SHANNA ANDERSON Absolutely in love with my nails! So glad to find someone local who has perfected structured manicures.

Leslie Batts I wasn’t impressed because pedicure was rushed and didn’t do half of what goes along with a pedicure. No massage or hot towels were even offered or used. Wasn’t offered a choice of what type of pedicure I would like. Feet barely dipped in water and didn’t hardly trim nails cuticles basically tapped at my toes. Then painted and only choice of nail polish given was gel through lotion on my feet and literally put my shoes on myself and that was 45$. Plus massage chair stopped working during session. So not worth it in my opinion.

L Wilson Got my dip powder nails taken off and a gel manicure put on. The guy was so nice and efficient and made sure to get the shape of the nails perfect. Kitty approves. Haha

Brittany Mcgaughey So I’m a cosmetologist, I’d give an 0 rating if possible because I wasn’t impressed at all with my pedicure service here. Wasn’t offered a choice of what type of pedicure I would like until I said something to the lady. Feet weren’t even fully exfoliated. All she did was rub a little oil on my legs after painting my toes and told me to wait 45 minutes before I put my shoes back on. They called themselves charging $45 for basically washing my already clean feet and painting my toes. I keep my toenails clipped and clean. I will NEVER go back there again. I left and went to another nail salon to get the remainder of my services.

Wendy Daley My husband and I went there for a pedicure and I also had my nails done. The staff was courteous, respectful and friendly. The owner took special care of a man with a disability, needlessness to say he went above and beyond; no wonder theyve been there for 20 years.

Melanie Edwards Got a full set. One of the nails broke three days later... called to let them know and they want to charge me... any and all nail salons I have ever gone to have a 5 day grace period. Ive had glue on ones from Walgreens last longer. Ridiculous. Wont be back. Wont recommend.

Constance Taylor I had never been here before but needed mani/pedis done for my wedding and they did a phenomenal job! Cody understood exactly what I wanted and did an excellent job of doing it. My mom, my grandma, and I were all very impressed with the whole team.

Mikayla Potts Loveeee Exquisite! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They treat you like family here. Kim and Cody are the best. No matter what I get done its always perfect. My bridesmaids and I had our nails done today, we had so much fun! We will all definitely be coming back!

The staff kindly accommodated our impromptu appointment for a spa pedicure, and I couldnt be more delighted with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was soothing and inviting, setting the stage for a relaxing time. The staff at Exquisite Nail truly lived up to the name – their attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout the entire pampering session. Not only did the staff do a fantastic job on our spa pedicures, but their kindness and hospitality added an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. Its clear that they take pride in providing not just a service, but a memorable and positive moment for their clients. The ability to share this spa pedicure with my friend made the experience even more special. We were able to enjoy each others company while being pampered in a tranquil environment – a perfect break from the demands of work and the outside world. Shari I’ve tried most salons in Sulphur Springs and TJ’s is HANDS DOWN THE best salon in town. Always nice, you’re never made to feel uncomfortable, and if there’s something you’re wanting to try, Mike finds it for you! Prices are on point, too! Love this place!!

Tracy Jones I took my step daughter and myself to get Christmas nails and told them that I would need acrylic thicker because I work in a warehouse! Told me it don’t look pretty so she did what she wanted and two days later my tips color is coming off not just on the sides but where it is very noticeable! One candy cane doesn’t have the hook it looks like a backwards L with light lift! My step daughter told them what she wanted and for both it was 70$ each I went to pay and they said $160

Brittany Mcgaughey Absolutely love this nail salon and my now go to spot. I came in after a horrible experience with another salon and they went over a beyond to turn my day around. Katie I believe is who did my nails today and she did a wonderful job. She was extremely sweet and very professional. She took her time and made sure my nails were perfect. She even repairs a few that were lifting. I highly recommend them to anyone. The entire staff who heard what the other salon did, expressed concern and provided help to make my day better. If you’re looking for a nail salon go to them, they will not disappoint I promise.

Lilith Crocker I had the worst experience with the woman. She interrupted my services with the man to take over my nails after he had started it. The client that she had was a Hispanic woman. She began to talk mess about the fact that she didn’t believe that she would pay her because she wasn’t OK with the price the woman had no issue with the price, she was very kind and fluid. I sat directly next to her nail tech had attitude, and she was extremely rough with my hands. She kept running the drillbit over my skin, causing irritation, redness, and soreness kept taking My hand away from her, but it didn’t matter so the mail took over while she decided to get the Hispanic lady her eyebrows done when she came back to me. She had cut my finger and it wasn’t a scratch. I thought it was an actual it bled a little bit. About 25 minutes ago to tell her what she did even though I know she saw it she caught an attitude with me, took a picture of me and a picture of my finger and then told me that she was going to send my picture and show it everyone as she said word for word “ I show everyone how you are”. When it was her mistake, I’ve never been to a nail tech who ran their buisness this way. I used to go to oasis a few years ago and never had any issues. I hope she has a better way of running her buisness because things like this isn’t good for buisness at all. I’m only sharing my experience with oasis.

Michelle Anglin The atmosphere is great. I highly recommend going and checking them out. They did amazing on my nails and lashes. Its my first time with lashes and they look so natural! The new owner is so down to earth and will laugh and cut up with you. I will definitely be going back and have recommended them to many people already!

She did my lashes for the first time ever having them done she explained everything and answered any questions. Absolutely loved my visit look forward to going back for my next fill!

Louie ( if I spelled it correctly) did my nails, I was the first one in that day and he took the time to answer my questions as I am new to the area and took my thoughts on what I wanted and turned it into something amazing. He even took the time to mix the colors together on a nail from the box before working on my nails to make sure I liked the colors. No other nail salon has taken the time to do that.

Hamilton Nina Great nail salon! Sam has been doing my nails for almost two years now and he is amazing. He is very patient and diligent. He makes sure that I am completely satisfied with my nails. He is also very accommodating to my needs. The entire staff is friendly and its a nice atmosphere to be in.

Rendi Love Came in the morning, I unusually came in the afternoon... The vibe is different in the morning no music no drinks just low whispers in other languages i cant understand making me feel like Im being talked about.. Im satisfied with the nails because this is what I wanted.. but to pay 65 for a regular full set and be charged 5$ for length and 5$ for shaping. I didnt get a shape and my nails are short. I usually tip 10$ each time but i feel I was up charged and that can be considered the tip..

GINGER Mangus Tina did a beautiful job on my daughters nails for her 13th birthday. We showed her a picture of exactly how she wanted her nails done and Tina matched it to a T, with every detail painted precisley like the picture. My daughters smile meant everything to me and having the perfect nails for her pink bowed themed birthday party meant everything to her. Not only did Tina do a fantastic job, but the entire staff and ambiance of the salon was warm and welcoming. Even as they were getting busy, we didnt feel crowded or cramped into a little space. We will definitely be coming back for more mommy/daughter time.

katie joslin I wanted Christmas nailsfor an upcoming gathering. I saw a style that I wanted and the nail tech took care and made sure I liked it before she finished. Also, my toenails grow really fast and the tech cut them short and made sure I was satisfied with the length.

Krista Almand Q does such good work!! She asks lots of questions along the way to make sure you’re happy with what you’re getting. She even made my pointer finger that’s always crooked (it really is my nail, it’s always been that way) straight without me even asking. I needed a pick me up and she absolutely delivered! She is fantastic!

S D First time going to VIP Nails and was not disappointed! I got seated right away. Danny did my nails. I wanted an almond shape, natural matte color, with a little design on ring finger. They turned out wonderful! Also got my brows waxed and the lady also did a great job. Will be returning! :D

Rosa guiterrez This is my 4th time going to VIP NAILS, the first time great hospitality the nails were good but 2nd time & from now on I go with SUNNY! He is great. We not only have good conversations he is quick yet really takes his time. Such clean work, & is gives perfection. Sunny make sit a good experience. I get the dip nails, I def recommend much more gentle to the nail. FYI he does designs too so can’t wait to get creative with him on the next set!
