nail and had to put an overlay and I can’t even tell! Great service.

Antwanette Aguilar Had a 2 hour appointment for nails and pedicure. Walk out with just my nails after 2 hours. Reach out a few times to try and get them to fix my nails, I had to reach out to another lady from the shop to get a response. Then there was excuses on rush time 2 hours, just my nails got done. For paying $89 it was not worth it. I was so disappointed with the quality that I got. I hadnt used them in a few years, but the quality is not what I was expecting. I had lumps, missing acrylic in spots, one really thin that it cracked the next day. So sorry to say I wont be back.

Shannyn Garcia I have to leave a one star review because of ONE person there. I went in sometime last week and they were pretty busy. The owner kindly and politely told me there would be about a 20 min wait. Totally fine with me. She told me to write my name down and the services I needed. (Gel polish change color on toes and fingers). When the nail tech, AMERICA, came up to me she asked what I needed. I told her. She got visibly annoyed that I needed my hands and toes done. Once she started working on my toes, she was drilling WAY TOO HARD and I continued to pull my foot back because she was hurting and burning my toe. Once she was done, she asked what color I wanted and I said red. She got the color and IMMEDIATELY started painting my nails. She didn’t cut, file, CLEAN, shape or ANYTHING on my toe nails. IMMEDIATELY started painting. She didn’t even ask if the red SHE chose was ok with me or gave me the options they have. Anyway, I stopped her and said “I’m sorry. Aren’t you supposed to clean the nails before and also start with a base coat? Also, I would like my nails cut, filed and shaped. AGAIN she got visibly annoyed of that. She still did not clean my nails so there’s left over dust from the drilling and she started to put the base coat. Every time she would put the light over my nails to cure it, she kept hitting my toes and the polish would mess up. Ultimately more work for her. She clearly did not care to do my nails for whatever reason. As soon as she was done, she started working on someone else. I understand that they were busy. But if she were THAT busy, she could’ve easily declined on doing my nails. I would have fathered that then the service and attitude I received. The salon itself is great, in my opinion. But I won’t allow America to do my nails again if I decide to return.

isabell amaya I have been coming to this place for over 5 yrs, and know that’s it under a new management some things have changed for the best….I also have been get the same person (Anna) for the passed 3 yrs. I really love how the treat me and always have time for me wether I call the same day. I give them a 10 for satisfaction.

Linda Lopez AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! We had a wonderful experience. Kayla did my daughters nails (the ones with stars in the pictures) and she was so attentive and kind and just lovely. She saw what my daughter wanted and made recommendations and they adjusted to something my daughter loved so much more. Maria took care of my mother who is a diabetic elderly woman. She was so careful and attentive to my mothers needs. She did a wonderful job and my mother was so happy with the results. She did natural nails and it looks so nice for her. I had Nayeli and she its phenomenal!! She was so lovely and she did an amazing job with my nails (the rainbow nails). I am so happy with the service they provide each time we come. So the girls are friendly and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We have been searching for a good place for so long and I am so happy we found this place. They are thorough and just awesome all around.

Sadie Marie I had a wonderful first experience! The salon is clean and looks to be recently renovated. The chairs were so comfy! Natalie did my nails and she was so sweet and knowledgeable. She truly made me feel so welcomed and introduced to me gel-x. I could never go back to acrylics! Everyone seemed so friendly and the salon was full of happy clients. Booking in advance is so easy and they text you the day before and the morning of to remind you of your upcoming appointment. Cant wait to go back!

Valeria Rodz I’ve been here a few times and they always do what they want, not what I ask for.. I asked for French acrylic pedicure about 5 times and the lady just went on to do what she wanted saying my nails are already squared… that’s not what I said… she tried to cure the French tip with blob lines when I thought to myself I know she is not about to cure them like this, and spoke up. they were still terrible & I’m just not going back here.aside from this there’s this girl with curly hair here that’s extremely rude when I’ve gotten my manicure acrylic nails, she makes me and others uncomfortable and she also does whatever she wants and not what I asked for.

Kim Gzlz Im new to Harlingen and I have been looking for a place to get my nails done. I hear Luxe is a very good place to go. I gave it a try and got a manicure shellac done and this is after one week! I have never had shellac fall off this easily. Update: went back to get them redone and they ask me if I want a change in color so me thinking okay they are redoing them for free might well change the color it could have been possible that the last color polish was bad well at the end they end up charging me because I chose a different color when they never mentioned if I chose a different color I was going to get charge. Never going back

Samantha First timers for my daughter and I. I went in for a manicure and shellac colorful tips, and she went in for the picture posted. The area was beautiful and clean. No wait time (Tuesday daytime). Great price. Will be returning soon.

urpieceofheaven 2 Initially, I observed that only a select few of the nail technicians here possess design skills, yet they all charge premium rates. Unfortunately, Ive had two disappointing experiences where my polish chipped off within a day, requiring me to return for repairs. However, each subsequent visit resulted in another nail being chipped, creating an ongoing cycle. This issue occurred with two separate technicians. Notably, each trip requires a 20-minute drive (my commute each way), and upon arrival, only the affected nail would be addressed. Furthermore, they never pick up their phones! Which is why after several failed attempts, I opted to risk it and make the risk of driving to there to take the chance to perhaps be seen by a walk-in or waste my time and be forced to schedule an appointment, if so can you imagine wasting a whole hour! All because they didn’t answer their phones! But do I recommend? Yes! I mean yes is frustrating when they don’t answer the phone! Having to drive there and waste your time! Getting a tech that charges premium fees and then the nails chips and she can’t even do designs! But they also help each other and ask the next girl to help with the design, and If you ask for something simple, no design nothing from Pinterest than more than likely they’ll be able to replicate. And next time you go get the tech’s number so you can directly message her instead of calling, the one you like, in no particular order, Kimberly for sure she is nice and talented! And I’ll post a picture of her work, one tall girl that she takes attention to detail, I also have a picture of her work, but she doesn’t know how to do designs, she’ll ask someone else for that, Ana, with her the nails do last a long time but also never knew how to do any designs, and Kisha she’s good!

Stephany Rae **BEWARE!** on 7-8-22 I had went to go get my eyebrows done (Great service btw ) when I had went to go pay I had paid with my debt card and of course got a copy of my Receipt . When I checked my bank statement I see that they had somehow charged me $27.90 . I called and spoke to the owner and she kept telling me that she didn’t know how it got charged that amount . When I had called my bank they had told me that they were requesting a charge of $27.90 . My bank had told me they could’ve re entered the amount . When I told the owner what my bank had told me they had told me to bring my Receipt so they can give me a refund . When I went to go get my refund the owner looked so upset give me $20 and left . She didn’t even say sorry or anything. Be careful if you’re going to pay with card . Smh .

Jaileene Maite i used to only get pedicures here but i decided to try gel x nails (new service they have) & was very disappointed. i got them done on a monday, by wednesday 1 nail had lifted and came off completely. i went in on friday to get it fixed and that was that. but by sunday, 2 other nails had lifted and come off. i decided to just soak off the entire set at home. ive gotten gel x before at another salon and the nails lasted me 6 weeks without any lifting. i regret spending money for a set here that didnt even last me a week.

Wendy Zazueta Cindy was very patient doing my girls nails which were very short and small. Yet they requested French tip. She was very meticulous to inform them of proper care for their little nails. My daughters were delighted with her job.
