Yvette Sanchez Great services! Got a Pedi and a ombré full set. Not sure who did what they never introduced themselves to me. Very gently and thorough and did amazing ; however, they lost a star for the following…I asked for my cuticles to be cut and cleaned up and I was told I don’t need it, I asked for glitter in the white powder and the woman was semi pushy trying to get me to get glitter in both the white and pink…I stood my ground and got what I wanted. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years and know what I like. Also on their website they have a 10% off coupon and did not want to honor it bc it had “expired” however there is no expiration date on it just simply 10% off. After talking to 2 women they finally decided to give me the 10% off. Over all a good experience I live in Tomball and am visiting my boyfriend this weekend in Sam Rayburn but def will be back!!

Sierra Blangger This was my 2nd trip here and theyve definitely earned a new customer. Lily takes her time to meticulous perfection and shes very sweet. River does great on my toes and is very friendly. I met her when she worked at another local nail place. They were excited for my engagement last time I came in and theyre always willing to stay late if needed, although I did try to come way earlier this time. Lily apologized about taking a long time today but I thanked her for getting my nails just right. Another thing thats awesome about Lily is that she cares for your NATURAL nail unlike many other nail techs. She didnt clip my nails down when she put on my tips last time (pink) and now my natural nails are longer and I dont have to get tips (blue). She was also able to make the first two fingers on my right hand look just like all the other nails after the natural nail broke off (didnt make it in soon enough). I cant wait to come back!

Rhonda Bolton-Cartwright Not from the area, so stopped by to inquire about a fill and pedi. I was greeted by a friendly lady that seated me promptly. LeLe was my tech. Very friendly, attention to detail, and gentle. Will definitely return when in the area.

robert artz I was out of town guest. I had a very good experience at this nail salon. I would definitely recommend. The lady who helped me (wished I knew her name) was very caring towards me. She noticed a nail that was damaged on my foot. It was actually about to fall off. She carefully removed it and prevented me from injury. So glad I never ripped it off when applying and removing my socks. Incredible job and service! My pedicure was only $40. And that included buffing the nails for a nice shine.

Park1way Way1park Went in yesterday because I was in need of a fill.. she matched the acrylic as best she could because I had nude for my ombré base. She did an amazing job!! The atmosphere was one of the most peaceful experiences I have had in a while. It’s almost like they pray for the stillness of peace in there. I am thankful to have went. This is coming from a Florida woman!! If I’m ever back in this area I’ll definitely be coming back!

JoAnn Head Ok so first off 5 stars all around.. great customer service, easy booking process, the owner Shevon is so sweet and personable and professional. Now let’s get into the nitty gritty.. the quality of the nails.. A++ I had a pedicure with toe nail tips.. and my tips lasted 6 months and would not come off.. her nails are shaped to the gods and beautiful hand artwork. You name it she can do it. A very relaxing experience with great energy in the shop. The shop is clean and sanitary . I have been to other shops around Lufkin and nothing I mean nothing compares to the quality of Shevons nails, and the understanding of what a nail experience should be. As well she has never cut me or nicked me . She takes her time with every client and doesn’t rush the service or cut corners. Your nails will be straight and the shape you wanted.. If your not booking with Bling Studio your missing out.

Alexis Russell I have been going to chevy since she was fresh out of school thats been over 5 or so years and she never disappoints. I like to let her do what ever she wants to my nails so its always a nice surprise. I love sporting her work.

Rosa Garcia Kloe is a wonderful technician. Always does an amazing job. So friendly and thorough too. Jenny was so patient will my 80 year old mother. My mom really enjoyed her. We both had the Deluxe Pedi and Mani. They got us in very quickly. They take alot more walk-ins than appointments.

Heather Davis Very happy with service. Kathy took her time taking off nails with sensitive beds and in explaining options and nail health that I had questions on (solar vs dip). Switched to Solar. Visiting Lufkin from Fort Worth I was highly impressed and this was the first time in a long time didn’t feel rushed or pushed along. Thank you Kathy! Wish I lived closer… I’ll be saving my nails for you as much as possible!

Kaleigh Lawson Ive been going here off and on for pedicures for a while, and finally took a leap at getting my nails done too. I absolutely love Kathy, shes creative and helpful with her suggestions and also fun to talk with. I always leave there feeling fabulous lol. I highly recommend her. My mom sees Tracy and loves her. Im due for a fill/new set in the picture with the pink/coral/white nails, but wanted to show how pretty they are! The green set was my absolute favorite with the color changing solid green (light green to dark green) and then the beautiful green cat eye paint...I went back to get my toes to match and had a second nail painted with it. Ive also taken my kiddo up there and Chloe (maybe Kloe? Not sure how to spell her name) was SO patient and sweet. Definitely recommend Tracys Nails. :)

Jennifer Reynolds Great prices. The lady that helped my mom was amazing and incredibly sweet. The man who did my nails was a bit rough. It was at the end of their work day and they did stay late to finish us up which is great although we did arrive at the appointment time they gave. My mom loves her nails (first time getting acrylics). Definitely would come here again!

Karon Goolsby Customer service was very poor. Nancy acted like she was in a bad mood, she rushed through my pedicure, she was very rough.She said she didn’t really want to be @ work & it showed! I will NEVER go in there again and would not recommend her services to anyone. She was very friendly to the lady she was working on when I came in but her attitude was totally different with me.

Wilma Jones While the establishment is very clean, inviting, and relaxing the older gentleman nail techs are a little rough and aggressive. I understand they are on timer based services. However, this causes them to rush and end up cutting us with the tools and rushing through pedicure procedures. Everyone is always nice and professional and we love that.

sara suncar My experience at Rose was extraordinary so relaxing and refreshing. Mike was amazing at my pedicure and nails. If your looking for an amazing relaxing experience then you need to go to Rose its in the same area of Sams Club/walmart. The front desk was courtesy and kind this place deserves a ten star rating.

Amira Sanchez Pros: the salon is very clean and can accommodate lots of people, the atmosphere is really nice. Cons: my technician did a very inconsistent ombre on my nails and didnt seem too pleased with doing my nails. She was sighing and audibly expressing that the nails I requested were tiresome for her. The shape and length was different for each nail, some were lopsided and there was leftover acrylic under my nails. She was nice but clearly not having a good day. I paid $75 (before tip) for these nails so I expected better quality. The last photo on my review is what I requested. I would still recommend this salon.

Vanessa Capps I had a great experience. I set my appointment ahead of time and when I got there, they got me right in. Lien worked on my manicure and nail color and she took my photo inspo and made it her own and it looked so good and colorful just like I wanted it. My pedicure was also great and even though I had to stay after close (my nails took longer because of the design) the lady took her time and did not make me feel unwanted. Highly recommend.

Naomi Alexander The Service is horrible. I got my nails done and before I even made it home one of them had already broke. Also two of the nails are very crooked. This is the third time I’ve tried to allow them. The chance to show me they can do better however, yet to be seen

Hannah Jeanise From out of town. Came in to get my nails done. Full set. They charged 10$ to remove my nails with another nail- no soak. My nails look subpar and they only did 9 because one of them is injured. Several of the employees spoke horrible to the receptionist and were rude in front of customers. This place is garbage. I hope that poor receptionist finds a better job. Maybe that’s how it’s done in Lifki

Elanna Murray I did have some issues at first, but they let me come in and they got it fixed. They look AMAZING now, and I 100% recommend Windy to do your design. She was careful and took her time! I can’t thank them enough for fixing my nails and making sure I was happy when I left!

Krysta Madera Kathy did my nails and she was very nice and talkative. I love my nails, she did them so good and didn’t even take as long as when I got them done at vip nails in nac. The girl at the front checking everyone in was kind of rude but that doesn’t change my rating because I think she may be having a bad day

Shakaiya Pope 0 stars. My nails are ugly and they over charged me and would not return it. They claimed the price was one thing and changed it to a different one. They were also extremely rude and unprofessional.

Janette Martin I didn’t get her name but the lady that did my nails was super nice, my fingers got cut up pretty bad and although they’re long I feel like I got pretty basic nails for them to be $90. At the salon I normally go to these would be more like $70-$75 with the same quality I was just out of town.

Marielva Guerrero I had french tip - dip manicure done couple weeks ago (not done in this place) I was visiting some family in the area and wanted to get my nails redone. I decided to give it a try to this place, since it was recommended by a local. Not a great first experience for me! I clearly said I wanted french tip, red line, dipping method. 1st, the working space was not clean. It had lots of residues from a previous nail work. The towel she put to work on my nails smelled nasty! Like a wet dog! I was trying really hard to not make faces! 2nd) As she was prepping my nails, she wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing. She seemed in a rush and being carefree. She was going to keep the old work and just fill them in. I didn’t not ask for fillers because I had noticed my nails had been cracked and don’t want any bacterial/humidity going in. I asked her to soak them off. Which she did after I asked her. Then, again, she rushed it and was paying attention to everything else except what she was doing to my nails. For her opinion, my nails were ready! If you see on the picture I still have product from the previous nail work. She was getting ready to work with these poorly prepped nails! When she applied the 1st step liquid, she didn’t even covered the whole nail, only half or only one side of the nail would get the liquid applied. You can see the lines and bumps on my nails from the previous nail work. My nails are really thin and break easily when they don’t have any product on them. Right now, I can’t even bend them because there is still product on them. 3rd) she was going to do acrylic/sculpture method instead of dipping! I asked her twice after I saw the acrylic materials getting set up in front of me. She reaffirmed she was doing acrylic and I kept saying “no, I want them dipped”. Plus, that liquid nail (monomer) was not clear! It looked like gel and had different shades of purple. I know that has been contaminated/damaged and should had been discarded LONG TIME AGO! Then she got Shellac colors out. I decided to stop the service. Then they wouldn’t let me leave; they wanted me to get the service. I asked them nicely to let me know how much I would have to pay for removing the previous work. They charged $10 for removal. I believe it’s pricey for removing something halfway. At this point, I really didn’t care; I just wanted to leave and wash my hands to get rid of that NASTY smell from the towel and the nail dust from other clients work. That brush she used to dust off my nails powder was full of residues from previous jobs. Nasty! Never coming back again! They do whatever they want, don’t listen to what their clients are asking for. Too many RED FLAGS for me!

melina acosta I absolutely love my nails so much, I love the salon it had the best customer service ever!, im definitely coming again for sure!! They did so good and they did them fast but also took their time. 10/10 salon! Recommend!!

Audrie Chaney I went to this salon yesterday got a manicure and pedicure. I asked for my nails to be soaked off and she proceeded to use a nail to pry in between the natural nail and the acrylic and pulled it off dry, which began to bleed. I had an okay manicure after that, as well as a pedicure and had no issues. Fast forward to this morning, I wake up almost all of my fingers are red, inflamed, and sore ( I had been burned by the drill around every nail. ) As well as two of my GEL polishes had fallen off my toes, so I go in trying to solve the issue with the shop before resorting to this. I show them the injuries and they proceed to tell me they can take it off and give me $35 (I paid over $140.) I said that my fingers were sore and I did not want them touched and just wanted a refund for the service. He then proceeded to undermine my injuries and refuse to give me a refund. After enough going back and forth they decided to refund $65 out of the $140 i paid. I cant recommend you to anywhere else in Lufkin more. Terrible service and terrible customer service after.

Lacie H Came after a long time of not having nails and I got a full set. I let Kimmy choose and she did perfect! I love how fast and pretty these came out! Definitely will be coming back.

Jacquelyn Nash Kimmy did good on my nails. She explained what she was doing as she was doing it. You can tell she cares about what she does. I had powder nail removal, acrylic nail and holographic nail powder (I think that’s what it was). Thanks Kimmy.

Angela Dowdy Me and my daughter have used Helen for years. She is very flexible and works with your schedule. She pays attention to detail and does an amazing job. We never leave unhappy.

Leigh Anne Eddings Unfortunately, my experience with Helen was not a good one. As you can see by the photos, there was acrylic below and on the cuticles on every nail. The photos are actually after I cleaned them up some. So as they grow out, the cuticle area will look very sloppy. She was very preoccupied with her laptop and her phone behind her. She turned around several times while doing my nails and spent time on her phone and her laptop. She was very rough and hurt me several times. I have a cut on the second finger of my right hand every time I get it wet it stings. Also, her room and station has not been cleaned in a while. I really wanted Helen to work out. I had seen her work on another young lady and I got her name from that young lady. But unfortunately, my experience was not a good one :-(

taylor sims first picture is what I asked for, second picture is what I left with AFTER TWO HOURS for SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS. I should’ve been told right away that the man couldn’t do what I was asking for. the acrylic was thick and lumpy and the index finger on my NON DOMINANT hand chipped within 8 hours of them being done. this looks like I let someone practice doing nails for the first time on my hands. go to modern nails instead.

Cristina Hoover Happy Nails is my favorite! They always know what I want and get it spot on every time! The staff is super friendly and amazing. Julie and Tommy are the best!! The salon is always clean and so are there tools.

Heidi Sweeden I went into the salon for the first time today. Told them I wanted a powder color change, and they kept telling me to just get a fill and use gel polish. My thumbnail was cracked in two different places and I wanted them to replace it and she assured me that she was just going to put some clear powder over it and it would last. I left the salon at 4:30 today and 3 hours later my thumbnail that was cracked but I told them was going to break has broken!! Not the type of service I want in a nail salon! If Im paying for a service then I want you to give me what I ask for dont be lazy!!!! This would be my first and last time to the salon!!! If my nails cost $100 Im fine with that because I want you to give me what I ask for, PERIOD!!!

Rachel Miller My husband brought our family here on a Sunday. We had our Uncle in town from Florida. There not much to do in Lufkin, so we decided to treat him to his first pedicure. I’m really happy that we chose this business. We are known to be a little rowdy, but they were very friendly and hospitable. The best part was the sweet hug before we left. If you’re looking for a place to pamper yourself, look no further than All Divine Nails and Spa! You won’t be disappointed.
