Jelly Dont trust the doctors here at all. I went in a few nights ago, I had bad chest pain that was hurting into my back and up my neck, I was having headaches and sinus pressure, and I had swollen lymph nodes under my jaw, the doctor came in, felt my neck and chest and said the lymph nodes were swollen and that my neck muscles were tight and asked if Ive been stressed, then took a very quick glance at my chest xray ( the only actual test the ran on me) and said I was fine and that it was sever stress (stress doesnt cause swollen lymph nodes) and sent me home. The pain got worse so when I got to Amarillo I went to the ER there and turns out I most likely have an upper respiratory infection and am getting treatment for that and starting to feel better. So yeah, screw pampas emergency room.

Heather Colley Kristi Harden has been amazing for my family! She has amazing "Bedside Manors" and I appreciate that she is genuinely compassionate. Shes very pleasant and hasnt ever made us feel like she was too busy to mess with us or rushed us through an appointment. My kids arent ever hesitant to go to "THE DOCTOR" when they find out they have to go and thats really all the evidence I need to know that she is amazing. Thank you for all of your help so far, Kristi Harden!!!! Were lucky to have you as our physician and we greatly appreciate you!

Sue Bishop Brenda McCullough is the very best!! She is so patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She truly cares about her patients. Takes time to reassure me that all is well. I highly recommend her for a PA/Dr. She is better than so many doctors I have seen. Plus she is easy to talk to.

Genisis Huerta Dr.Suzzane has been my FAVORITE Gynecologist!! She’s caring she informs you with every detail you need! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her! The staff is also so nice and friendly and very welcoming! The nurse is amazing as well she always greets with a smile!! I love this place! They make me feel comfortable and safe!

vela miller Dr. Brenda McCullough is my Doctor. She is wonderful, I feel her knowledge on my health care is above adequate. I can talk to her and she takes time to help me through my concerns. In my opinion I trust her more than some of the specialist that I go to. Each time she feels I need to see a specialist she doesnt hesitate to send me then we discuss the progress. I have faith in her decisions about my health. She also has a great nurse Rosa who knows her job and does I t well.

Nance Wills-Griffin Yesterday, 9/12/24, I had the best Doctor appointment EVER!! Doctor Lukner is one of a kind! He REALLY CARES about me and his patients! He is so compassionate, caring and thouough and he doesnt waist your time with beating around the bush, so to speak! I feel grateful to be his patient. I know with out a doubt, Dr. Lukner is here for me and that to me is priceless!!

Juanita Fanning His first pup is fully vac and spayed. I wouldnt take our pups any where eles. It always smells clean. Never a bad oder or pee smell, floors are always clean where I dont mind my kid sitting next to her on the floor. The employees are super sweet and kind. Never in a hurry to get you out when busy, they make time for your pets needs or concerns. Thank yall so much.

Melody Babbitt This is a wonderful facility. The staff is terrific. I love how they treat the animals that come into their office. I have only one concern. The prices seem to be increasing. We are a retired, senior couple and simply cant keep up with the fees that they are charging. Unfortunately, Im looking for a cheaper Vet Clinic.

Madison Crawford the employees are polite and doctors are great. Carrie Jo is awesome. I have known her for a long time and she is alway good with mine and my families animals. My pup messed up her ear and Carrie was very gentle and kind to my girl. Carrie was also very quick to get her taken care of in a timely matter. The Building is clean, tidy and well taken care of. Thank yall for taking care of my girl!

Vanessa Malone I had a very pleasant first office visit. I filled out all paperwork before my apt & I liked being able to check in on my phone so check in was quick. The receptionist was pleasant & I really liked Dr Grabado’s assistant, Vanessa; she was extremely nice n& helpful. Dr Grabado was very pleasant also. He took time with me, allowed me to ask questions & didn’t make me feel rushed. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Vikki Blair I love this man so very much!! He took such good care of me and actually saved my kidney. I had seen several urologists and apparently had a congenital issue that none had caught resulting in a severe kidney infection due o a massive stone. He was able to bust the stone and after several months of treatment to reduce the infection, we were able to perform the operation that repaired my kidney. I am so grateful for this precious man and beyond blessed that God put him in my path!

David Weller I had my vasectomy done here and the office was just fantastic. It was clean and everyone was professional. Dr. Grabato did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable.

Abigail perry Dr .Ramie is the best and sweetest dr! I definitely recommend her! Ive been a patient for over a year now. Even after I moved away 5hrs, I will still continue to be her patient. Shes listens to you, and takes care of your needs and concerns that you may have! The office staff is also amazing! 10/10 recommended .

Deanas Den of Discovery I love this place. The doctor meets me on my.level of what I want for my health. They dont push a bunch of medication. And they are so friendly. The wait can be a bit long but definitely worth it!!!! My kids and I both go here.

Andrew Ramirez Dr’s are excellent but billing department is horrible. I was trying to fix being double billed that my insurance caught. Misty treated me like a criminal they were right I was wrong end of story. There was no reasoning with her. And the rudeness continues the girls up front treat people terribly. Only good thing about this place was Ramie and they lost her. Stay away from this place

Blondebombjuju The staff past the front counter is amazing however the front desk is totally unprofessional! A diabetic should never be told to wait for medication until next visit. Janene agreed that is a no-no! And 2 hr lunches are why you can’t see sick pts! What is going on?

Margaret Eaton From the moment we walked in, due to urgent care being closed we were made to feel like we were a priority. Once we went back to the room with very little wait time due to it being slow. The nurses introduce themselves and started taking notes as to who she was and what she was there for she was very well cared for. When the doctor showed up he was very clear and decisive on his explanation which put me at ease with it being my little baby girl overall great experience no complaints thank you very much.

Sarah Visited the ER with my daughter for stomach pain, everyone from the admitting staff to the nurses and Dr were very polite and professional. After being admitted the Med/Surg floor day shift and night shift the excellent service continued.

The Estherverse absolutely unbelievable. i always assumed it was a myth that men get treated better than women in healthcare until today. i brought my boyfriend in, who has the exact same sickness i came down with a month ago. when i came in for it, they asked me very vague questions and the doctor that saw me asked multiple times if i was pregnant, which isn’t a possible thing for me and completely unecessary for the sickness i came in with. they made fun of me for being afraid of needles, left me with things hanging off of my arms without plugging them in, and i was only interacted with for 1 of the 4 hours they kept me there. after everything, they treated it like it was nothing and sent me home with three medications that barely did anything. i brought my boyfriend in, again, for the exact same sickness, and within five minutes he had five nurses in here taking his blood and asking a million important questions. they immediately gave him medication in liquid form, gave him a CAT scan and dealt with everything quickly, respectfully, and swiftly. i’m absolutely disgusted by the difference and i think this medical center needs to learn to treat men and women with the same respect because this makes me not want to recommend this place to any woman in my life, hoping they don’t get treated as badly as i was.

Donnie Every single time I’ve come to this hospital, the staff has been extremely rude and condescending over a simple question, or directions. The doctors are nice, but yall need to watch your desk clerks more. Unacceptable

Neil Rodriguez Went in with symptoms of strep. I asked for a strep test. They didnt give me one and concluded that I likely had the flu. This is after they left me in a room for an hour. I was patient and courteous but it was the end of the day and it really seemed to me that they were just focused on getting out of there. I understand that but when it comes to peoples health, you cant sacrifice quality. Four days went by and my condition only worsened. This time I went to a different clinic and they ran the strep test and sure enough I had strep. This clinic still billed me and my insurance for inadequate care. Thankfully I was able to get the care I needed elsewhere. My situation may be an outlier but just be careful in dealing with these folks. I will say that they were very polite and courteous.

Jeanne Mauldin Had to go to pampa urgent care was sick for 3 weeks which caused blood pressure out of control. All of the staff was excellent and the nurse practioner was great!

Amy McCoy Took my 3 year old in for X-rays on his leg cause I thought he might have cracked a bone or something. Took X-rays and said they’d call me back with the results. Called later in the day and they said the dr hasn’t looked at it yet. Ok. Tried calling the next day and nothing cause they closed down. Without letting me know about my son’s legs. Ridiculous ! Taking him to Amarillo today. Never going back.

Patty Edwards Absolutely lousy process for getting patients back to see a provider. 12 people to be seen and still coming... young lady at front says it is the process to check everyone in and then start taking them back... ridiculous!

Johnnah Boss After being in pain for days I finally went to urgent care. The wait wasnt bad. The staff was so nice. Jessica the NP was great! She has great beside manners! I really felt like she was listening to me.

Joe Thacker When I moved here a year ago, I needed a doctor. They suggested Dr Henshaw upstairs. I really like Sharon when you call she seems caring. I like Dr Henshaw, he listens and is a great doctor but he cant seem to get a great nursing staff. I have a hard time getting meds refilled and now the dosage is wrong. Im going to look for a doctor elsewhere. We have a great hospital and good emergency room. Maybe we need to cut the pay of upper management and reduce upper management and hire more competent nurses and give the nurses more money!

madelyn stawarski Dr.Neuman is absolutely wonderful. You can tell he loves what he does. He is patient, kind and listens without being in a rush. He was very thorough and even found coincidental findings. His nurse is also quick, professional and efficient. If you need someone to see your kids its definitely them!!!

Alyssa Chavez I wish I could leave a personal recommendation for Dr. Tanner Neuman and his nurses because they have absolutely blown me away with how polite and caring they are towards their clients!!! I havent had this experience in this area in awhile and it is a breath of fresh air to have a doctor who cares so much. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone! Very good doctor! I cant remember the name of the nurse that helped me but she was amazing as well! I love this doctor and his staff.

johnycab13 this place is getting a monopoly for medical care in pampa and are controlling as such will never call or walk in to that building again bad place for a free country more suited to communism.

Adam Jackson Dont call within 45 minutes of their closing. Theyll put you on hold indefinitely, pick up to immediately hang up, or let it ring until it kicks you back to the main number.

Chris Smith The doctors themselves are fantastic, but the medical group itself administratively is a mess and poorly managed. It’s a shame this is one of the few family medicine practices in town because the service is beyond poor. My family and I recently moved away and requesting records from here has been a nightmare. Unless you physically visit their office, do not expect anyone to help you over the phone. Medical assistants and nurses routinely missed notes in charts or failed to properly annotate or communicate messages to providers, delaying care for my family. If you can and you are not experiencing an emergency, please consider a different family medicine practice for your family.

Chad Hendrick Absolutely the most incompetent group I have EVER seen. This review is about the office staff, NOT the doctor I see. He is actually amazing but surrounded by morons. First off, dont call after 4 pm. Even if they are open, they dont answer the phone. If you call early enough to get an answer, they are short and have no clue or care on how to address your concerns. The people who work there do not care about their job at all. They have no clue how to schedule appointments. Even if you have a pressing issue, its ALWAYS a minimum of 3 weeks to see a doctor. They just refer you to urgent care to get more money. Then, when urgent care gets behind, they miraculously find enough time to take the overload so everyone can go to lunch. Seen that happen. Even seen them shuffle people in to my doctor, who was too booked to see me, but somehow can handle working the overload for urgent care. This is not the fault of my doctor, but the fault of the ladies that dont know how to schedule and dont care about the patients. Oh, and dont get blood work done and expect results in a reasonable time. No, its 2 months before someone FINALLY calls you or uploads them to the app and if you need to discuss the results............3 weeks again. My last labs were months ago, and I finally was notified they were ready. I waited my 3 weeks to discuss them, only to be told my appointment had been canceled and it would be another 3 weeks before I could get in again to discuss them. No call or text, just kma. Hope Im not dying. When youre waiting in the exam room, you can hear them talking smack about subjects they shouldnt be discussing so loud just outside the room. The people that work there should NOT be in health care. They are really only fit for a job at Allsups......maybe. This entire office needs new staff and to be trained how to be in healthcare. Its an absolute nightmare. I have begged my doctor to start his own practice and LEAVE. If youre looking for a PCP, its best to just keep looking, even if you have to drive because when you really need something, you wont get the service you need for a LONG time. The entire reason you select a PCP is to have a personal doctor that knows you and can handle all your medical needs, not to just do once a year exams or refer you to urgent care every time. This clinic is run horribly, and the hospital should be ashamed about how they run it. Pampa deserves much better.
