Rosa Parra This is an amazing place, we went to get a color and a cut. Nunu did a phenomenal job, we absolutely love it and everyone was so nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to get their hair and or nails done. Well worth the money.

Campbell Stacie I really like the location, the staff, and the atmosphere but sheesh, they are pricey. Me and my daughter went in today each getting a basic full set. Nothing fancy. Mine were super short with a single polish and my daughters were medium length with two colors. They charged $60 for mine and $70 for hers. I was blown away. I’ve never paid over $30 for the exact same service and I’d say I’ve gotten my nails done about 30 times over my lifetime. For it to be DOUBLE what I’ve paid at every other establishment was ridiculous. I won’t be back. No it wasn’t the dip nails either. These were simple French tips… amazed.

Nancy Gandy I looooove this place. I love Vivian. She is awesome. Shes mean to me but Im mean back, Im not there for emotional support but my nails look GREAT. They are all terrific there. All the people love me there. Everyone but Vivian.

Vivian Luu AMAZING NAIL SALON!! They also cut hair and wax here too! I came to get my nails done and wax my eyebrows, I was very happy with the results. The staff here is wonderful and they treat you so well and kindly! I am definitely coming back to Ella’s! ❤️

Carmen c: I recommend Nails & More to anyone wanting to get a excellent set of nails or even pedicure. I just got this set the other day and its still so pretty. It hasnt chipped, nor makes me feel like the nail is going to pop off, like Ive dealt with in the past with other salons. Everyone at Nails & More makes me feel so welcome whenever I go, and always have something great to watch on TV while my nails are being done. My mother had a pedicure done and she said that was the best service she ever had. They have a beautiful selection of nail polishes, very vibrant colors that last weeks without chipping! (: I had my nails done by Laycee.

G Wonderful experience! I called in around 9:30 to see if they could fit me at 10:30am on a Saturday. Not crowded when I walked in, they greeted me with a smile, remembered me and seated me right away after I chose a color for my full set and pedicure. I chose the Spa pedicure (one step up from very basic) and they pulled up a chair and another kind woman did my nails at the same time! I was going to do acrylic but she let me know they could match a dip color to my toes so I went with dip! A full set (tips + dip) and a pedicure all done in an hour! It was $90 before tip, which I feel is perfect price point for this service. It makes sense why customers started to fill the shop as it got later in the day. The environment is clean, pleasant, and modern. My experience was relaxing, efficient, and the staff are very nice. I will be back!

cat I went here months ago but and an about to go today but had to share my experience. My nails were done in a timely manner and were absolutely perfect. they lasted a while and were durable. The nails tech who did my nails and the lady who was doing some persons pedicure were absolutely amazing that day. The convos we had were interesting. I let the nail tech freestyle and she absolutely made people ask where i got my nails done. 10/10 would recommend. Friendly, very reasonably priced, advanced nail techs, and comfortable.

Sade Hale This Christmas Eve I called coming from Fort Worth to Beaumont to see if they had any walk-ins or any possible way to squeeze me in and they made it happen with such kindness. The atmosphere is great! You will not feel unwelcome from them I promise . Stephanie did such a great job with my nails and her personality is everything! They definitely have a loyal customer for when I come back down again!

erica cox My friend and I had been going here every two weeks to get our acrylics done here. Our usual nail tech was not present for our fills so someone else had done them. My friends nails were horrendous and falling off next day. She went to ask them to fix it and they acted like they didnt understand. More like they didnt want to. Mine were lop sided and when doing my left thumb the tech had cut my cuticle with the dremel and now I am nursing an infection in that same nail bed. Never coming back here.

The manager was very helpful, kind and made sure that I was pleased. She helped my nail tech understand what I needed when there was an issue. Andy did an incredible job on my hands The way that he was gentle and very attentive to the details made this manicure exceptional. I love the color he was very helpful when the first one I chose was too light he went and found exactly what I was looking for. Now I feel like Im ready for spring. Thank you Andy and thank you Mercedes I will definitely be back and will be asking for Andy again .

Azaria Roberson This is my second time giving this place a chance and it’s sad my nails are bumpy the gel is chipping and just terrible work ! I’d go ask for my money back but it’s not even worth the arguing this was done on Monday it’s Thursday morning and my nails look like this

Avin Jordan This was an outstanding first experience at a nail salon. I havent had my nails done in 5 years. Mr. Aaron... that man is a pro. Ive never seen a nail tech get all the nail tips sized right the first time. He didnt miss a step. And he was patient. I will be coming back and recommending this salon to others!!!

Patti Adams I was referred to Ms. Kim by a dear friend of mines and I am soooo happy I received that referral. Kim was kind and extremely personable. I have never had such a gentle, yet incredible job done on my hands and feet. I will definitely be returning. Got nails done for my first international trip and didn’t have a clue of what to do for my pedicure. I love the color she picked out for me. Kim did not disappoint. Her service was spectacular, I had zero wait time, and the prices were affordable. Thank you Kim!

Jazmin Villegas Went in to get dip color removed and new color and a pedi. I previously went to another salon that did an okay job but I felt it was overpriced for the quality. Glad I found tic tac because my experience was soooo much better. Did sns dip this time and went shorter and got a matching pedi. They really take great care and she shaped my nails really well. Will definitely be going back!

Tamara Young I’d become unsatisfied with my 25+ year nail salon and decided to go out on limb and try a new salon. After one visit at The Nail Bar, I was sold! Faye has done an excellent job on my acrylic nails while Minh took great care with my pedicure. Both ladies did so well the first time, I requested them both on my second visit. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Lyndsay Verret I brought my daughter in on a slow day. She had a picture of pink nails she wanted done. The lady told me the price which Ive gone to many different nail solons around town and it was very outragous. So I told tech to do a dlfrench tip style but we wanted tips pink. She still did white then walked off like no big deal. My daughter is 16 trying to teach her when u ask for something you get it done right dont let someone just do what they want. I was very unpleased left with white looking bridal nails none the less not pink. Paud cash bc I didnt want on my credit card. It was $100 wow for the unprofessionalism and wrong color I will not be coming back. I have had 1 other experience w a manicure for myself and the next day paint was chipped coming off. You would think with all the reviews Ive seen they would be changing how they approach theyre customers and giving the experience every other nail salon Ive been to in golden triangle have never been so unsatisfied.

Kiara Louis Honestly, this was my first and would be my last time there. When I’m telling you, I was not satisfied with the service and the customer service were both terrible. And I only got my feet done and I hate how they came out my feet were still hard. The toe length was short. And it felt like it only took her 20 min to do my feet and sadly I feel that I was over charger since I only got the $45 pedicure and it turns out to be $60 so please take my advice and don’t waist your money here like I did. Definitely will not becoming back here.

Samantha Brooks My 9 year old daughter received a basic pedicure and manicure. Zero extras what so ever. Her feet basically just soaked in water and they trimmed her cuticles. I got charged $65 for that. At checkout there was another $20 charge, $10 for my gel polish, $10 for my daughters. 0 removal was done. and I was charged $6 extra for the hot wax that came with the pedicure package I selected. I brought that to their attention and the woman was very hostile and kept saying “I know nothing”. I kept trying to explain that I was never asked if I wanted the wax for extra $ and that it came with the pedicure I selected. The man who did my pedicure did a good job, but if you do go, I would pay attention to your ticket when paying and to their actual prices. That was our first time and we will not be returning.

Lacy “foodie2015” Honestly. This place is not great at all. i went in for a new set, and it was my first time coming here, i’m not impressed, and highly unsatisfied. My nails were very rushed, the man doing them was obviously ready to leave (i was there at 6:15ish they close at 8). The shape is off, my skin was cut, he didn’t trim my natural nails down, and the color isn’t what i asked for but when i said that i wanted a darker color i was ignored. I didn’t notice until today (day after nails done) that he didn’t even put the top coat on all of my nails. Parts of my nails are missing too coat and they’re rough. It felt like it was a burden for me to be there paying them for services. I also got my eyebrows waxed, and their waxing bed is nasty! there were nail clippings, powder, and what seemed to be food particles on the bed.

LaToshia LeBlanc This place does horrible work !!! I paid $97 for the most terrible looking nails && toes . My nails are shaped uneven , there is a gap between my real nail && the fake one . I got white tips on my toes . The white lines are uneven && clumpy , done very poor . I paid $12 for a take off of my original shellac on my toes . It took all of 2 minutes to do . This place is over priced && does horrible work . If you’re going to charge prices like tht then Get Better Nail Technicians !!!! Tht can do quality work !!! My first time there && my last !!!! DO NOT GO !!!

Kailey Blanton if i could give it zero stars i would. i knew we should’ve walked out by the smell of it when we first walked in, it smelt like mold and like it was dirty but it was the closest place at the time. certainly not a normal smell for a nail salon obv. i went in with acrylic nails on and just wanted gel. first he tried to just rip off the acrylic from my nail with cuticle scissors,, without soaking or drilling anything and it hurt so bad. i jerked and he then proceeded to ask someone to go get a bowl to soak them. he was so aggressive with my hands and nails and just seems like he was in a rush and they weren’t even busy there was maybe 5 or 6 other people were in there. he let me get up like this to leave and we had already been there and with everything that had happened i didn’t want to stay any longer. the lady at the front desk told me it’s her job to not let me leave and that someone could fix it in 15 minutes… i chose not to and walked out, i wanted to be polite but i was so uncomfortable already with him asking me my age, if i had a boyfriend and where i lived. i would highly advise not to go to this salon. these pictures were taken not even 30 minutes after leaving the salon.

P. SJ I have been here since 1:12 PM. I only wanted a refill AND Polish change. I was passed to FOUR people for a refill and am still here at 2:42. It is NOT crowded as you can see by the pictures and there are 9 workers in here. Im not understanding this place. I have observed various people that arrived AFTER me being serviced by TWO people at once whereas I was passed to FOUR people for a refill. Are my services less accommodating because I require less? He spent 17 minutes, all while face timing his girlfriend which I took a picture of, on my nails and only filled them, buffed them and placed them under a UV light. He NEVER filed them so all traces of makeup are STILL on the tips of my nails. I do not wear fingernail polish and I only require tips on my feet. I am NOT happy with this treatment and chose this place due to high reviews. Well ALL reviews deserve posting, not just the ones that paint them in a positive light. I still tipped despite receding TERRIBLE service. I finished at 2:58.

Elizabeth Nieto So crooked. Not only did I get a huge attitude after I asked for cat eye they didn’t do my nails the same as last time and they just insisted my nails weren’t crooked. It was so bad

Carmen Sanders First, I want to say that I used to come to Zen quite often and the people always did a great job and never had a problem. Since the remodel, about 1 year ago, there are new people. The lady that did my toes had such a funny sense of humor and was very polite and understood English very well. When getting a pedicure, I normally have the nail tech trim my ingrown nails just in case there are any. This time, she checked and trimmed and prodded at my toe with the tool. Keep in mind, my toe was not hurting or sore prior to the nail salon indicating I had an ingrown nail. I just wanted her to trim any excess. She jabbed me pretty hard, enough to where I winced and told her to stop and it continued to hurt. It didnt bleed though me thinking it was ok. The next morning, I had a small amount of puss coming out the side of my toe nail bed. I took a closer look to find that she had, in fact, cut the skin so badly that there was a gash and it was infected with puss. I do not recommend this place anymore and if you do go here, go with caution!!

TIFFANY HEBERT Disappointed in the gel manicure I had done here. I came in at 12pm and was out the door my 12:30pm. I requested a French gel manicure. I was immediately sat and the nail tech asked what I wanted. The tech was nice but was distracted on her phone and looking around the shop. She cut my cuticles, filed and buffed my right hand but only buffed my left hand. After filing and buffing she squirted lotion on my hands and gave a 10 second massage. Then she started the French tip, after she finished with the white I asked if she was going to use the clear pink before the top coat. She said she would’ve had to do that before applying the white. I’ve never had a nail tech do that before. I told her it would’ve been good to know that before she cured the gel. The entire “manicure” took 30 minutes. She got the gel on my cuticles and there are bubbles in the gel. Sadly I spent $50 on a gel manicure a 10 year old could’ve done. For $50 she could’ve taken her time and done the job correctly and actually given me a decent massage. I got better service when I got my pedicure for $50. Sadly I will no longer come to Zen for my pedicures or manicures.

Alina Gallier Q did an amazing job on my nails and was so nice! I’m really picky and indecisive about colors and he was super patient. He was also pleasant to talk to. The last place I was going would burn my nail w the drill or cut me but he was gentle. Highly recommend.

Tobey Cleek 5 stars all the way!! Attention to detail and time well spent with customer. My husband came with me and suggested the upgrade. Zen made his Newly renovated, clean and update quite and relaxing atmosphere. I won’t go anywhere but Zen! I wlll recommend them to everyone and use their gift cards for friends and teachers!

Karina Ponce Showed an inspo pic ( first pic ) and asked her to do the exact length and design. She told me it couldnt be dont with the length I wanted so I changed design ( second pic ) and said same shape and length. She didnt clean my cuticles at all and the color didnt match with the second inspo pic. I payed 60$ for something i didnt like when I got home and showered the top coat of my thumb nail came off half way and a small section on my other finger. Theres so much wrong with these nails ( third and forth pic )but I just settled im highly annoyed right now

I also like the atmosphere of the salon. It is clean and everyone is polite and friendly. It’s very relaxed, and I didn’t feel rushed.

The girl who did my nails was nice but the guy in the front has an attitude, I came in the day before and asked how much, for exactly what I already had on my nails, they told me 55, I’m here today and they telling me 80! How ? Because I wanted coffin shape and I told the girl I don’t want it long, just long enough to have it coffin shape. They gonna charge me more because it’s too long when I didn’t even make that determination. That’s insane and when I’m talking to the guy with all the tattoos he’s looking at me dumbfounded like I’m crazy. How you charge me for coffin then for extra length? Doesn’t make sense. I need to find a good affordable nail spot.

Bre C I love this place! I am here from a different state and needed to start over at a nail place. I have been getting my nails filled and pedicures religiously for years. So a good nail place is a MUST since I go so frequently. I walked into Luxury Nails without an appointment with my mother for pedicures and we got seen right away. They offer drinks while you are getting it done also! I CAN tell you it was the BEST pedicure I have ever gotten (Ive been to my fair share, Im super picky). I had Amy for my pedi and she did amazing! I made an appointment for a few days later to get my nails filled with Amy. Again, it was so great! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. And Amy Rocked my nails! I felt bad because I am so particular about how my nails are done. But Amy was patient and did everything to accommodate what I was wanting. I showed her a photo of what style I wanted and she nailed it! I would HIGHLY recommend coming here! And the prices are amazing!!!! This is absolutely the place I will be coming back to!

Hispoet Johnson I went here and my nails started coming up the next day! I somt think they really listened to my desires for the shape I wanted for my nails either. I spent over $120 and left a $5 tip and the lady had the audacity to make a joke about the tip when in reality I should not have given them squat! But it’s cool I lost $5 they lost 4 clients. Jasmine Flores I’ve been here 3 times. I liked the first and second but the third time I came here was horrible. I told the guy I wanted the deluxe on my pedi and all I got was a leg massage and my toes done. It took 10 minutes and I was charged $67. The lady that did my nails was drilling my nails off really fast it was hurting me, I don’t know what the rush was but she was popping off the nails she literally ripped off the top of my nail and I was bleeding! Like what’s the purpose of the soak off if I’m going to get my real nails ripped off!! Not only that she drilled off my cuticles! My fingers were in pain for days! Never coming back here again.

kaiitlyns ashes I came in as a walk in. My friend is going out of town and was all booked up but I enjoy going and getting a good pedicure at the same time every now and then. I saw this place on Google, and trusted the reviews. And Im glad I did. This is probably the best nail salon in Beaumont. Ryan did my pedicure and he was absolutely amazing. I hadnt had a pedicure in almost a year and he did great on the massages and towel wrapping. He also made sure I was comfortable the whole time and did everything in the correct order. And Vivian did my fill and got the nail shape perfect and made sure my cuticles were perfect. She even offered me a cute design idea which Ive never done before and it turned out so adorable. They both were good about not skipping steps and made the experience very relaxing for me. I would definitely recommend them and this place. The atmosphere was so inviting and warm. And everyone was nice too.
