I accidentally found this place but everything happens for a reason. Linda took care of us. She did such a great job. I love my Pedicure and Linda made my Nails matched and be ready for Fall season/ Love the colors we chosed.

I tried to communicate with the technician! She told me she didn’t see that! She thinks everything is pretty good and perfect!!!!! Don’t come here!!! Your nails deserve better!!

Linda Nguyen Had laser hair removal appointment with Alexandra! So sweet and nice. Very detailed and keeps a conversation the entire time to take away from the awkwardness. Very clean environment. Highly recommend coming here for all your beauty needs.

Alayna Wright I have gotten a lip flip here before and went in today for filler and another lip flip. I was so nervous as it was my first time but she makes you feel so comfortable and the whole process was a breeze!! Plus, my lips look PHENOMENAL! Would recommend Oracle to everyone!! 10/10

payton mills Laura did a PHENOMENAL job on my lip filler and botox! She has such a light hand, I highly recommend her for those who are scared!! The salon was extremely clean, it was also super spacious so you don’t feel closed in! Will definitely be my new go to spot!

Justin Cook Horrible service. Nails were done very poorly and nowhere near straight. When asked to reset them she started an altercation which ended in her cutting the nails off and still asking for the money. Will not come here again nor recommend to anyone.

Jessica Gusman I walked in with hopes of getting a spa pedicure today and immediately I felt that the air conditioning was not working. It was hot and the door was closed but they had a fan on for all the customers. Seeing as I understand how these things happen, I went ahead and got a pedicure. Literally Im sweating in my seat and the lady offered to drink and I had a water which helped. The pedicurist did an excellent job but I had to pass on the hot stones and hot towel because of the heat inside the room. The problem came when it was time for me to pay. They advertise a regular pedicure for $22 and a spa pedicure for $25. Seeing that I wasnt able to get the stones or the hot towels nor did I get the massage that people talk about I figured it would only be right that that would be considered a regular pedicure. When they tried to charge me $25 and I told them I got a regular pedicure it was like pandemonium in Vietnamese. I dont know what was being said but my pedicurist came forward and she told me that its $22 was an old sign and an old rate from the owner before. I was livid. I ended up paying the $25 and of course I tipped my nail tech because she did a good job for what she did do and it was not worth not even an $18 pedicure. I am sadly disappointed and if you have intentions of coming here and they dont do an excellent job do not expect them to give you any kind of discount at all. These people are about money and not customer service.

Sheila Marten Absolutely amazing service. The pedicure spa I received there was amazing, along with the service. They help removed painful in-grown on my feet, where other places were not able to. They individualized pedicure packages for each customer, which made me feel a lot safer during the pandemic. Ill definitely be back!

Joseph Brown This nail and spa location is absolutely fantastic! I love the atmosphere, and the staff there is so polite and kind. The new management and ownership has blown me away with how amazing this establishment is now. I take all my family members there, and I recommend the location to everyone I know. I make a drive of over 35 minutes just to go to this location. I am a forever loyal customer to this spot, and you will not catch me going anywhere else. If you want to feel fantastic both physically and mentally after a session for your feet, hands, nails, skin, etc., this is the spot to be at! Do not go anywhere else. This is the one stop shop for all your beauty, skin, etc needs. They are the flagship and epitome of how these types of establishments should be. Thank God for this place!

Sebastian Hurtado Really good vibes from this place. As a guy it’s usually hard to find a place to feel comfortable getting a manicure/pedicure but valentine nails was not that kind of place. Had a great time talking to my nail tech and left feeling great with the relaxing feet treatments. Will definitely be back!

Ajoke Onifade This location dont deserve a star I wish I can give a -0. I went into location undecided if I wanted a full set with or refill . I then decided on refill then changed to full set some minutes later another person walked in and started on her nails after having me soak my nails he was nearly finished while my nails and fingers are turning white and irritated due to sitting in the solution for so long. He look at me and said he is almost finished with other customer mind you I was there first. I keep calm seeing that I have on PD uniform and said charge me for the service rendered then left. I will never come bk and months ago I helped this same owner with his fire alarms services for home. I will NEVER RETURNED bad customer services and nails jobs not so great anyway.. THE END

Tovah Woodson I would NEVER patronize this place of business! As soon as I walked in to ask if they had the glitter powder that Im used to having on my nails, I was told that not only do they not have it but I was accused of coming in once before to ask if they had it ( the ol I guess we all look alike thing) and he had an attitude the entire time!!!! I kindly let him know that Ive never been there before and will not EVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN! Customer service and politeness is key when Im spending my money somewhere!

Hailey Jean I went in there to remove acrylic nails and gel polish from my toes. There are only 2 ppl working. When I went in, there was 1 person getting a pedi and mani at the same time. Both of the workers were taking care of her. He told me to sit down to soak my acrylics off. He put the solution in laundry measuring cups and I had to put my hands in there. I was waiting for 10 min before he came back and filed SOME of the acrylic off which he was really rough and in a rush. Then he told me to put my hands back in the solution, and he went back to the other client. Then a girl from the back comes out (idk if she worked there) but she sat down and the lady went to her and started doin her nails as if I haven’t been waiting AND another lady was waiting for 20 min for a pedi. I’ve been to plenty of salons and this was the SLOWEST unprofessional one I’ve ever experienced. No wonder why ppl have quit working here and it’s just them 2. I got up to pay without getting my gel polish off my toes and STILL had acrylic on my nails and they charged me $15…of course I paid it cause I’m not that person, but I’ll never be back here again and I DON’T recommend anyone goin here.

valerie sosa The guy that I got was so rough he cut me 2x I had to come home and fix my nails. He kept pulling on my hand and he was filling my nails as fast as he could and it made my hand hurt. I walked in at 5:30 if you don’t want to do your job the right way close to closing time then don’t accept service. I understand you want to go home but then tell me to come back another day.

Ann Willis This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in a nail salon. Myself, daughter, and sister-in-law went to this salon for a full-set and pedi. Upon entering the salon, there was no welcoming greeting; just "what do you want today." I was the first to be served from my group and the tech who started on my nails was rude and aggressive for no reason. Initially, I thought he was just a little upset because the woman hed just completed complained that he charged her for something she didnt ask for. That should have been a red flag for me but I continued. I told him I wanted a french tip and also showed him a picture of how I wanted it. He proceeded with just putting on a white tip and assured me that it would look like the picture, but in the end it did not and I did not complain. However, he proceeded to be rude, have a nasty attitude so bad that I decided not to even get the pedicure. My sister decided that she did not want service from them after seeing how badly we were being treated. Unfortunately, my daughter had already gotten started with a different tech who also charged me for something she didnt ask for. I drove from Fresno, Tx to Rosenberg, Tx just to be serviced there because the last time I was there with my mom, Ms Tina was sooo nice and professional. However, I learned that she no longer worked there. I was vastly disappointed and confused as to why both men (our nail techs) were so rude. Before my daughter could even finish getting up out of the chair, the guy threw his hand up to me in a condescending manner and said "bye shes finished." Please dont go here if you want at least decent customer service and please dont go here if you dont have money to waist. Thank you for listening. I try to give good reviews when they are warranted but I will equally let people know to avoid being disappointed.

Especially Kelly, I 100% trust her when it comes to design. She can do whatever trendy style that you like, as you can see in the picture & video. Also, they currently offer a 15% off. So you know you should definitely go check them out, highly recommended!

Race This nail salon is under new management and they’re really friendly and welcoming! My nail technician Mi did such an incredible job recreating the nail design from my inspiration photo. The pedicure was also super relaxing and gentle. Highly recommend!!!

Priscilla Guzman Idk if theyre been cheap or what in the world its on their mind!! I did ny eye brows and they used cuticle oil on them !!!! I had the biggest allergy reaction on my face!! Red spots and bumps like hives it was itching a lot. I will never go there again first and last time! They still charged me after that.

Biola Balogun Expensive with no guarantees. Eyelashes cost $40 fall off in 3 days. Nails fall off in 2 days and she charges a lot more for them…. I won’t recommend, except u got $40 for every 3 days to keep your lashes off.

They always offer me drinks. Clean in the hall and in the toilet. I also like these massage chairs, incredible pleasure. I recommend visiting this place.
